Griffon Lefort vs L.A.W: A story by Faeron

(So first time I'm doing something like this, but considering the friends I've made in this forum I wanted to do something cool. Especially now that I got a bit of free time so I decided to do write a crossover series between several LAW wrestlers and my character, Griffon Lefort, someone whom a few of you will recognize from Deviantart. This is gonna be a long post so forgive the wall of text XD.)
Synopsis: Griffon has always striven to better herself through battle and especially against grapplers of whom she's had several encounters with. As Griffon is sitting ringside watching a match between her friend, Napalm and Karen Starring, Karen decides to brutally assault Napalm during the match, prompting the karateka to defend her friend from the amazon only to be put down herself. When Griffon goes to request a match between herself and Karen, L.A.W management instead decides to put Griffon in a series of matches against seven of L.A.W's own. Should Griffon prove herself against the other wrestlers than her request will be granted. Griffon is more than willing to test her strength against whoever stands in her way, the only question will be if her weakness against grapplers will be overcome or will it prove to be her downfall once again.
Main Characters
Griffon Lefort - Von Richter: A German-Canadian karateka and the second daughter of the Von Richters, a German family known for being constants in the competitive world. Trained in Kyokushin Karate, Griffon is at her deadliest when on her feet as she can knock out an opponent at the drop of a dime. While inexperienced in grappling, Griffon's stocky build lend itself to providing the ample power needed to perform basic maneuvers with devastating results.
Brise "Napalm" Kuhn (Submitted by GrapplerGoddess): Griffon's rival and occasional lover. The two had been friends since their up-and-coming years as fighters and often sparred against each other. Despite her injury at the hands of Karen, Brise vows to help Griffon be prepared for her seven match trial in L.A.W and will stand in her corner to offer advice while also flirting with the karateka relentlessly.
Katherine Hart (Submitted by Winner3): One of the top babyfaces in L.A.W as well as one of the more prolific wrestlers on the roster. The bodacious blonde was picked by L.A.W manager, Dan DeFranco, to be Griffon's trainer in preparation for the challenge due in part to her experience and friendly nature. As a major rival of Karen, Katherine also enjoys it when Karen gets her just desserts which gives the blonde some extra motivation to get Griffon into ring shape.
L.A.W Wrestlers (5/7)
These challengers were handpicked by L.A.W manager, Dan DeFranco to be the ones to stand in Griffon's path on her way to Karen Starring. While there's no love lost between the wrestlers and Karen, they will nonetheless due everything within their power to make sure that even if Griffon should meet Karen, it may not be in one piece. After all, Griffon's numerous victories against the Goddess of Ink, Ying Tao, is known across the locker room and these ladies are more than eager to test their might against the woman who is Ying' s bane.
Kaylie "KO" Olson (Submitted by KaylieKO): A former makeup guru on YouTube and practitioner of Jiu-Jitsu. This arrogant blonde had face Griffon once before in the beginning of her career and suffered a swift and humiliating knock out loss at the hands of the karateka. When news broke of Griffon's challenge in L.A.W, Kaylie jumped at the chance to be her opponent, now with more experience under her belt and eager to put Griffon to sleep with the Lipstick Lock as she originally intended.
Ducky Williams (Submitted by Darling Ducky): The affable grappler who is one of the current rising stars in L.A.W. Ducky Williams has made a name for herself through her technical wrestling skills, perfecting a variety of submission holds which includes the Stretch Muffler and Sharpshooter to which she had made her opponents tap out before long. Having already competed in several high-stakes matches, it wasn't a hard choice to add Ducky into the list of competitors to stand in Griffon's way.
Afrika Alan (Submitted by Kite2014): Known as the "Amazonian Goddess" and for good reason. Afrika is among the taller women in L.A.W and combined with her incredible strength, makes her an incredibly dangerous individual. While she carries a gentle smile, she's anything but in the ring as she tosses her opponents around all while trash-talking and showing off to the crowd before finishing them off with her Pop-Up Powerbomb or Torture Rack. Learning Griffon had been the one to defeat Ying Tao on numerous occasion had piqued Afrika's interest as the Painter had squashed Afrika in their initial match-up and is somewhat eager to crush Griffon for being the one to defeat Ying before she could.
GASTER (Submitted by Vcom): The famous "Shadow Lord" of L.A.W. This masked wrestler made herself a popular attraction due in part to her theatrics. GASTER is a well-rounded wrestler who can utilize a variety of moves in fluidity and having been the finalist in the tournament to decide the first ever L.A.W Lightweight champion, GASTER was more than willing to step inside the ring to challenge Griffon and put her away using any of her END series of finishers. Despite her rather off-putting appearance, Griffon has been notified that GASTER is quite the introvert.
Zetta Quinn (Submited by SubtleRoar): An enigmatic individual, aloof to a near callous degree. This silent competitor brings with her a martial arts background who attacks swiftly and precisely to bring her opponents down in an efficient manner. Despite her self-imposed silence, Zetta's popularity rose among the L.A.W fans thanks to her rather flamboyant attire and her striking ability has lend her to currently carry an undefeated record in the federation. Learning that Griffon carried extensive martial arts experience as well, Zetta was eager to test her skills against the opposing karateka and volunteered herself to be in the trial.

Karen Starring: The focus of Griffon's ire and an extremely arrogant individual to boot. Karen isn't the most popular woman in the L.A.W locker room for a variety of reasons, however she didn't reach the top echelon by making friends. To the chagrin of her peers, Karen is a powerhouse through and through, often putting foes away by crushing them with a variety of suffocating submission holds and bone-shattering power moves. Being the center of attention has allowed for Karen to it back for once and enjoy the struggle of Griffon trying to reach her. It wouldn't matter if she did anyway as Karen will put her down as she has to so many others.
The Rundown
So to give a summary: I'm writing a multi-chapter story of my OC Griffon taking on some of LAW's best. The idea spawned from watching a traditional Hapkido fighter from Korea travel to Japan to challenge four women wrestlers and originally I was gonna do something similar, but recently decided to go all out and kick it up to a series of seven to include more wrestlers (Ducky and Scorn were originally in on the earlier idea). Each of the names listed were graciously loaned to me by their respective creators for me to use in this story so shout outs to them, but I only have 5 out of 7 names so I decided to open up the gates and ask around for other people to gauge interest.
To answer what will be a commonly asked question: this story will be considered outside of the usual LAW continuity. As this will be a fic written solely by me with input by the ones involved, it wouldn't be fair to have any wins/losses count towards official records. Griffon also isn't a part of LAW so that goes double into why I'm not having this count towards win/loss records.
In regards to Griffon, I'll be constructing a profile for her in the forums for ease of access for the people interested. I don't particularly plan for her to be a mainstay in LAW however if people on her like here enough then I'll consider it lol. Another thing to mention is that this will NOT be a story of Griffon running roughshod over the LAW girls. It'll be explained in the story itself, but this will be more of a "Best of" series meaning that Griffon must win a minimum number of matches in order to reach the "final boss". The actual list of wins and losses will be decided among myself and the folks involved once I complete the list of challengers.
Character Submissions
So to the fun part. As mentioned I'm gonna be looking for three more wrestlers to fill in the list of challengers for Griffon to face in the trial. These wrestlers can be of any alignment, any weight class. There ARE some criteria that I'll have to ask that folks follow which are listed below.
The criteria is simple enough and the important thing to note here is that this is not first come, first serve. I'm gonna be checking out potential characters and deciding who gets in or not. There isn't really a deadline for this, I'll simply update this post once there's a new character to include.

- The character must be of an original design, meaning that it cannot be something randomly found through the internet. I wanna get art of this and it'll be hard to sell that Mei from Overwatch is actually named Susan. (There's a reason why I'm going with Karen's unmasked look here.)
- While I accept anybody from any weight class, I am gonna have a bit of a preference towards taller and/or heavier set wrestlers. This is due to the underlying thread in the story that Griffon still struggles against opponents bigger than her despite have experience to deal with said problem.
