Hideo was proud of himself for the impressive win, especially because he got to showcase a lot of what he can do in the process, though that didn’t stop him from acknowledging the struggle he was in for the thick of it. Joana was a tough cookie and not so easily beaten no matter how hard he tried, stubborn as all hell it reminded him of slot of people who helped him improve. When she sat up he would go to her and try to help her stand up, assuming she was even willing to entertain the notion.

Man as far as debut opponents I couldn’t ask for a tougher foe. You were clearly meant for something like this.” Hideo said trying to maintain an air of respect even after the brutal fight that just occurred. He would even offer a hand and hope she took it.

Now sitting up, Joana watched as Hideo went over to her and offered her a hand. She stared at him for a while, raising an eyebrow as she looked at the offered hand. Then, she huffed before she pushed herself back up onto her feet without accepting the hand. "Heh... I-I can stand on my own. I don't need your help..." She proudly said despite how apparent it was that she was weakened by everything that she had taken earlier.

After getting herself onto her feet, she would then turn around, preparing to leave. "I change my mind about you. You will do good in here. Just don't disappoint me by being pathetic afterwards..." Then, after a pause, she added, "I'll see you again, little guy..." She gave him a ghost of a smile before leaving, limping slightly as she would exit the ring and headed out of the arena. That was the most she could offer as her sign of respect to the one who had defeated her in the ring.

Joana, either for the sake of pride or embarrassment refused his help up, instead working to get up on her own merits and Hideo allowed it not bothering to interfere, you grow up with two sisters and you learn that no amount of good intentions will make a women less pissed off at you if you help without there approval. Though Joana surprised him there, rather then just leave she started to talk and actually acknowledge him as a good fighter, with the added part of telling him not to look completely pathetic afterwards.

"Oh..well thanks! And I wont trust me, something tells me if I can beat you then I can handle most of what this place will throw at me!" Hideo said as he could have sworn Joana smiled before she walked off, though if it was a smile it was way too small to tell, it was only after he was halfway down the ramp that he processed the rest of what she said. "Did she just call me little?"

Winner: Hideo Akan via Pinfall.
