Demona (D) vs. Xala Kaloros (D): A Dark Duel

Demona listened to Xala as she made her threats clear and presented her with the two options before her, and for a brief half second it appeared she actually considered it as she began to lower as if she was gonna kneel.

Before she shot out with her dark fist and aimed to slam it into Xala's gut out of nowhere.

Xala smirked as Demona began to kneel. "I knew you'd learn your pl-" She was then uppercuted, sending her to her back. She groaned, but sat up. "Ok...domination it is, then." Xala said, then got up, standing in fighting stance.

Demona looked on as she stood up, clearly unimpressed with the threat but ready for war all the same as the demon moved into her own fighting stance and had fists raised.

She seemed to wait for Xala to make the first move, choosing a defensive method to begin with.

Xala smirked. She loved breaking those who believed they were a match for her. She would charge forward, bringing her knee up, hoping to strike Demona in the side.

Demona would see the strike and worked to raise a guard as tie knee connected with that instead, but while she avoided the worst of the blow it still knocked her back a step and kept her from making a counter blow.
