Fighting Style: Gorgon's main style of fighting is to crush and squeeze her foes, either crushing them under her body or wrapping around them with her arms and legs. She is very slow and methodical, often letting her opponents try lifting her or dash around her just to catch off guard at the right moment to immobilize them. When she has you in her grip it's hard to escape, and if she ends up fully on top of you it might as well be over. She's even more dangerous when in her naga form, her lower half turning into a serpent's tail which she can use to knock down foes and/or coil around them with deadly force. She's also quicker in her naga form, able to slither around and even lunge forward like a striking cobra to grab her prey in her arms. She also can control snakes to do her bidding if the need arises, from ones with poisonous bites to pythons that can coil around a foe and squeeze them almost as well as she can.
Special Abilities:
Naga Form: Being a naga, Gorgon has the ability to turn into a snake like form, her lower half becoming a giant serpent's tail and her eyes becoming more snake like, complete with a flickering tongue. She's more mobile and stronger in this form, with her tail adding an extra threat to her. Her tail is also impervious to conventional forms of attack, making it near indestructible. She only has a certain amount of time she can stay in this form however depending on how long it's been since her last meal. She can go for about six months between consumption. In the 1-2 month range she can access this form for about an hour at a time, usually more than enough to get the best of a foe and takes a day to recharge in a sense. In 2-4 this goes down to 30 minutes and takes a week. In 5-6 she can only keep her form for 10 minutes. Beyond that point as her body would be starving she can't access it, and the rest of her powers would weaken the longer beyond that six month period she went without food.
Scaly Skin: In her normal form her arms and legs are covered with golden scales that are impervious to standard attacks, even able to deflect blows from swords and arrows, which is why she uses them as her main method of attack. The rest of her body however is normal flesh. When in Naga form her whole body becomes covered in these scales. She also has these scales on the sides of her neck, keeping her from being decapitated. Her scales can be susceptible to enchanted weapons, however.
Density changing: A unique ability even among her kind, Gorgon has the power to change her weight without effecting her outer appearance. This can make her near impossible to move, and makes her smothers, crushes, and squeezes even more painful given the extra force behind her. The drawback to this ability however is that she needs to bring her weight back down to be able to move easily, so she often waits until she's on top or has a hold of an opponent or thinks she can catch them off guard before doing it.
Poisonous claws and bite: Her scaly arms and hands are tipped with golden claws that contain her venom. Just a drop in someone's blood makes their movements slow, their joints stiffening up as a wave of fatigue hits them and their breathing becomes more labored. A more prolonged exposure can cause complete paralysis. She has this same toxin in her fangs which only come out while in Naga form. This toxin can easily make someone susceptible to her crushing... but she often refrains from using it unless it's a dire situation due to her cockiness and love of a good challenge.
Hypnotic Gaze: This ability allows her to put anyone who gazes into her eyes in a trance, allowing her to easily get her coils around them. Sometimes she can hypnotize them into taking the pain from her squeezing as pleasure, causing them to beg for more and get sexual gratification even as she crushes the life from them. Only strong willed beings can resist her gaze.
Regeneration: Despite some parts of her body not being covered with scales in her normal form, she has a healing factor that can have her recover from any wound. Depending on the amount of time in the six month period between feedings this regeneration ability can range from instantly to about a minute, and if she goes outside of those six months without food her regenerative ability will die out completely.
Immortality: As long as she can feed, she'll keep living on for centuries.
Strategical genius: With centuries of experience Gorgon is a tactical mastermind, able to pick up on the weaknesses of her foes and having sound strategies to win battles. She's also near impossible to trick or deceive, and trying to do so will earn you a crushing.
Snake Control: Can communicate and command snakes in a 50 mile radius to do her bidding.
Weaknesses/Drawbacks:
Very slow: In her normal form due to her immense size she isn't the most agile or quick of foes, and this mobility only goes further down when she increases her density.
Overconfidence: Due to centuries of living and defeating many a beast or adventurer, Gorgon has become very haughty and prideful, believing that no creature can stand a chance against her. This can cause her to give an opponent too much time to recover when she has them down or leave herself open to surprise or counter attacks.
Constant hunger: Gorgon needs to feed to keep her abilities up. While like a snake she can go up too six months without food, the longer she goes the more her powers weaken. If she goes too long without feeding all those centuries of living will catch up to her and she will literally wither away. This is why she usually consumes any unlucky foe after defeating them.
Finishing Move:
Normal Form: In her normal form one of her preferred methods of ending a fight is to completely cover her opponent, matching up with their bodies, arms, and legs, and slowly increasing her density in a long and painful process to crush all the bones in their body. The other method is to get her foe down on the ground and slither behind them before wrapping her scaly legs around their midsection and her arms just below their chest before squeezing both of them as hard as she can, pouring all her ancient strength out until they pass out and/or completely break.
Naga Form: In her naga form she often finishes her prey by biting their neck with her fangs, flooding their system with her venom before coiling around them with her tail and squeezing with all her might to completely crush them. Sometimes she opts to crush them with both her tail and her arms.
Personality: Gorgon is elegance meets sadism, class meets cruelty. She speaks in a refined manner and carries herself like the Goddess her tribe praises her as. However, beneath it all lurks the predatory nature of the beast she truly is. In combat she is calculating and ruthless, never wasting movement or making a rash move. She doesn't end fights quickly either, preferring to draw them out as long as she can even when she can finish things to make an example of her foe and for the sadistic pleasure of hearing their screams of pain and misery. She can be very lustful too if she finds someone she views as worthy of being considered an equal. She's a wrathful Goddess to her people, demanding constant sacrifices to keep herself fed and crushing anyone who either opposes her dominion or simply fails her. She's also a fan of torture to keep her subjects in line, overseeing many horrific and barbaric punishments. She isn't cowardly, however, loving a good challenge and even going into battle with her royal guard... if only for the dark pleasure of making the enemy die the most torturous death possible.
History: According to legend Gorgon was the eldest of a group of Naga sisters in a time beyond record. Possessing the unique ability of density and showing superior intelligence to her kin, Gorgon lived for many years and grew in both size and experience. At some point, however, humans would arrive, hunting her kind and driving her away into the far unknown reaches. They were merciless, killing both her sisters, the elders, and even the children. She would swear revenge, spending the next few decades hunting the biggest game she could find, growing stronger and more powerful. At the turn of the first century she would emerge from the unknown and head back to her homeland, defeating the humans who had driven her kind into extinction and killing most of them, crumbling their civilization into rubble. The few survivors became her worshipers, hailing her as their god and bringing sacrifices to spare her wrath. Over time her influence would grow, and now she's seen as one of the most powerful figures in the land, a ruthless conqueror who wants to make all things bow to her majesty.
