Wrestling Information:
Fighting Style: Technical Striker. He uses a combination of grappling techniques, submission holds, and quick strikes in the ring. Using them to wear an opponent down and weaken them or go in for the kill. Submission holds are a favored move of his. Using every trait of his body and the hold he’s using on his opponent, hoping they tap, slip unconscious, or they're in a more manageable state he can take advantage of.
Preferred Matches: (MVF) Ash is no stranger when it comes to fights in a cage. He’s well versed in standard, submission, no holds-barred, No DQ, and so on. Even a match goes hardcore with cuts, bruises, or even blood and weapons, he’ll rise to the challenge. If you’d ask him about hentai matches with the opposite sex: “So… you come here often?”
Appearance and Attire(s):
Ring Attire:
(The cape is for when he makes his entrance. He takes it off when in the ring)
### Signature Moves:
1. Gambal Striker:

2. Crescent Rose:
-Description: Falling back and pulling his opponent back first onto his knees with forcez
-Execution: Ash grabs his opponent’s shoulders or their arms from behind. Then falls onto his back while pulling on the shoulders/arms, then bringing up and bending his knees so that his opponent lands back first on his knees.
3. Myrtenaster:

4. Dust Till Dawn:

-Execution: After running up, jumping into the air and delivering a mean left hook to his opponent’s face, he’d grab his dazed opponent and put them through a suplex to slam them down.
### Finishing Moves:
1. Hanging Silence:
-Description: Romero Special combining a dragon sleeper.
-Execution: Ash suspends his opponent into the air with the normal ceiling hold/romero special. He pulls his opponent’s lower half down and then tuck their neck under his arm to apply the dragon sleeper component. Bending their bodies and spreading their legs to add onto the pressure while applying more pressure to his opponent’s neck or they tap out.
2. Salem’s Fall:
- Description: Catatonic Backbreaker
- Execution: (WIP)
3. Harbinger:
- Description: Powerbomb slam then transition to Boston crab
-Execution: Picking up his opponent and setting them slamming them down with a powerbomb, he keeps his grip on their legs and flips them over for a Boston Crab hold. Working their spine and their legs.
(For Hentai, it’s a single leg Boston Crab while he pleasures their crotch with his free hand)
(WIP) 4. Omen:
- Description:
-Execution:
5. Atlas Fall:
-Description: Torture rack carry followed by a backbreaker.
-Execution: After lifting up his opponent on his shoulders, Ash will work them in a torture rack. Trying to get them into a more manageable state as he weakens them. When he feels they’re maalebale for the next part, he lifts them over his shoulder before slamming them down. Hitting them back first right over his knee.
Backstory:
Spoiler
(it’s in a spoiler because I made it pretty long so I wanted to save some space?
Ash’s life would be something people would sometimes call “hectic”. At a young age, about seven years old, he was abandoned by his single mother in favor of her wrestling career. Due to his birth mother legally changing her name to something he didn’t know, he was placed in foster care. Landing him a home in the Raguel family, an infertile couple who welcomed him with open arms and showered him with love. Though it took him a bit to get used to the affection, his birth mother wasn’t too fond of feelings, let alone love. But but the Raguels were able to break through and he eventually forgot the sadness of his abandonment, but deep down it was replaced with a resentment for his birth mother. He grew up happy with the Raguels, even addressing them as his parents openly. They taught him lessons about life and responsibility. His father telling him, “with great power comes great responsibility,” and Ash took those words to heart.
Though there were happy memories, there were also times that Ash had been bullied in high school when it was found out he was adopted. Bullies teased him that he was a worthless child not worth loving and that his foster family only adopted him out of pity. It hurt. But he never showed retaliation for it, silently taking the harassment from the bullies. It then came to a boiling point when the star quarterback took a swing at him. The only good thing he’s grateful for from his birth mother is inheriting her prodigal fighting skills that he used to defend himself. Though latent and untrained, Ash managed to knock the quarterback flat on his ass, which wasn’t that difficult as he kept swinging like the meathead he was. Resulting in a suspension, his parents lectured him but were proud he defended himself. So they decided to let him take self-defense classes to hone his latent skills and focus his mind.
And it worked out pretty well as he was incredible at fighting and bulked up some, not too bulky but he had a good build. Although into his junior year, his foster family were suffering some financial trouble and Ash wanted to help despite his adopted parents’s reassurances. And while he may have good grades in school, a scholarship can only take him so far so he signed up for a local independent wrestling circuit to earn some cash. Done behind the Raguels’s backs and using the skills he enhanced through the fighting classes, they didn’t provide much but they were something. Eventually he started taking a few fights in the underground circuit and got a little more cash than the indie leagues. Ash had told his adopted family that he had gotten a job that also had some night shifts that were required and they seemed to buy it when they asked Ash where he got the money he was using.
His time in both circuits has made him cross paths with various fighters and even some scouts for the pro leagues, who of course approached Ash with offers but he refused them at the time since he was still in school. Speaking of, training and the matches seemed to take somewhat of a toll at school. His grades were starting to slip, he sometimes slept during class, even got detention once for skipping school because of his “job.” Which almost got called into question by the school when asked about it but he managed to blow it off thanks to a favor someone owed him for a past match.
However tragedy struck.
One night, after some time that it seemed like Ash was growing distant from the Raguels, his adopted father offered to drive him to a place he was supposed to go. But Ash told them a lie but eventually caved in, erupting a small argument in the car ride before being dropped off and getting ready for another match as his “night shift.” Though when he was done, he found a crowd gathered on the sidewalk. The center of attention? His adopted father, shot and bleeding on the ground after being carjacked by a mugger. It was like a wrecking ball came into his life and shattered, blaming himself for it and even left the indie circuit for a bit to cope. For a while he kept it bottled up after the funeral.
He eventually told his adopted mother the full truth. Suffice to say he deserved the right hook she gave him for lying to them all this time, but she understood why. Things were somehow awkward between them for a few days before both of them reached a conclusion. Ash could still take his fights, but only if she was his fighting coach. Ash was surprised that she decided to coach him, though he shouldn’t have been when she gave him a mean right hook to the cheek. What was even more surprising was that she was an MMA fighter and even a shoe-in for a championship title but she left after getting married to her husband. And now she furthered his fighting skills through her workout routine, his technical style mixed with quick strikes thanks to her made him a deadly combatant in the ring.
This made them grow closer and closer together and mend the relationship that was somewhat strained when the cat came out of the bag. She even started to attend some of Ash’s matches in the indie and underground circuits when she could and was proud of him.
The money he got from those fights certainly helped out with their finances and they were stable, but he continued to fight. After graduation as he got older, he was getting higher paying matches and acceptance for “certain” matches. Even some letters of recognition and offers from MMA promotions that wanted him as part of their roster, but he has also thought about if he wanted to go to college when he saw how much the pay was for the positions.
So after a talk with his adopted mother/cloach, they decided to enroll him in a college he was accepted into. Student fees were handled and he informed the leagues he was in that he was taking a break for school. And it was good, for a few weeks until he came across one of the more wealthy students: Gary Okido. Who’s snobbish attitude initiated a fight with Ash. Ash won after Gary swung first with Ash only defending himself, however the Okido Family managed to sweep it under the rug and threaten criminal charges and backlash unless Ash was expelled. And he was and so Ash and Gary started to HATE each other because of it. So now expelled, Ash took the offers for more advanced fight matches since it’s likely the Okido Family would be very petty about this.
One year later after he turned nineteen and the “Okido Incident”, Ash was a well-recognized fighter in the Independent Leagues and the Underground Circuit . These more advanced matches were a little different than what he was doing while in high school and this introduced him to a plethora of new fighters.
One such example is Renee “The Renegade” Steinhauser in an intergender Iron Man Match in the underground circuit. One that featured a very unique prize for the winner and had turned into a rather… heated fight. One Ash was grateful that his mother wasn’t in attendance. He won the match and let’s say he DEFINITELY enjoyed the “spoils” of his victory. And despite the two of them insulting and pounding each other into the ring floor, they actually turned into friends, even if they insult each other and call each other names. But it’s all good.
Others included the members of a wrestling group called the Animal Squadron. In fact he got an offer from the pro leagues by taking down one of its most prominent members: Kenji the Tiger. A brutal match to be sure and one that pushed Ash to his limit, he managed to secure a victory via knockout. After the two exchanged words with sportsmanship, he moved onto the big leagues. And his mother couldn’t have been ever prouder of her son.
But one day… the past will come back to haunt him…

- Embarrassingly enough, this is the third rewrite of my male OC, XD.
- Funnily enough I named him “Ashley” for teasing material and because I learned that it was also an English name for a male. Learned it from a friend who lives in England.
