Yurichi was born in Japan, raised by his family in a dojo - orphan of mother and father, he has been teached and raised by his uncles; his aunt, a stage actress who taught him traditional Japanese works of folklore, literature, and of course, Kabuki theater - while his uncle, master of a Dojo, trained him in various martial arts.
Once he leaves the village, Yurichi begins to approach Japanese wresting; and moving to the big cities, he begins to become a good fighter and performer. His education gives him an idea for a character in the ring, and that's how he and his gimmick, become an Oni: practically a Japanese demon - painting on his skin, adding fake horns, and black and gold contact lenses. - Fans love this look so much, that Yurichi doesn't take long to become a beloved wrestler all over Japan, giving him the opportunity to fight internationally as well.
