Stretching and waiting backstage, Jessie was... oddly focused on his match. So focused that, instead of revealing or toying with the numerous stares he always got, he just ignored them. That because of his opponent. He scouted her before hand and found himself unusually intrigued. Alice Starr might have looked like a cute blonde that Jessie saw too often, but she certainly acted... differently. And he would never admit it, but the sociopath had a strange soft spot for more eccentric woman.
"Oh, the fun I'll have with her," Jessie thought as he gave a small smirk. Though, unlike his usualy array of smug smirks, this one can almost pass off for a smile!
Nolan? Nolan!" A stage hand barked.
"Hurry up, you're up in ten seconds!"
"Hm... oh... right," Jessie acknowledged dismissively. He paid no attention at the stage hand huffing at him as Danzig's "Mother" began to play and Jessie burst onstage.
Mother
Tell your children not to walk my way
Tell your children not to hear my words
What they mean
What they say
Mother
"And her opponent, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Jessie Nolan!" LAW's resident announcer introduced, to the Golden Hangman's usual mixed reaction.
Much like the stares backstage, Jessie paid the crowd reaction little mind as he walked to the ring, leaping up to the apron and flawlessly jumping over the top rope. When he got in the ring, he saw his blonde, devil horn wearing foe and posed... mostly for her. Yeah, she was going to be an interesting doll.
"So, I get to fight a pretty star?" Jessie teased as he made his way to his corner. When he got there, he stretched his leg up to his head to show off his flexibility, among other things.
"Hope you don't burn me too badly," he finished with a kittenish wink.
