Style: Lady Cruzada is a balanced fighter overall, favoring power throws and technical maneuvers, but without ignoring other moves. Much of her arsenal comes from her Lucha Libre background, and while she's not as agile as the typical luchador, she's able to pull off some risky aerial moves when necessary. Her biggest weakness is defense - she's good at using submissions but lacks the flexibility to easily escape them, and her high-profile attacks often leave her open to counters if they miss.

Characteristics
Personality: The persona of Lady Cruzada is confident, gracious, tender, haughty but not unpleasantly so - the very image of an angel descended from Heaven. She acts courteous towards most opponents, but harbors a righteous fury against those she considers "evildoers": cheaters, bullies, or even fighters that use suggestive moves in nonsexual matches. She believes such actions are sins against the sanctity of the ring, which must receive her divine punishment. (Depending on the situation, she shows just a little bit of a holier-than-thou attitude.) However, underneath the costume, there's a woman hiding many insecurities; thus the strong-willed Lady Cruzada reverts to the meek Angelina when the situation gets too hard to handle (or when, God forbid, she loses her mask).
Past/History: Few remember it, but Angelina started out as an "evildoer" like the ones she despises today. A little devil with the face of an angel, in other words. She began her career by getting kicked out of high school, after one too many incidents in the wrestling club. Soon she found her dream job: she became a heel wrestler at a Canadian federation, which meant that she once again could bully others to her heart's content.
Angelina won her first two matches and got DQ'd in the third, relying on constant dirty tactics to succeed. By then, however, all the other wrestlers saw that this rookie heel was getting too big for her own boots. She needed to be taught a lesson. From then on, Angelina faced a series of humiliating defeats, with both faces and heels squashing her mercilessly in response to her aggressive cheating. And their "lesson" worked - she literally had her mean streak pounded out of her, reduced to little more than a jobber before she finally called it quits.
The now meek Angelina was lost. Could she continue wrestling after this embarrassment? She felt she could barely show her face in public. She vowed she wouldn't bully others anymore, and decided to move as far away from home as money would allow - which in her case was Mexico City. What happened to her in the next few months is unclear, as she kept all her thoughts to herself; but she seemed to overcome it, debuting in the world of Lucha Libre under the identity of Lady Cruzada. Wanting to atone for her past actions, she became a righteous face, a técnica on a crusade to steer the rudos away from their stray path.
Relying on this elaborate persona to protect her ego, Lady Cruzada became quite successful as a luchadora. Maybe karma is a thing, after all! With success came confidence; her shameful past was behind her, and she felt she could do anything as long she had her mask. As she became stronger and more popular, it was only a question of time before she received a job offer from LAW.
