REKKA

The long awaited debut of Mexico's newest and hottest luchador was underway. It was here that the masked luchador Rekka, known for his spectacular high-flying moves, technical prowess, and enigmatic persona, was set to make his long-awaited debut in Japan. His opponent for the night was Matsuo...a fellow high-flyer who is still quite new to wrestling but was the first person to issue a challenge against Rekka.

Before the match however there was an exclusive interview that a journalist recorded an hour earlier when Rekka arrived in L.A.W. the interview would play in the titontron which showed Rekka backstage by the corridors.

Journalist: "Ladies and gentlemen, My name is Yuki Tanaka and I am here with the enigmatic superstar, Rekka, moments before his highly anticipated debut match against Matsuo. Rekka, the world is buzzing with excitement about your first appearance in Japan. How are you feeling as you prepare to step into the ring?"

Rekka, his mask concealing his emotions, exuded an air of quiet confidence as he addressed the interviewer.

Rekka: "It's an honor to be here in Japan, a land with such a rich wrestling tradition. The support from the fans has been incredible, and I'm eager to showcase the lucha libre style to this passionate audience. Matsuo is a formidable competitor, but I'm ready to give my all and leave everything in the ring."

Yuki Tanaka: "Your high-flying acrobatics and fearless approach have captivated audiences around the world. What can the Japanese fans expect from your unique brand of lucha libre?"

Rekka: "Lucha libre is more than just a style of wrestling; it's a form of artistic expression that celebrates athleticism and showmanship. I aim to bring a fusion of speed, agility, and excitement to the ring, and I hope to leave a lasting impression on the fans here in L.A.W."

Yuki Tanaka: "What are your thoughts on facing Matsuo in your debut match? We know that Matsuo is still new to wrestling, but he has shown that he possesses incredible strength and resilience. How do you plan to counter his raw power and unyielding spirit in the ring?"

Rekka: "By using everything in my arsenal. I'm not just a High-Flyer...I'm the whole package in the ring and I'm ready to showcase that tonight in my debut.

Yuki Tanaka nodded, acknowledging El Fuego's strategic approach to the upcoming match.

Yuki Tanaka: "It sounds like you've prepared meticulously for this encounter. Do you have any final words for your supporters as you prepare to make your mark in Japan?"

Rekka: "To all my supporters, both here in Japan and around the world, I am deeply grateful for your unwavering encouragement. I hope to deliver a performance that will leave a lasting impression. Tonight, I step into the ring not only as Rekka but as a representative of the lucha libre tradition. I aim to honor that legacy and show the world what it means to embrace the spirit of competition. Thank you for your support, and I promise to give my all in this debut match."

With a determined gaze, Rekka concluded the interview, his resolve evident as he prepared to face Matsuo in the ring. The anticipation for his debut reached a fever pitch as the time for the debut match drews near.

Inside the ring Matsuo Yozo stands ready...he had already came inside the ring with his enterance and the only thing he was waiting on was to see the new world famous Luchador everybody has been talking about. So far the two didn't really exchange words other than that they have respect towards one another which was a suprize for Matsuo to hear since he just got into wrestling.

Nonetheless Matsuo is here to make another mark into his wrestling career as he faces off against Rekka and only excitement filled the air.

The arena fell into a hushed silence once it was Rekka's turn to be announced. Then as the lights went out and the song, Shepard of Fire by Avenged Sevenfold started playing the crowd erupted in cheers!

The spotlight illuminated the entrance ramp, and a burst of flames heralded the arrival of Rekka! With an electrifying presence, he emerged, his vibrant mask and intricately designed costume capturing the attention of the entire audience!

As Rekka made his way to the ring, the atmosphere crackled with palpable energy. The two competitors locked eyes, each acknowledging the other's presence with a nod of respect, their shared passion for the sport bridging any language barrier that existed between them.

Rekka's presence was nothing short of magnetic, his enigmatic aura commanding the attention of every spectator in the arena. His every movement seemed to channel the essence of his luchador persona, a living embodiment of the high-flying, acrobatic tradition that had captivated audiences for generations.

The energy in the arena surged to new heights as Rekka ascended the ring steps, his gaze fixed on the squared circle where he would soon face off against Matsuo. With a dramatic flourish, he leaped over the top rope, landing in the center of the ring with a poised elegance that left the audience in awe.

As he stood in the ring, the vibrant lights casting a kaleidoscope of colors across the arena, a palpable sense of anticipation filled the air. The stage was set for an unforgettable debut...

The crowd was set and ready to see Rekka preform and although Matsuo felt as if he was the side show, Matsuo was determined to put on a great showing, win or lose.

Once the two had settled into there corner, the ref would call for the bell to ring, starting the match. Matsuo would start the exchange by trying to show some sportsmanship by shaking Rekka's hand before circling around him, ready for the first collar and elbow lock up.

DING DING DING!!!

The bell rang and the crowd was excited. Rekka came out the corner ready to lock up...however as soon as he got close to the ring, Matsuo would offer a friendly handshake to which the Luchador would gladly accept before quickly returning back to business...the two men circled around each other until both men decided to lock up together.

Rekka would initiate the first move by quickly going underneath, Matsuo's arm and taking over his back! If successful Rekka would attempt to lift him up for a waist lock takedown!

[Maledomfan]

Rekka was undeniably fast when it comes to grappling ad he managed to take Matsuo's back and lift him up for a waistlock takedown. Matsuo would land on his four's and quickly got back up to his feet with his hands gripping on Rekka's wrist. Immediately Matsuo would attempt to pull on Rekka's left arm, go behind him and trap him with a hammerlock. Should Matsuo get said hammerlock he would also attempt to get Rekka's other arm for a double hammerlock hold.

Rekka only managed to take Matsuo down briefly as his smaller opponent got back up to his feet and swiftly took his left arm and trapped him in a hammerlock!


The Luchador would struggle and when he felt Matsuo reaching for his other arm to double trap him, Rekka immediately reacted by dropping low and preforming an arm drag to toss Matsuo behind him!

Rekka wasent done as he quickly sprung to action by grabbing onto Matsuo's head once he had been tossed and would bring him down flat on his back with a snap mate before placing a stomp onto his head!

[Maledomfan]

For trying to grab at Rekka's other arm, Matsuo was tossed from behind. Before he could react, Rekka had already grabbed at his head and snapmared him flat on his back where Matsuo would recieve a stomp to the head!

"Graggh!" Matsuo groaned as he covered the side of his face, clenching it as he slowly tried to get back up to his feet.

The flaming Luchador was a fast worker and when Matsuo was getting to his feet, Rekka waisted no time grabbing onto him, lifted him up to his shoulders and slammed the smaller man onto the mats with a quick scoop slam!

THUD!

Rekka immediately sprung to action as he swiftly exited to the ring apron...and with Matsuo still laying flat on bis back, Rekka would preform a Tope Atomico and splash on top of Matsuo's abdomen area!

[Maledomfan]

Matsuo was hit by Rekka's tope Atomico as the crowd cheered in amazement by the Agile Luchador. Meanwhile Matsuo would groan and laid supined on the floor. So far the match was all Rekka's as he had the early control.
