History:
Not much is known about the history of the man behind the bull mask of Steelhorn, except that he seems to have acquired power within LAW as an investor and thus has some measure of sway and control behind the scenes, along with his wife. He doesn't see it to use this power to sway matches or handpick those the company pushes, but has instead dawned a new wrestling get-up and uses his sway to put himself onto cards as the wrestler 'Steelhorn', where he participates in intergender matches. No one knows for sure if he has had past wrestling experience, but given his physique and skill, he's at the very least had training.
