Tonight, Kasey was expecting rather unfamiliar territory as He agreed to a hardcore cage match. Having had His morale improved from a few favorable situations; He felt it was finally time to make a name for himself alone once again by competing without the help of His partner, Bill. Sure the last match was a unfair 2v1, but that didn't mean Kasey was at all a slouch; at least in His mind. He sat backstage hoping his own ability could suprise Him; after all it had been a spell since He last had to rely squarely on His own wits and what better scenario to help him focus than... A steel cage.
Truthfully as Kasey emerged through the curtain, He wasn't even entirely sure He had thought the whole thing through. But at some point He had to take a leap and simply bet on Himself.
Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 207lbs; KASEY CRASS!
As His music blared, Kasey stepped out through the fog that encapsulated the rampway and present himself to the arena. His nonchalant swagger turned on like a switch as soon as the audience was visible; He looked as though nothing in the world could bother Him. That was, until He got a good look at the structure that surrounded the ring. Kasey having never been in a match stipulation as this before; found it a little daunting. Seemed closer to a MMA bout than wrestling; but it's what He signed up for.
Walking through the door, Kasey continued to act as though the night had already been settled; as if the bout itself was just a formality to get through. Making proper eye contact with His opponent; Kasey glanced up and down Amber's body, sizing Her up for what was sure to be a hardcore bout. She seemed relatively calm within the cage, She hardly glanced around looking at it as much as He did; She may have experience in these types of matches. Rather impressed at his own behaviour to even pick up such a detail, Kasey did His best to keep his focus directly on Amber; make himself seem as confident as possible within this environment. Truth be told, it was the only advantage He felt He had.
"Just ring the bell."
*DING DING!*
Kasey raised His hands to a readied pose; not one with any realistic artistry or technique, rather something He figured made him look as though He knew what He was doing. He would await Amber to make the first move as the cage door slammed shut behind him.
