Lei has a very friendly disposition, always trying to have fun with people around her. This applies both in and out of the ring as she cares less about winning than having a good time with her opponents and putting on a great show. Still, she loves a good fight and is going to try her hardest if she thinks her opponent can handle it.
Outside the ring, she tends to bond really quickly with people and comes up with the activities they can do together and drops them onto someone with no warning. She also gets excited about anything her friends are into even if she herself isn’t. Other than that she loves to tease people.

Strategy: With new opponents she tries to estimate their strength first unless she is convinced that they are good. After that her favorite thing is to let it go back and forth even if she could easily win as to make it more fun and a better show for the audience.
If faced with a strong opponent she tends to fall back on her prior experience and her style is full of all kinds of kicks and punches while keeping a comfortable distance, when closing in she tries to take it to the ground and acts in line with her MMA background.

Huan Lei Brightspring or just Lei as most people tend to call her was born to a family of a Chinese immigrant and an American jewel smith. From a young age, it was clear to her parents that she would not be taking over the family business and for their part, they did not try to force her to instead letting her peruse what she wanted in life.
From a very young age Lei gravitated to sports giving at least a try to almost everything you can think of. In the end what stuck the most was weightlifting and fighting sports, the latter ones she would frequently change always looking for something new and interesting.
She competed as a weightlifter with some success but a really big thing for her was competing in MMA. Her career there was very successful an she gather a large fan following but after getting a belt she found it increasingly tedious being on the opposite side of a chase for a title eventually retiring never having lost her champion status.
After that, she started her online career in which her large following helped her immensely. Most of her fans coming from her time in MMA ended with a large portion of her audience wanting to see her back on the mat and she herself missed fighting but did not want to go back to the way things were. Eventually, through her agent pulling some strings, she managed to get to the tryouts for law and get signed.
Now she hopes to have fun both in and out of the ring.
Title-chasing is not really on her mind as it’s what got her to leave MMA. What she wants now is to get fun fights and make some friends along the way.

- Her eyepatch is a holdover from childhood when she used to be bullied for her heterochromia, she came over that insecurity but thinks an eyepatch makes for a nice gimmick.
- Has master’s degree in biochemistry but you would never be able to tell.
- Has a YouTube channel where she promotes good fitness practices and shows how to exercise correctly.
- Can absolutely get into a rant about stupidity of some fitness supplements.
- As part of her partnership with a large fitness company she has her own line of products called “crux”. It comprises of fitness supplements she makes sure are of highest quality, there are also plans for a line of gymwear.
