Mask De Smith vs Pink Phoenix - Flame of Destiny

Out of all the injuries that Mask had ever taken in his time in wrestling that hit was in the top five for sure, heck it was more sore than some of those street fight hits he took way back in Mexico helping out his fellow Smiths. But Mask had come too far, both in the home sense and also in his career to let it end like this if he could even get a breath in his lungs there.

He muttered out to himself "Destiny....." in a semi delirious fashion there, yet it seemed the 1 of the 7 had fight left in him there.....still he subconsciously knew that Phoenix wouldn't be finished with him either there.

He'd make to stagger upwards a bit, only to find the luchador was grabbing him by the neck there. It resulted in a switch being flipped on the Smith as it reminded him of many a time he was in a brawl with his fellow Smiths at the bars, Mask would swiftly grit his teeth before yelling out with "Gahhh!" as Mask made to try and rely on his sheer instincts here and attempt to get his arms around Phoenix and attempt to heft her in the air for a swift and sudden spine buster!

Phoenix picked Mask up by the neck with the purpose of going for the second Phoenix Twist while looking and hearing to the crowds cheering for her, until she gets suddenly lifted off the ground by Mask and gets her back slammed across the canvas with the spinebuster, which makes Pinki Phoenix to let out a small groan and clutch her back after that move.

Despite of the impact of the spinebuster, the pink haired luchadora was somehow able to crawl at the ropes, slower than before, but enough proof that she also still has some fight left in her. Something that she wouldn't regret to do while getting up slowly by using the ropes to pull herself and stay there to catch some breath and a quick recover.

Mask felt that slam there, he made his mark there. It was driven by pure instinct and in all honesty he wasn't sure what else he had left in the tank at this point. But what he was certain that he did have was the spirt of the Smiths, him and the rest of the killer 7. The Mexican was trying in vain to process his thoughts there in vain, still he knew one thing. He had only a small amount of time left before that adrenaline was going to leave his veins and render him an inert mess on the mat. He had one chance to end things, there was a move that would secure him victory surely.......

The Heaven Smile, may the devil have mercy.

Wordlessly Mask would try to grab Phoenix and shove her into the corner, then from there he'd try to heft her to the top rope with his muscles straining from the effort and length of this bout. Were he able to do this the 1 of the 7 would leap up to get him and the pinkette in a standing position, unless the female luchador could muster up a counter in time she'd be taken on a trip headfirst to the mat with a hard hitting DDT!

Mask's Heaven Smile move had one thing that always seemed to happen though, the instant the wrestlers would leave the top rope regardless of what may occur. For some reason the crowd, all those in attendance would suddenly burst into an eerie form of laughter that could be heard from even the outside of the arean......

The young luchadora was picked up and shoved against the corner by Mask, Phoenix grunted softly and remains in the corner where she got shoved, then she was lifted to the top rope and forced to stand there, moment in which she heard the crowd laughing, even outside the arena.

After hearing that, Phoenix reacts at time and starts striking his head with the closed fist to prevent it, then she shoves him to the middle and starts climbing to the top rope, with both feet over both sides to make some balance. If her idea goes as she planned, she would jump from there and land against Mask with a double stomp on his midsection.

Some part of Mask had regret that he'd have to resort to this move, yet the other part also had some respect for Phoenix there that he'd been this hard pressed that he had to resort to this technique. This move, Mask swore that some part of it was cursed. As if doing so just made those that watch it......experience something that was hard to explain.......But the potency of the Heaven Smile attack was nothing to scoff at, many a luchador had been bested by this move in the indies at the hands of the one of the seven and Mask put his faith in the move with no pun intended.

Yet Pink Phoenix seemed to live up to her moniker, because from the ashes she seemed to rouse in Mask's grasp there. The Smith would grimace under his mask and grapple around with Phoenix there as both were perched up on the top rope, those strikes to the head rocked the 1 of the 7 there and before long he would be keeping hold of her still. Both seemed to have the drive. But momentum and the ropes and corner were slick with the sweat of previous matches in the ring and........

Mask felt it, he was going overboard and not just off the ropes but out the damn ring at this point! He clung to Phoenix as he did so however, it looked like both luchas were going right out the ring here with their scuffle! "Mieeeerrrrrrrdaaaaaa!!!!!" Mask yelled as he would be heading to the outside with Phoenix there, the 1 of the 7 would lay unmoving after crashing to the outside, the last vestige of his second wind expelled from his sails.

After making the diving double stomp successfully, Phoenix could look at Mask going outside and laying there on the floor, while she sits against the bottom turnbuckle to catch some breath and recover. The pinkette luchadora was starting to feel a little tired but she is conscious that the show must go on.

Once she recovered in the time being, Phoenix rolls under the bottom rope and gets outside the ring to go after Mask and pick him up. Once she did, she would go for few chops aimed to his chest.

Mask wasn't kidding anymore, at best he was superman on kryptonite having just lept off a skyscraper, this wasn't the first time he'd come up short in trying to execute the Heaven Smile, probably wouldn't be the last. Still some part of him had thought he had taken Phoenix down with him there in that high rise penthouse jump out the ring there, but as he came to there slowly it was dawning on him that it wasn't the case. She'd lucked out or struck out there and left Mask down in the slums there, the 1 of the 7 was cursing his destiny there.......Yet rather than remain in the ring it would seem that Phoenix was intent on adding a claim to fame of sorts in this match as Mask saw her moving to get out of the ring.

Groaning quietly Mask would find himself getting prepped up and the luchador got his chest lit up by a hard chop or few! That stung like fuck and it made Mask cough hard there from the blows, fuck this was just like when he was getting clobbered on the streets usually trying to help Dan and Coyote in a brawl. The Smith would lean against the apron there and pant hard. He was feeling himself slip hard. Time to try and do one last act before his body gave out, when Phoenix went for that last chop Mask would try to duck under it and get behind her. Whereupon he'd wrap his arms around her waist and give a loud "Gahhhhhh!!!!!" the 1 of the 7 would try to German Suplex Phoenix as his knees buckled out from the effort, that was him spent for good now in this match......
