Sophie Friedrich and Yoko Littner. A beach encounter

[Satoshi]

Sophie nodded and pulled out her phone from her bag, a generic smartphone of the less expensive kind to exchange numbers before Yoko commented. "What?" She blushed slightly, the joke flying over her head and causing her brain to run over just what Yoko may mean. Even if she was interested, would she be so blunt? But before long Yoko would dismiss the thought. "Oh, right." Sophie chuckled weakly. She got it was a joke but the first rush of feelings didn't go away. After that, she would quickly exchange numbers with the other girl, nodding along to her words. "Yeah, we may just end up running into each other there."

Then Yoko replied to Sophie's question about Boota. "Oh, well not, I guess." She said, still finding it all a little weird but the explanation did make sense. Having something for long gets you used to it.

She listened to Yoko's story happily, erupting into a cheerful laughter towards the end. "Not bad." She said after a few seconds still chuckling. "About myself, huh?" Sophie replied, thinking for a second. "Well, I love knight and medieval stuff and.. Oh!" Her face lit up as she found a good story to tell. "Well, as I said I'm into knights and stuff and I did know how to fight. And that was when there was an anniversary of the local castle's construction, so they arranged one of those fights where everyone puts on a knight's armour to wrestle basically." Sophie started explaining. "Well, when I first when to the tryouts, where they make sure you got the endurance don't get claustrophobic under the armour and everything, they literally didn't have anything in my size." Sophie chuckled. "The organiser seemed so confused because they could see I was strong and would be fine but still. I had to come back a few weeks later when they had ordered a few more in larger sizes. After that everything went smooth though. The match was cool. It was really fun and horrible at the same time. Being under all that metal, you are basically making an effort even just standing and you're always hot and you have to fight. It's tough but great training. I kind of wish they would do that in LAW sometime now that I think about it. Winning there was what got LAW interested in me too. So maybe it feels better when looking back at it."

She reminisced looking in front of her with a smile on her face before looking back at Yoko. There wasn't much of left of the girls' ice creams by the time Sophie finished.

Yoko listened to Sophie's story and added some comments from time to time. Heh, you're quite immersed into your role. Sophie then continued talking... Wrestling in full plate armor? Is that even possible? From what i know, if a soldier in such armor fell to the ground, it was a real pain in the ass to get up... Am i wrong?

Yoko laughed out loud when Sophie said that they didn't have armor of her size. They didn't have anything your size? You mean around this area? Yoko would cup her own breasts to show what she meant. Yoko would continue laughting while Sophie continued with her story.

Yoko took notice how Sophie explained that wearing such armor was a pain in the arse. So you prefer to wear little clothing? I do, as you can see, this is more or less what i always wear. I pretty much got kicked out of the military because of that, buuuut maybe that's a story for another time...

Seeing as both girls finished their ice cream, Yoko stood up. Want me to give you a ride home, oh my righteous knight? Yoko would ask with a cheeky smile.

"Well, it's not the full plate armour. That only works if you're riding. It's more something that a rich footman may have used. But yeah, it's a pain to get up anyway." Sophie replied with a nod. "And the actual fights are closer to boxing since you can't really do many submissions in full armour. The armour stops bending before the person much of the time." Sophie chuckled. "But there was one gal who tried an armbar. Ended up with a metal glove in her hand and an amused opponent." Sophie laughed again.

She couldn't help but laugh again as Yoko questioned her about the armour size. "Well, that was a problem too." SHe smiled, her eyes taking a bit, locked on Yoko's breasts before Sophie caught herself and looked back to the girl's eyes. "But these most were already designed to have some extra room there."

"I feel like I fight better if there isn't much covering me. Even in the best wrestling suit, I feel a little... restrained for fighting. It's fine as long as my opponent is the same, like we're both in heavy armour. Sucks for everyone equally. But I can't be annoyed by my own clothing in a wrestling match here. So I don't wear a lot, though it sucks a little that everyone starts only caring about your looks. I don't want to be known as that hot girl in a skimpy outfit. More like a strong wrestler and a knight of justice." Sophie then replied. She was serious about the role she was taking so her last word wasn't a joke or anything, it was how Sophie saw herself, though she could take a good-minded joke.

"I should be offering a ride to you, my lady." Sophie replied with a small bow, half-serious. "But alas I only have my feet and carrying you may be a bit inefficient." She continued. "So I'll accept."

Yeah, if someone challenged me to such an armor match, then i'd certainly refuse. That stuff is certainly not for me.

Sophie started explaining how she prefers to be seen as a person, rather than a body, which was quite admirable. Hmm, you've got a point there. There are plenty of hot girls, who are pretty much empty on the inside... Although, you being hot will remain a fact and that way your physique can be seen, so your opponents should already be aware that you're strong just from a single glance, if they have a pair of eyes, that is... And for the ''knight of justice part'', i think you're doing a pretty good job in letting others know...

Heh, maybe some other time. Yoko responded to Sophie's suggestion that she should give Yoko a ride instead. While having you carry me could be fun, i've got the best ''Stallion'' around over here. Yoko would tap on the bike a few time and then would get on it, waiting for the big blond to join her.

So uhm, where is your castle? Yoko would jokingly ask where does Sophie live, when she'd get her butt onto the bike.

Sophie laughed. "I guessed you'd be more of a paintball girl." She replied with a smile.

As they kept talking she was happy that Yoko seemed to understand her. A shy smile appeared on her face as Yoko called her hot, despite Sophie being aware of that, Yoko saying it still felt special every time. "Well, I do my best to let them know." She replied to Yoko in the end before the two girls got going.

"I should get a real stallion. Don't think it'd be allowed around the city though... but it would make for an awesome ring entrance." Sophie chuckled. "It's a nice bike though." She wasn't really into vehicles so she couldn't tell much other than that Yoko's bike looked like a shiny and expensive model, but she couldn't be sure of her judgement, still, she didn't think Yoko would be showing off by inflating the truth a little.

She got on the bike behind Yoko and would lightly grab onto the girl' waist to stabilise herself. Being on a motorbike was still new to her and she needed to hold on to feel safer. "Just living the big life in the LAW barracks." She jokingly replied. "Are you based there as well or got something in town?" She would quickly ask before Yoko would fire up the engine, drowning out their voices.

Heh, copycat! Yoko would address Sophie's claim to make her entrance on a horse.

LAW barracks, hmm. ''Sic Parvis Magna'' - Greatness from small beginnings, heh? Yoko would express her surprise with a joke. Soo, you're still a foot soldier, lass! I thought a knight would have a mansion or something... Yoko would jokingly pout, but there was a slight thought that she might be going a little too far with this, considering Sophie's dedication to the role...
Me? I lived my whole life near the LAW barracks, yet i only joined recently, pretty strange, isn't it?

Yoko would start the engine and step on the gas. On the way, Yoko would have some small talk... You mentioned paintball earlier... You have no idea how right you were. Yoko would chuckle. Me and my dad, rest in peace, were the best at the craft. We were an unbeatable team together, even when we were outnumbered from the start... And that was when i was but a girl. There would be a slight pause. Did you know that my dad gave me this rifle on my 10th birthday?

"Imitation is the sincerest flattery." Sophie joked back with a smile.

"It's not the knights who have the mansions, it's the Lords. It's not about having a fancy house or all that. It's doing your duty. And I don't need a lot for that." She explained casually. "Though, I'm a bit more than a foot soldier, or do you need another demonstration?" Sophie returned the tease with a grin. "Oh, you're from around here?" Sophie asked slightly surprised. She could tell Yoko was Japanese but even that is not a small area to draw from.

Soon the two girls departed to get to the LAW complex. "I mean, you're clearly into guns, what else was it gonna be?" Sophie chuckled. Then as Yoko continued she quieted down a bit. "Oh, I, uh, that sounds good fun." She wasn't sure what tone to hit as Yoko was talking about her dead father. She certainly seemed to have great memories, but there was no way it wouldn't be bittersweet. "Wow, that's... nice." Sophie replied, stunned. Getting a real rifle for her 10th birthday? That seemed insane.

As they talked the two girls arrived in LAW's parking lot and Sophie would slowly climb down from the bike, waiting for Yoko before moving towards the complex.

I'm into guns, you say... Yoko would smile there. Yeah, you could say that. My dad owned a gun store, some of the toys we had... Even the military would be jealous, since my dad slightly modified some from time to time. And those some have become masterpieces. For example, my rifle is a Barret M82, but modified as a railgun. The shell velocity reaches 5 times the speed of sound and higher. Yoko would talk while the girls would be walking towards Sophie's apartment. It would easily bust holes through modern tanks, so this gun should be enough for self-defence, right?... This was kind of a joke question.

Want me to tell you a secret? I actually have TWO firearms on me at the moment. Now, try to guess what and where is it and i'll try my best not to laugh, heh. The two bombshells would be nearing Sophie's apartment soon.

Sophie listened to Yoko, staying quiet for the most part. She didn't have a real interest in guns with absolutely no idea what the gun model Yoko listed was. For her it may as well have been a Nerf gun's name and she couldn't tell. The stats sounded impressive though. "Yeah, should be enough." She chuckled. "You know what, how about you come to my room and I'll show you something too?" She asked happily.

Then as they walked forward, Yoko continued. Sophie shook her head in disbelief. "Don't tell me you can fit something else there other than Boota." She said, with the tone of someone clearly expecting to be trolled. While the conversation went on the two girls would reach Sophie's apartment. If Yoko accepted the invitation previously, Sophie would immediately gesture her forward as she opened the door, only moving in after her to close the door.

Sophie's room was surprisingly barren. It only had the standard LAW furniture, which most girls had moved out of their rooms a large bed with simple design and a bedside table, a small desk with a chair as well as two wardrobes next to the wall. None of them specifically ugly, but rather just bog standard. There was only one thing that stood out, a full armor suit on a stand next to Sophie's bed. The size and proportions of the suit made it clear that it wasn't standard medieval scale but rather something that would fit Sophie quite well.

The style of Sophie's armor

Once they were both inside Sophie would speak again. "Welcome to my humble abode." She said as she started walking to one of her wardrobes. Opening it revealed Sophie's wrestling outfit, with a few extra metallic looking pieces styled as armour, that were made for a scrapped design. Sophie would dig past these to pull out a something from the back of the wardrobe, hidden from Yoko for now by Sophie's body.

I'd sure like to. Yoko replied to Sophie's invitation. She wondered what did the blond want to show her. They were talking about weapons, maybe she wanted to show some kind of a sword, that was passed down from generation to generation?

Yoko laughed when Sophie made a comment that assumed that there is a gun in Yoko's cleavage, specifically.Of course you would assume THAT, wouldn't you? Was that the only thing on your mind? You naughty, NAUGHTY girl. Yoko teased her new friend.

The two reached Sophie's apartment with her unlocking the door. Here, let me show you, silly. Yoko lifted her hands up to her hairpins and pull them out, setting her hair loose. Yoko put the hairpins on one arm, with which she caught a small pistol later, that fell out of Yoko's long, red hair.
Heh, and all you think about is cleavage. Yoko said while showing her friend the pistol. Just in case i get disarmed. Also, those hairpins are sharper than most blades. Yoko commented further while Sophie unlocked the door and let Yoko in first. Sophie had some nice manners, better than Yoko's at least... Thank you...

Yoko took a look around, inspecting the place - It was nothing fancy, but it wasn't bad either. This seems a bit similar to my apartment - nothing fancy, but serves it's purpose. Yoko then noticed Sophie's bed. A big girl needs a big bed, hu...? Good morning sunshine, what do we have here?! Yoko turned her head and noticed a set of armor standing near it.
