Personality: Has herself, Mayu Taniguchi is a quiet, mild mannered girl who simply wants to do her best as backstage interviewer/columnist for LAW! She's pretty shy, especially around heel wrestlers, but is able to but on a more confident front when she's on camera interviewing someone (unless they intimidate or threaten her).
As Dynamic Ruby, however, Tanuguchi's personality changes! Boisterous and over the top, Dynamic Ruby wants nothing more than evil doers to be punished and for truth, justice, and hope to prevail! She often goes on long winded tirades and speeches against heels, even during matches! She respects anyone who can give her a good, clean fight and also loves children, believing them to be "future fighters for Dynamic Justice!" She also has a never say die attitude, meaning anyone facing her is going to be in for a hard fought match up!
History: Mayu Taniguchi was a quiet, bookish child who found herself the target of bullies and cliques throughout elementary and high school due to her modest dress and focus on academics.The only thing that kept her going was a small but loyal group of fellow outcasts and a love for manga and Sentai shows. Mayu was captivated by the heroines she saw; how they went from average, often similarly misfortuned students like herself to fearless protectors of all things right with the literally flip of a hand (followed by a lengthy transformation sequence). Seeing these characters inspired her to try and improve her life, taking up martial arts (Karate to be exact) and breaking out of her shell a little. One day in high school, a obnoxious bully went too far in teasing her, and instead of taking it like the other abuse she had received for years she decided to strike back, decking the student with just one punch! She was sent to detection, but that experience taught her that she could stand up her herself and help others do the same! The only question was how could she accomplish such a thing, as up until now she had just been a shy girl without much say in things. After graduating from high school, she would go to university and work towards a degree in journalism, a credential that got her the attention of LAW; who were looking for someone to write columns for their website. Mayu, having some student debts, accepted the job, not expecting to enjoy covering the world of professional wrestling. However, as she attended events and went backstage for information and stories, she began to realize that wrestling was kinda like those shows she used to watch all those years ago, albeit more violent and (at least in LAW's case) sexual. Moreover, it was something millions of people watched as a way to escape from their struggles in life, and it could be a good way to spread a message of hope and perseverance to those who needed it; much like Mayu used too! This was her chance to make something unique out of her life and also help others in a way! But she couldn't do this as herself. Her parents would surely panic seeing their daughter in the ring, and she would lose her well paying and stable job as columnist! If she wanted to compete, she needed a secret identity. Basing a costume off of old childhood drawings she made, Mayu made the costume and persona of Dynamic Ruby; someone not afraid to step into the spotlight, help the weak, and fight against the evils of the world! With some careful maneuvering and planning on Mayu's part "Dynamic Ruby" was signed to compete as a wrestler, but that wasn't all. With years of suppression came a but of a dark, perverted side, one that wasn't helped by the violence and sexual actions Mayu was forced to watch as part of her job. She couldn't let this dark side leak into the pure Dynamic Ruby or change herself, so she created a third persona. This more violent, lustful alter ego was called...

Personality: As Dynamic Ruby's arch nemesis (despite being played by the same person), Dynamic Rouge is the exact opposite of her counterpart. Crass, vulgar, and perverted, Rouge is every bit of the bad girl her biker style attire portrays her as. She likes nothing more than to pummel and humiliate strong girls with her brawling style and cheap tactics, although she has no qualms in bulling those much weaker than her for kicks. She also is hentai-crazed, groping and harassing opponents even outside of hentai matches! When she's angered though, that all goes out the window, and she focuses on trying to cripple her opponent! In short, Rouge is a dangerous vigilante, and one who you should run from if her visored glare meets your eye.
History: According to Dynamic Ruby, Rouge was originally known as Dynamic Opal, one of the seven original Dynamic Force members along with Ruby, Sapphire, Pearl, Quartz, Emerald, and their leader Diamond. Opal was the the team's best fighter and a good strategist, second only to Diamond herself. This created resentment in the heart of Opal, who believed she was superior to Diamond and should have been team leader. During a mission, the team entered a cave rumored to hold a power that corrupted those with negative feelings towards their friends. The Force thought they would be safe due to their close bonds, not knowing of the inner bitterness Opal had deep inside. During the mission, the cave's energies corrupted Opal, bringing her frustrations to the surface! She would first stab diamond in the back before dispatching Sapphire, Pearl, Quartz, and Emerald and leaving Ruby unconscious due to her then lack of experience. The only reason Ruby survived was due to Diamond, in her dying moments, giving Ruby her aura; an aura only found in those born to be leaders. This aura strengthened Ruby and allowed her to survive her injuries, escaping the cave as Opal left; transforming from one of the trusted protectors of the planet into the evil Dynamic Rouge; a being with the desire to spread havoc wherever she went. Despite this history, however, and the fact Rouge has been seen at LAW events, the two haven't crossed paths for their final showdown; seemingly always evading each other. Will they ever meet? Knowing both are played by Mayu, most likely not.
