Ash had to admit that those lips of the love hunter left him with a taste he wanted more of. They tasted so sweet against his, was that cherry or maybe something else? He didn’t focus too much on it. He’d have those lips against his again sooner or later. Now with the kick successful, he’d pull it back if not for Artemis’s quick recovery.

“Shit!” He cursed when she managed to grab onto his ankle and keep him in place while on one leg.

She let it go but moved forward; his chanve to escape cut off as he felt her arm slam into his chest. But as he would be knocked down, Ash would shoot his arms out in an attempt to wrap them around Artemis’s neck; looking to pull her down with him and slam her face into the canvas.
