I Am The LAW Special Promo Thread Discussion

Over the next few months (ideally before Christmas), I hope to be doing another special thread. For those of you who've read the Reciting The LAW Special, it will be in the same vain as that. Titled:
Effectively, with it being declared 'in-world' canon that the World/Open Weight belt is soon coming, I thought it would make sense for something of a promo event as a build to the actual crowning and what have you. The thread will be a collection of promos, all from characters that will be essentially stating why they will be the first World Champion.
I'm going to ask for a maximum of two OC's from people, and ask that they be somewhat of a ying-yang to one another. E.G A heel and a face, or a heavyweight and a lightweight, or a current belt holder and a debuting superstar.
Worthy of note is that given this is just a promo, the requirements for you contending the belt don't apply. If you've just made a character (and obviously don't have the necessary three completed matches) but have high hopes for them, by all means throw them in.
I'll ask over the coming months from people interested to send me their promos via discord or site messenger. I can easily help and throw in a hand, and depending on the OC and how familiar I am with it, could even be willing to write a draft for you.

The Layout Of Every Post
1. Brief summary of the character E.G "The hard hitting, cruel and furious heavyweight!" Maybe some stats and win/loss record if you feel so inclined.
2. The promo itself. This can be the character in ring talking to the crowd, or a video shown on the titantron.
3. A link or highlights to a match most beneficial. So a debut, a big win, or just a really good thread.
