Eliza knew that anyone who got locked down into her leg based submission holds would be feeling the squeeze even after being released from its confines, it was something that was only experienced when up against a wrestler of her caliber. Like being punched from a champion heavyweight as they say. Eliza could go from being a coiled python to an escaped snake in an instant and be ready to strike while her opponent was still reeling from the sudden and painful chest compressions, needless to say though the dancing passion was surprised to see that Deku had been a swifter recovery than most.
And was now barrelling in at her.
The Harenwood would catch the knee strike clean in the chest, only just barely managing to tense up her abs in time for the strike. Still it sent Eliza reeling and across the ring with her arms splayed out and her left gasping for breath at what just happened, those in attendance save for the dedicated opera performers gasped at seeing brought low in such a manner that seemed similar to her own!

Re: Eliza Harenwood vs Deku II - Graceful Duel
Landing a solid blow directly into Eliza's chest Deku would watch as the woman stumbled back before falling down to a knee, clearly rattled by the blow. Good. Deku had been working on his kicks since the last time he and Eliza had fought each other, studying her technique and skill to improve and clearly it had paid off. Seeing that he had managed to at least knock the wind out of the blonde he knew that this was his best possible chance to capitalize on her beaten state. Bending down Deku would seek to grab hold of the woman's legs, lifting them up before crossing them over each other and his own before moving to turn the woman over, locking in a Texas cloverleaf submission on the dancing passion!

Re: Eliza Harenwood vs Deku II - Graceful Duel
Eliza was no stranger to being struck down in a match, in particular during her time in the indies when she had to learn her craft by doing it with a few weeks work of practise and often disaster came about. The dancing passion was tougher than she looked however. Another sign of her progress since coming in and wrestling in high school gyms and thensome. However Deku wasn't going to idly stand by it seems as the dancing passion would soon be cinched into a texas cloverleaf submission hold!
It was bound to happen, one had to often try and target Eliza's legs in order to secure a win against her. The pain shot through Eliza's spine and she let out a low hiss and a shake of her head to signal her refusal to withdraw. The dancing passion had however developed plans of a sort for when in leg based holds, the pain made it hard to focus for a bit but Eliza hatched a plan. She tested the strain of her legs, trying to sense which one was the least locked in so to speak and put her muscles to move and try to wriggle her leg out in the hopes of trying to kick Deku in the chin with it. Granted it would likely be an awkward blow if it but Eliza sought to merely desist this attack here!

Re: Eliza Harenwood vs Deku II - Graceful Duel
Deku knew what he was doing right now must have been somewhat predictable. Going after the legs of an opponent known for kicking but sometimes predictable was due to a strategy being sound and he was certainly fine being guilty of it. Plus if anything the sounds of pain that his foe was releasing right now was any indicator he was very much glad to be doing the damage that he was against her so far through this hold.
However he was so caught up in his own head about the pros and cons of his own strategy that he didn't even notice the gradual resistance of her legs and how they were starting to come loose until. "Guh!" Deku cried out in pain as a kick rocked him in the face forcing him to let go of his opponent's legs and making him back up all together off of Eliza's prone form while holding his nose!
