Sheepherder's Lamentation: Isaiah Bowen vs. Ashley Lucas

Isaiah waited on his opponent to act, but, nothing, in fact, it only seemed to piss her off that he didn't fight, at first, he was about to go off on another tangent, but, soon realized something: Ashley didn't give a damn about what he said, all she wanted was a fight. Some would call that barbaric, others animalistic, but, for those who wrestle in LAW, it was just par for the course. Isaiah simply nodded and went for a lockup, "You no longer face the Sheepherder, you face the Prophet, but, that doesn't matter to you, does it?" he said as he attempted to push his opponent into a corner...

Perhaps it was a sign that the blonde was a bit too quick to violence when she refused to listen to what the man had to say in favour of just getting back to the two of them wailing on each other, but the ring isn't a place for polite conversation and Ashley just wanted to get to the action that everyone was here for. Though that being said she would at least acknowledge the last thing he said before the two of them locked up "Not at all! Impress me with your actions, not stupid titles!"

As the two of them locked up Ashley knew that there was little point in trying to overpower the man, he was bigger and likely stronger than her and it was ultimately more trouble than it was worth trying to overcome him with brute force. Instead she would allow herself to be pushed back while giving just enough resistance so that Isaiah likely wouldn't be able to tell that she was getting pushed on purpose, then when they were close to the corner Ashley would suddenly throw herself to the side while yanking on his arms, hoping to use the man's momentum against him to send him into the corner. If she succeeded then she would follow up with a forearm strike aimed for his chest, hoping to stun him and leave him vulnerable.

Isaiah, now free from the Sheepherder, began to push Ashley into a corner, it was almost as if the Sheepherder was holding him back. Unfortunately, Isaiah was so aught up in the moment, that he was falling into a trap, soon he felt himself being flipped into the corner and his opponent's forearm came crashing into his stomach, making him sit in the corner. Isaiah smiled. It felt good getting rid of something that was holding him back. Now free from fear. Isaiah could move on in his life and career.

With a loud smack of flesh upon flesh Ashley would smash Isaiah in the chest with a heavy forearm strike, bringing the man down onto his butt and leaving him sitting on the corner with a creepy smile on his face. Ashley didn't know what the man had to smile about since she obviously didn't know anything about his internal struggles, from her perspective it just looked like he was smiling after getting smacked into the corner. Perhaps he thought she was going to stinkface him or something? If so he was dead wrong, but whatever the reason Ashley was determined to wipe that smile off of his face.

Ashley would back up a few feet while locking eyes with Isaiah, letting the man see the fire in the eyes as she prepared to attack. Then with a yell she would charge at him and attempt to land a running boot to his chest, hoping to smash the air out of the man and leave him weakened for further attacks.

Isaiah half-wondered if his smile would be misinterpreted, but, with a character like Ashley, there was really no telling what she was thinking. Perhaps that was what made her a better wrestler then most of the others he had faced. Isaiah could've countered Ashley's next attack, but, he was too far into his own thoughts, and soon felt her knee on his chest, driving a considerable amount of air out of the former Sheepherder's lungs. Isaiah lay on the mat, gasping as if he was about to gasp out his last, "Just end it, you fool...I want to move on..."

With unusually little resistance from it's intended victim Ashley's attack would successfully land, smashing Isaiah in the chest and leaving him slumped against the mat. Just as Ashley was trying to think of what to do next she would hear her opponent demanding she end the match... which had to be the first time in Ashley's wrestling career that her opponent had actually asked her to finish them off "W-what? Uh... if you insist..." Something about the man and his complete lack of competitive spirit honestly confused the blonde, but if she was literally being asked to finish the match now Ashley supposed she would oblige.

That being said she had no intent of allowing the match to end in such an anti-climactic way, while Ashley was fine with taking an easy win it didn't feel right to leave the audience unsatisfied. That's why she would haul Isaiah up to his feet and attempt to wrap her arms around his waist, upon succeeding she would use her hold on his waist to lift him up onto her shoulders before attempting to fall forward and slam him onto the mat for a powerbomb! This was her signature move; a Gutwrench Suplex that she had dubbed the Studley Bomber!

Should she succeed she would keep him in the position he had fallen in with his shoulders to the mat for a pinfall "1!"

Isaiah didn't care anymore about winning or losing, for it was time to move on from the worst stretch of his life and career to end. Isaiah felt himself being lifted and soon found himself being lifted in the air, only to be slammed into the mat with a Gutwrench powerbomb. Isaiah than saw his shoulders were on the mat, and the ref counted:

"1..."
"2..."
"3!"

The ref's hand hit the mat a third time, and Isaiah rolled out of the ring, The ref raised Ashley's hands in victory. Never had Isaiah felt so good after a loss. Isaiah picked up the mask he discarded, which somehow was still intact, got back in the ring and handed it to Ashley, "Thanks for helping me get out of this stupid Sheepherder phase. Please take this. Do whatever you want with it, keep it, throw it away, shove it up someone's ass, or hell, shove it up your own ass. I'm not one too judge. Though be mindful that this is made of metal and the beak is sharp. The Sheepherder is done, but, Isaiah sure as hell isn't. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go to the Heavyweight locker room and pay someone $1500 to sit on my face. Later, blonde!" Isaiah left the ring in an almost skip. He could finally move on...

After landing her signature Studley Bomber Ashley would hook one of Isiah's leg while keeping his torso pinned to the mat, and in three simple smacks of the mat Ashley would be declared the winner. As far as victories go it was a pretty good one for the blonde, with her getting quite a dominant win over a larger male opponent, but it felt unsatisfying. By the end of the match the man's heart wasn't in it at all and he wasn't even trying to stop her from attacking, that was hardly a win the blonde could be proud of. Even so she would stand and allow the referee to raise her hand in victory, still giving the crowd a proud smile all things considered.

Though Isaiah didn't want to leave just yet and he would quickly come back into the ring, holding out his discarded bird mask "Huh? W-why?" her confusion would quickly be replaced with shock and anger at his crass line about shoving it up her ass "W-wah!?! E-excuse me!?!" After some more words that were quite baffling the man would then comment on going to pay someone $1500 to sit on his face before running off "W-what!?!" The whole interaction frankly baffled Ashley, but either way a win was a win and she would gladly take it. Shaking her head in exasperation she would make her way up the ramp, head held high after gaining another win.

"Shut up and enjoy your win, dipshit..." Isaiah called as he heard the protests of his opponent. It was clear to everyone watching that Isaiah had a lot of soul searching to do, and that this was the end of an era, a short lived one, but, he digressed. He went all the way up to the top of the ramp and just stood there for a minute, before his old music came blaring over the loudspeaker:

Isaiah was noticably in tears as the song blared over the famed arena's loudspeakers. In a fit of boldness, he asked for a mic, he pointed straight to Ashley, and boldly said, "Take your boots off, Ashley, for the place where you now stand is Holy Ground!" Isaiah slammed the mic and walked away. He didn't know what Ashley was going to do from here, it seemed that this was just an ordinary match, if not with a complete freak of nature, but, for Isaiah, it was the beginning of a new day...
