Rainbow Mika was having what you might call a ‘mixed day’.

It had started out well enough, with her match against Ortega. Not just any match, either, but a hentai match, her first ever dip into the stipulation. It had been a little rough at spots, but all things considered, she thought she handled it well and managed to pick up the win against her younger opponent. Maybe it wasn’t a major achievement, but it was her first step into the lewder side of LAW.

She was feeling amped afterwards, enough that she threw out the call for another challenger, and sure enough, she got one in the form of Viper Weiss. The woman had a bone to pick with her, saying she had no business in the division. Rainbow Mika, never being one to back down from a threat, was eager to prove her wrong.

The only problem was that she wasn’t alone - she’d brought backup, in the form of this hulking beast of a man who showed up and nearly speared her in half. And that was the reason she found herself on the floor, aching and groaning and nearly losing her lunch as Viper lorded over her.

And that was how she found herself in her current situation: On her back, trapped in a figure-four legloc from Sampson, as Viper sat on her face. The latter part of that she didn't hate so much, if she were being honest, since she was something of a facesitting connoisseur and could appreciate a finely applied one, but it wasn’t nearly enough to make up for all the other indignities, and her screams of rage echoed through Viper’s body.

Thankfully, she wouldn’t have to endure the torture for too long, as the referee for this next match came rushing down, slid into the ring, and quickly made her over. ”Okay, okay, I’ll start the match!” She pointed to Viper, though she was careful not to get too close. One on one - I, uh, need you out of the ring, Viper.”

There was something of an art to a good ambush. Viper was far from unwilling to get her hands dirty, but the middleweight heel was also well versed in the dirty tricks that came with those who cared little for the crowds affection, and a good bait and switch to set up an ambush was something that herself and Sampson most certainly had prior experience with. It had resulted in Viper having a first row seat when Sampson hit Mika square in the midsection, spearing her with a crushing amount of force that left the blonde legend writhing on the canvas, all air forced out of her system as she was left laid out, Sampson and Viper towering over her with bad intentions in mind.

And that was how they had ended up in their current position, as Sampson twisted Mika’s curvy legs into a figure four leglock, with her screams muffled into Viper’s hefty ass, which sat firmly upon her face. The challenge was also issued in such a state, and as the crowd roared in disapproval, LAW scrambled to send out a referee to interrupt and prepare for the bout, in the hopes that it would end the assault on Rainbow Mika! And as the fairly sheepish-looking referee interrupted Viper, it seemed as though they’d get what they were looking for.

“Alright, alright. Go on, get up.” She spoke, but not to Mika. Sampson would untangle his legs from the blondes and release her from the hold before rising, though Viper would maintain her position atop the joshi, shooting the referee a glance that told them not to interrupt again, as Sampson retreated to the far corner, eventually coming to relax against the buckles. Only then, an agonizingly long process for the fans and official, would she stand up, finally allowing Mika to breathe, and as she rose, pull the blonde up with her!

“By the way, good luck in your match. I’ll be watching ringside. Go ahead and show him that go-getter attitude you’re so known for!” And with that, Viper would turn and whip Mika into the opposing corner, slamming the blonde into the turnbuckle post before she would step to the side, giving Mika one last smug look, to exit the ring. Now, it was simply Mika and Sampson left alone, the blonde no doubt hurting, with the match set to begin very, very soon!

That was the rating Rainbow Mika would give Viper’s facesit. She certainly had the size for good coverage, it was nearly impossible to get air under there, and she had some great weight distribution. But she could’ve gotten a little more wiggle action in there, worked her deeper, had a better grind. Definitely one of the better ones Rainbow Mika had been on the receiving end of, but there was room for improvement.

Rainbow Mika fully intended to show Viper what a 10 out of 10 facesitting felt like, too, but before she did that, there appeared to be an obstacle in her way. An obstacle by the name of Samson.

Rainbow Mika breathed deep as Viper finally let up, letting her suck in unfiltered oxygen, but she wasn’t able to do anything with it before the woman hauled her off and hurled her into the corner, serving her up for her partner-in-crime. She glared at the serpentine slayer as she hacked and coughed, but knew she wouldn’t be able to do much else - no, she needed to save her energy.

She locked eyes on Samson from across the ring, sizing him up. He was, to put it mildly, a big dude, though that alone wasn’t enough to impress her - she’d thrown hands against Zangief, after all. Still, she hadn't been oxygen deprived and nearly had her legs snapped back then. Now…

No use making excuses. She was here, the bell was about to ring, the match was on. If there was a way to win this, she’d find it. "All right, big man, it's like that, huh?" She spat off to the side, trying to get the taste of Viper off her tongue, and glared his way. "Fine. By. Me!"

The bell rang, Mika came charging out of the corner…and collapsed to her knee after three steps, her legs still fully recovered from the leglock. Hissing, she scrambled up to her feet and tried to take her wrestling stance, hoping she could make a solid one before Samson took the initiative.

After letting Sampson take all the time that one could possibly need to stand and get over to his corner, Viper would finally see fit to raise herself up off of Mika's face, the spluttering blonde quick to try and catch her breath, all while Viper forcibly hauled her up. The blonde didn't have any quips for her, at least, and it was likely a good thing, as if Viper had heard Mika's internal thoughts about her facesitting grade, not even Sampson would have been able to pull the heel middleweight off of her. Instead, Viper would roughly deposit Mika into the corner of the ring, shoving her hard into the turnbuckles behind her before slipping away, leaving the legendary wrestler with some parting words as she did. And then, it was just Mika and Sampson, with the blonde defiantly gazing across at him, before getting herself ready, looking like she was still game to take him on!

"I guess it's like that, little lady." It was the first words spoken by Sampson to Rainbow Mika, and they were appropriately contentious, the masked man clearly having no issues engaging with Viper's schemes. Still, it would be Sampson who would be the one to take on the blonde, and as the match began, he prepped himself, watching as Mika charged his way... before dropping to a knee, still not recovered from her pre-match ambush!

Sampson, unfortunately for her, was not enough of a gentleman to give her the time to do so.

"Fine by me too!" Sampson growled, before charging forwards himself, with no pain in his legs to slow him down, as he converged quickly upon Mika as she rose up to her feet. And then, when he arrived, he would opt for something simple and powerful, throwing his beefy shoulder into Mika to slam her to the mat once more, this time with a shoulder block that would hopefully send her crashing back to the mat!

Harmageddon’s Rule #37: Wrestle within your means.

Rainbow Mika ground her teeth as she found herself floundering on the canvas, dealing with her aching legs. As mad as she wanted to be at Samson, for good reasons, she had to take some of her own blame here, as well. She should’ve taken stock of her body before she came rushing out like that, made sure she was capable of doing it before she put herself to the test. Her match with Ortega hadn't exactly been a barnburner, but it did take a toll, to say nothing of the attack after the match. She needed to either find a way to recover or wrestle better with the way her body was now.

The first option seemed to be out of the window, as Samson made it clear he had no intent of giving her even the least amount of space. She had only just risen when he came rushing in, threw himself forward and rammed into her with his shoulder, bringing her back to the canvas with a sickening crash.

She hit and hissed, gritting her teeth to push through the pain. Tempting as it was to roll out and catch her breath, that would put her in Viper’s domain, a prospect she liked even less than holding out in here with this big galoot. No way out but through, it seemed.

First order of business was to make space. Instead of simply laying there, she threw herself into a roll towards the corner, reached up to grab the pads, and tried to push her way up again, this time rising faster with their aids. It wouldn’t change much, but she would at least have more options if she could stand up.
