"Oooookay, everyone, that just about does it for our tour of the LAW locker rooms!" The phone was held up, crooked in the air as its front facing camera caught a grinning Julie Dykstra-Liao. Her million-follower smile shifted into a roll of the eyes.
"You'd think a literal sexfighting studio wouldn't be so Puritanical about some cameras in their changing room..." she murmured, before lighting up once more.
"But getting kicked out was a blessing in disguise. Can't show ya everything at once now, can I?"
Today was a good day. Namely, it was the first day Julie was allowed to stream official LAW content. Thanks to a masterfully-crafted social media campaign, JDLOfficial didn't have to die when JDL the wrestler was on the clock. To think, all that content was going to waste: the fun, the sexy, the dramatic, the cute. It was practically Julie's duty to put it all on YouTube.
"We'll have more to show later, Clique. After all, I still have to give you all your 'thank-you' for getting me this far! Thaaat's right, it's time for the-"
Suddenly, a
nostalgic video game tune chimed through the air. Her other phone.
"Oop, sorry, Clique! Lemme get this real quick." She fished it out of her pocket.
"Yo?"
"Julie, it's Christina. We-."
"Doc!" Just the girl she needed to hear from.
"You and that fancy lawyer did the drawing right? For the fan raffle?"
"Yes. That's actually what I'm calling you about. You see-"
"Great! Text me the winner's deets, I'm about to read it off live~!"
"Please, Julie, just listen. There's been a problem with the drawing."
Julie scoffed.
"What, does the lucky guy or gal live a thousand miles from the nearest airport?" Doc was, like, a total genius, and that was coming from a Stanford honors graduate. There was no way she could mess something up. Right?
"C'mon, just text it to me! It'll be fine." She raised her eyebrows to the camera, which was
definitely still rolling. Oh well. They wanted an inside look, right?
"Julie--!"
