No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
It was mid-November, and Hiro was feeling the strain. This was his second year taking on Kenzo’s infamous No Nut November Challenge, and it wasn’t any easier than the first time. In fact, it felt harder.
Kenzo, smug as ever, had doubled down on the challenge this year, checking in regularly to make sure Hiro was sticking to the rules. Hiro, ever the competitor, refused to back down. But there was one major complication this time around: Fang.
Hiro paced around his house, running a hand through his hair as he stared at his phone. Fang had texted him earlier, asking if he wanted to meet up for lunch. His heart sank as he realized he couldn’t trust himself to see her right now—not with her usual energy, her radiant smile, and her habit of leaning just a little too close. It was like she had no idea the effect she had on him.
“No, no, no,”
Hiro muttered to himself, setting his phone down on the counter. He needed to focus. He had made it two weeks without breaking, and he wasn’t about to lose now. He avoided looking at the framed picture of him and Fang on the mantle—it wasn’t helping his resolve. Instead, he sat down on the couch and picked up a book, hoping it would distract him.
As he tried to immerse himself in the pages, his phone buzzed again. This time it was Kenzo.
Kenzo: *How’s my favorite challenger holding up? Made it halfway, but the real test is ahead. Don’t slip up now!*
Hiro groaned. Kenzo was relishing this too much. The text was another reminder of how much pressure he was under...
But then, another message popped up. It was from Fang again.
Hiro stared at the screen, the familiar guilt creeping in. He couldn’t keep avoiding her, but how could he explain this without making it awkward? More importantly, how could he survive another two weeks?

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
Of course it was another thing on Fang's end. After her loss to Christina, Fang had been working hard at the gym. She had been training more and more because she had felt humiliated after being pulled into that match causing of Kenzo's obvious scheming. She so wanted to beat that creep to a pulp, but knew for the time being that as long as Kenzo was in Hiro's good graces, she would be seen as the bad guy so she had to relent. So much so that she even had to hold back her older sister Sylva from just marching into the gym and smashing Kenzo's face when she learned about the match being a set up by Kenzo to pit Fang and Christina against each other.
It also didn't help that Hiro again agreed to do this stupid "No Nut Challenge", at the behest of Kenzo. Once again, that asshole was trying to tamper with their relationship like this because it now felt awkward on some days between Fang and Hiro. The last time the two had sex was back in September.
It was like she was restricted not allowed to do anything with Hiro because the challenge was clearly keeping him away from her in some way. Hell, she couldn't even do anything fun (and non-sexual) without there being something off.
Nonetheless, she texted him to ask if he wanted to meet up for lunch. When she did not get a response after ten minutes, she texted him: "Are you okay?"

Hiro was staring at his phone, the guilt eating away at him. Fang had every right to be upset. He knew that, but the challenge was messing with his head. He hadn’t meant to avoid her so much, but it felt like every moment he spent with her tested his self-control to its limit.
He sighed, running a hand down his face before finally picking up the phone and typing out a response.
Hiro: *"Fang, I’m so sorry. I’ve been distant, and it’s not fair to you. It’s just… this stupid challenge Kenzo roped me into again. I know it’s no excuse, but I’m trying to hold it together, and it’s been hard—harder than I expected."*
He hesitated before sending the next part, unsure of how to explain everything without sounding like a coward.
Hiro: *"I know I’ve made things weird between us lately, and I hate that. You’re so important to me, and I feel like I’m letting you down. Please forgive me."*

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
Fang waited a bit for a response and then got a message back from Hiro. Sufficed to say, when she got it, she was fuming just a bit. Not at Hiro, of course, though his response didn't help matters. It was that bastard Kenzo. Once again, he was trying to meddle in Fang's relationship with Hiro. This was not the first time and god damn that asshole did not know when to quit.
She knew fully well that he was behind the recent PPV match between her and Christina, but could not say much without it being made effectively clear that Kenzo was causing dissent among members at the gym. She had to ensure that Sylva did not go in and snap Kenzo like a twig; cause she would if she got the chance.
But right now, she couldn't even get a chance to go out for lunch. Nevermind the fact that it didn't involve any sex, but just wanting to spend some time.
Feeling frustrated at the situation, she simply replied: "Fine. Will talk to you later. Just make sure Kenzo doesn't own your balls."
With that, she went out to get some lunch on her own somewhere.

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
Spoiler
The café was bustling with people coming and going, their conversations blending into a pleasant hum. Anna’s bright green eyes scanned the room idly, taking in the small joys -- the smell of fresh bread, the way people smiled as they exchanged warm greetings. It all reminded her why she loved moments like this.
She lifted her coffee to her lips, sipping slowly as she let her gaze drift toward the entrance. That’s when she saw her. Fang. The Jungle Girl wrestler, who Anna vaguely recognized.
And then their eyes met in an awkward stare...
"Ummm...greetings...."
Anna started.

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
After her "quick" chat with Hiro, Fang still felt frustrated. She wandered into a nearby cafe to try and grab something warm; especially considering how cold it got outsider. As she she, she immediately noticed someone looking at her.
Fang immediately knew who it was, despite their brief interactions in the past. It was Anna, a friend of Hiro's.
"Oh...hi" Fang said, in a just equally awkward tone as she went over to sit with Anna.
"How's it going? Fang asked genuinely, deciding to get a conversation going.

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
Anna offered a warm smile, brushing her hands over her steaming coffee mug.
“Oh, hi, Fang. It’s...going,”
Anna replied, her Cockney accent slipping through with a light chuckle.
“Bit cold out there, isn’t it? I thought I’d grab something warm before heading anywhere else.”
She leaned back slightly, tilting her head as she studied Fang.
“What about you? You look like you’ve had...a day,”
Anna said kindly, her tone gentle but curious. She wasn’t one to pry, but something in Fang’s expression suggested she needed someone to talk to—or at least share a moment of normalcy.

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
Fang merely sighed as she took a seat with Anna, indicating to the Brit that her suspicions were spot on. Clearly, something was bothering Fang.
"It's this stupid "No Nut November" thing that prick Kenzo has Hiro doing." Fang said, but keeping her tone of voice down so that she and Anna were the only ones to hear it, "Because of that, I apparently cannot have lunch with my boyfriend without him being apparently tempted. Whoever came up with that challenge really wanted to screw people over."
Fang just laid back in her chair in half defeat.

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
Anna couldn’t help herself—she giggled. The irony of Fang’s situation, paired with her blunt delivery, was too much to ignore.
“Oh, Fang, I’m sorry,”
she said, still chuckling softly.
“But I have to admit, I know exactly what you’re going through. My boyfriend, Adam, tried that same challenge.”
Anna leaned in, lowering her voice conspiratorially.
“He made it all of five days before I broke him.”
Anna leaned back in her chair, still giggling softly.
“Honestly, Fang, I get it. It’s ridiculous, isn’t it? These guys act like it’s some sort of grand achievement, but it just makes everything more awkward.”
Anna smirked, her green eyes twinkling mischievously.
“Well, if you ever want any help, I could give you some tips.”

Re: No Nut November Challenge! Part 2!?
As Fang explained her situation, almost slamming her head to the table in defeat, she heard Anna chuckle. Confused, she looked up to listen to Anna's explanation. Turns out that her boyfriend, Adam was dealing with a similar situation. Turns out that more people were more stupid in doing this "No Nut" challenge after all. As soon as Anna offered Fang help on this matter, her eyes glowed with renewed energy.
"Tell me more, please!" Fang said excitedly, listening to what more Anna had to say.
