L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Svetlana had just had a heck of a time in the ring having lost her last match a couple nights ago. The purple haired Polish grappler was at a small hobby shop though and looking through a section glancing over various tabletop as well as pen-and-paper RPG materials. She missed dedicating more time to that and her old channel. Perhaps if her wrestling career can get going she would use that popularity to kick-start it. Dressed in a purple tank top and white jean material short shorts she was bopping around the store all smiles even if her body ached horribly.

Perhaps a meeting with Jem Holland was in order, that'd help as that woman was an internet and wrestling icon as far as Svetlana was concerned.

Right now though she was looking over a Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition campaign module meant to go with a low level campaign she had written herself. She wanted to check it out and run it, checking to see if the plot built on the foundation of her level 1-7 campaign. She also was curious how the difficulty scale was as her campaign offered branching options to be more forgiving for players. She wrote that one specifically with new players having their first go-round in mind....

Alexis Kildahl made her way down the aisle, clad in a denim jacket with a white dress underneath, her long platinum blonde locks flowing freely behind her.

Alexis' General Appearance

The amazon had been looking for some Dungeons and Dragons material herself, motivated by the nostalgia that starting a new run through "Pathfinder: Kingmaker" had brought up in her. She didn't know anyone in town, so she wasn't sure when or even if she'd get around to playing a new campaign, but she still wanted to have something ready nonetheless. It had been a long while.

Further up was a most unexpected sight. After she'd stopped posting streams, Alexis had assumed that Svetlana Zynski had simply given professional wrestling her full focus, much like she had herself, but it appeared that she was still making time for it.

Seeing the chance to make a new friend and a most welcome addition to a potential game, Alexis made her approach, her friendly smile having a touch of meekness to it, owing to the feeling that she was meeting a celebrity of sorts. "Hi! Svetlana Zynski?" The awkward woman would start, offering the purple-haired woman her hand. "I'm Alexis. Alexis Kildahl. And I just wanna say, I really enjoyed your streams, and your DnD modules were awesome too!"

As Svetlana looked at the book she heard someone call her name. This was really unexpected. She only ever had a small but loyal stream following, and most of it was European. Here in Japan the purple haired Polish wrestler was now looking up at a gorgeous blonde woman standing over 6 feet tall. Needless to say both of them stuck out a bit.

"Oh? Well thank you very much! I didn't think anyone remembered much of the streaming days, and I really appreciate that you like the module too! It is a pleasure to meet you Alexis!" Svetlana said happily reaching out to shake the gorgeous giants hand.

"You certainly stick out in Japan, but in a good way! I love meeting other games and I must say you look like quite the powerful woman, I bet you made a barbarian or two based on yourself. Let me guess, a tall above average size half-elf as you are also quite beautiful too!" Svetlana said as she looked Alexis over. Svetlana at 5'5'' and 151lbs considered herself a strong, powerful woman in the ring. She was absolutely dwarfed by Alexis in just about every way.

Alexis took Svetlana's hand carefully within her own as she shook it. With her strength, it was easy to hurt people accidentally, and more than anyone, she wanted to make sure that this didn't happen with the DnD veteran, to whose compliments she responded with a modest chuckle and "Thank you!", her eyes going wide at the ease in which she'd determined what she played, right down to the race. "I wouldn't say I based her on myself, but yes! I did make a Half-Elf Barbarian. I made the mistake of turning her a Berserker at first, but after watching one of your streams, I went with a Bear Totem Warrior in the next game so she could better protect the family she found in her fellow adventurers. It made for so much of a better story too, because what I was-"

Alexis stopped, having caught herself slipping into an annoying habit of hers: Talking too much while under the influence of nerves. "Oh, I'm starting to ramble, sorry."

Svetlana listened and smiled, enjoying what she heard. She was happy that Alexis was gushing about her gaming experiences, it was something Svetlana loved to hear. "Oh you are not rambling at all my big barbarian! I quite enjoy hearing things like this!" Svetlana said with a smile. "I think one of the most fun characters I made was a bard who could never decide what to do. They tried to play at every venue they could, and had friends in various guilds in my friends made-up world. They ended up being a level 3 bard then 1 level of seven other classes by the time they reached level 10 haha! Katarina was something..." Svetlana said recounting a story of her own.

After a moment she chuckled and tried to get back on track to let Alexis speak more. "What do you do other than play tabletop games? You are pretty and incredibly fit, are you a fitness competitor?" Svetlana asked genuinely curious about the statuesque stunner in front of her.

Ah, Katarina would've been a welcome addition to the last campaign that Alexis played. Her group's travels took them far and wide, so it would've been fun to see what else the bard would've picked up.

"Not primarily, but I do like to do Crossfit and catch a Tough Mudder or Spartan Race whenever I can. I'm actually a professional wrestler too. Just signed a contract with the LAW." With that out of the open, the eager competitor just had to ask, "Maybe we could have a match sometime?"

Alexis may be almost a foot taller and sixty-nine pounds heavier, but she knew better than to assume that she had this one in the bag. Some of her toughest matches were fought against smaller competitors, and having seen what she could do in the ring, the blonde knew that Svetlana would be another difficult challenge. Which was exactly what she came to LAW to find.

Svetlana's eyes lit up when Alexis said she wrestled. "Oh! You are in LAW too? And you know I wrestle?" Svetlana didn't think she had any wrestling fans yet. Her in-ring performance she thought was good even if she had managed to lose as many.... or a tiny bit more... than she won so far. She was working hard to change that. A match against a titaness? That could keep the slide going or help turn things around nicely!

"A match would be interesting my big friend." Svetlena said flexing her biceps playfully and sticking her leg out tensing it up. "I have power too and my thighs are steel!" Svetelana said even though she new along with the muscle there was soft shaky mass down there too. "I would like that it would be a great challenge and I know I am the underdog, yes? Maybe we could do a game of some kind after we wrestle and set up a gaming themed match or fan event too?" Svetlana proposed.

"Yes, wrestling is my life! When I heard that you were in the LAW, I had to tune in. It was so cool to see you wrestling too!" When Svetlana expressed her interest in facing her, Alexis had to make an effort not to jump for joy. She would clap at the gun show that followed. Quietly, so as not to disturb the other shoppers. It was genuine applause and admiration of the fruits of her labor.

A little too much of the latter; Alexis caught and averted her blue eyes before they could really start to linger on her leg. "My thoughts exactly! Although I wouldn't say that the odds are really against you. Some of my toughest matches were against smaller opponents." It wasn't often that a prospective opponent would express any doubts about themselves directly to her. While this wasn't necessarily doubt, she still didn't want to risk her getting psyched out before the match.

It would be Alexis' turn to light up when Svetlana proposed her ideas for things to do afterwards, especially that of sitting down to a game with her. "All of that sounds awesome! What do you have in mind, exactly?"

"Oh! Well we could try to do an autograph signing and teach other wrestlers and fans about games maybe? I think that would be fun but it would take both of us, maybe even more gaming wrestlers to host this." Svetlana said stroking her chin. "I think we can pull it off though!" She said clapping and jumping in place. "We both need to dress up though for this... I hope I can find something nice, perhaps a costume that attracts a guy who likes wrestling women who game?"

Svetlana's mind wandered a bit before she came back to reality. "For wrestling I think a standard match works best yes? Maybe after we can team up and take on someone?" Svetlana asked hoping that idea sounded good to Alexis.

"You can count me in for all of that! I have a couple friends who could make some costumes for us. They're the ones who put my wrestling gear together." Alexis reached into her jacket for her phone and started scrolling through photos. After finding a set that showed her wearing some of those aforementioned outfits, she presented the phone to Svetlana. "They do great work, and I'm sure they can create that perfect something for you."

Alexis considered asking them to put something special together for her too, so she could maybe grab the attention of that one guy or girl (most likely a girl; the guys keep running away when they see the muscles) who wouldn't ignore her and start drooling over her sister when she introduces them to her family.

Maybe it'll really be different, now that she's going to be traveling all over the world.
