Ryu is free spirited , easy going , carefree and reckless.He mainly does what he thinks is best to get what he wants. At times he can be quite clueless and childish. Especially when he can't get something he wants.
Another thing to remember is that he hates cheaters , and will never allow anyone to dishonor the sport he practiced. As he would gladly run down to save anyone if they are being ambushed or double teamed. Beware those who dare harm his friends
Past/History:
As an child Ryu would stay up watching wrestling as he would watch his absolute favorites. As during the 90’s wrestlers like Linda Halloween , Ursula Burns , Karin Starring , Killer King , Undertaker and many others.However none had grabbed his attention then the amazing Sherry White had during the 90's.
He could remember her most memorable matches , but none were as amazing as her last.Her announcement to retire had came out of nowhere.Now most male wrestlers would pick an male role model , but for Ryu there was no one better than Sherry as he tried to learn her finishers from the many matches he had on tape.
Now he had wanted to use it as his finisher , but he could not think of using it without getting her approval.Sadly all mention about Sherry had disappeared , and he feared he would never get it.As even if she would not give him her blessing the pinkette would have considered it an honor to just have bin in the same room as her.
Then out of nowhere he would hear a rumor that his favorite wrestler had a daughter.What was even better was the fact that she was also an wrestler , and was working in Japan.Only to be crushed when he realized that the organisation was only for female wrestlers.Crushing his hopes of meeting this Lucy White , and asking for her help in getting in touch with her mom.
Then not soon after he turned 20 he heard that LAW was looking for male wrestlers.Knowing this was his only chance to maybe meet his idol the pinkette did not think twice to turn in his contract so that he could apply to LAW.Now most would call that a bonehead move since he was one of the top stars , but the chance to meet Sherry blinded him as he would take the risk.As it would not hurt to ask Lucy if she could help him get in touch with mom right.
Well the Dragon was now finally here , and while he wanted to meet Lucy as quickly as he could.That goal would maybe have to wait as he would need to make an name first in LAW as someone as good as Lucy had to be, would not want to meet an nobody like him right.
