Strength:-Can effortlessly hold a 200 lbs man off the ground by the throat with one arm.
-In short, has the strength of six men.
Speed and Agility:
-Can leap 15 feet straight up.
-Can dodge or catch arrows that are fired at her.
-Can move faster than the eye can see.
-Dodged magic attacks that should've one-shotted her time and time again. Yet, she's still here and everything else is dead.
Stamina:
-Has fought the Kraken for three days straight, eventually chopping it to pieces.
-Has no problem running around in nothing, but a metal bikini, while traveling through frozen thundra.
Endurance and Toughness:
-Survives after being sent flying by various giant monsters, crashing her through trees or walls.

Weapon Mastery: Goddess Scathach has granted Red Sonja peerless mastery over all weapons of the Hyborian era. Red Sonja is capable of picking up any weapon on the battlefield and wield it with unmatched skill. Even Conan, the Barbarian was unable to best her in a duel. Sonja, however prefers the sword. Sonja can also effectively fight blindfold.Hand to Hand Combat: Goddess Scathach has not only granted peerless master over Hyborian era weapons, but over the martial arts too, making even an unarmed Sonja a force to be reckoned with.
Berserker Strength: When greatly angered or outnumbered, Red Sonja can go into a berserker fury, significantly increasing her strength and deadliness in battle. She has single-handedly annihilated waves of armed opponents while in this state, literally becoming a one-woman army.
Tracking: Red Sonja has spent much time traveling the diverse and dangerous landscape of the Hyborian age and is a gifted ranger and tracker. She can navigate and survive nearly any form of terrain and hunt down almost any quarry. She is also adept at covering her tracks and leaving little trace of her passing.
Stealth: Red Sonja possesses catlike grace and can move about in near-silence in order to avoid detection, making good use of shadows and any other available cover. She is also highly skilled at disguise, camouflage, and infiltration.

Divine Protection: As the chosen favorite of the goddess Scathach, Red Sonja is seemingly watched over by her in much the same way a guardian angel would. Despite wearing no armor (since her metal bikini hardly counts as such), Sonja has fought her way through countless bloody battles and performed numerous death-defying feats while emerging virtually unscathed, usually suffering only scratches or minor wounds at most. While much of this can be attributed to her uncanny fighting skill and superb athleticism, many feel that Red Sonja also enjoys divine aid and protection by the red goddess in some way, adding to her legend and instilling greater fear in her enemies as a result.

Other Skills: Red Sonja's diverse physical skills include swimming, acrobatics, and escape artistry. She is a phenomenal climber, many times scaling sheer cliff-faces and mountains with ease and often without even removing her boots to get a better foothold; on one occasion, an ally witnessing her scale a huge mountain questioned whether she was even human. She is an expert horseback rider and an accomplished sailor. She is even an excellent cook, informing a scornful companion that any solder worth their salt should know their way around a skillet. Sonja is highly intelligent and resourceful, and possesses a keen understanding of warfare and battle strategy. Her charisma makes her a natural leader when called upon, though she usually prefers to operate alone. While she distrusts magic, she is well acquainted with it and instinctively understands how to deal with the supernatural – a necessity when battling her greatest enemy, Kulan Gath.
Experience: After Red Sonja died, her soul kept reincarnating as another red haired woman throughout millennias. And each new Red Sonja subconsciously retains all the skills of the past Sonja, Therefore, on top of Sonja's peerless skills granted by the goddess, she also has thousands of years worth of experience.
Sonja's past.
As a child, Sonja lived happily with her family, but when she turned 17, a gang of cruel mercenaries killed her father, her mother, her two younger brothers, burned their house to the ground and then brutally raped Sonja, leaving her in shame, mildly put.Answering Sonja's cry for revenge, the red goddess Scathach appeared to her, and offered to bestow upon her unparalleled skill in battle on the condition that she would never lay with a man unless he defeated her in fair combat. Sonja gladly accepted the offer. She grew to womanhood as a wandering adventurer, and as she journeyed her legend grew as well. She became known as Red Sonja, due to her flame-red hair, fiery personality, and uncanny ability to spill the blood of her enemies wherever she went. Red Sonja traveled the world, performing increddible feats on a daily basis.

Red Sonja takes no nonsense from anyone, she is a fiercely independent woman and sometimes very stubborn. Dislikes magic, despite having good knowledge of it, but that knowledge is mostly about how to fight against it. No surprise there, considering her arch-enemy is an immortal sorcerer.
Sonja is fully aware of the fact that she is sexy and wears such ''armor'' as a distraction. Sonja likes two things the most - drinking and fighting. Maybe having sex too, but there is a problem with that. Sonja has given an oath to never lay with a man, unless he can best her in fair combat, that goes for women, too. Red Sonja hasn't been bested in fair combat yet, so she seeks strong women warriors to best in battle, or be bested by them...
Weaknesses:
-As tough as Sonja is, she is still susceptible to all forms of conventional harm like normal people are. For example, she's not bulletproof and a sword through her heart should kill her.
-Can be pretty stubborn at times.
-Can be caught drunk sometimes. Although, even while drunk she's quite deadly.
-Doesn't have any magic, just her physical abilities.
-Hot blooded.
-Wears little armor (usually). Her ''armor'' only protects her crotch, her breasts and her shoulders, all of her other body parts are just asking to get stabbed.
