While Oscar had taken the blows to the body quite well, it was the punches to his face that really rattled the Barbarian Prince. In fact, Jasmine's finishing uppercut even managed to knock the hefty man down to his rear, a feat the Mighty Monarch was admittedly proud of. Jasmine noticed Oscar sigh and prepare his body, recalling her 'two for flinching' rule. But rather than go straight for another painful punch, Jasmine would kneel down towards the seated man. With a warm smile, the monarch would caress his aching face for a moment, before pulling him in for a big kiss on his sore cheek! "Mwah...! That's for being honest."~ Jasmine purred. But right after that, Oscar would once again feel the might of her iron fist, right in the very cheek she had kissed! (PUNCH) "And that's for flinching! HehHeh! Imma spare you the second punch this time. Hope you enjoyed my lips instead."~
After rewarding Oscar's truthfulness, Jasmine would stand back up. And after he recovered from that last punch, Empress Cake would offer him a hand up. "You did great taking those body shots! But as you can see, simply tightening up your body won't help you deal with punches to the face." Jasmine explained. "But don't worry! Your Dommy Muscle Mommy Jasmine is about to teach you how to roll with the punches!"

Re: The Empress and the Prince
Expecting to get slugged, Oscar instead looked rather confused as Jasmine caressed his face- right before she planted a sweet kiss on his tattooed cheek! The unexpected cheek kiss caused Oscar to blush- right before he was punched in the exact same spot. Tumbling over once again.
"AUF! Pfft... alright, y'know what, that was cute. Real cute. I can't lie- it IS better than being punch twice"
Oscar had a rather amused look on his face as he accepted Jasmine's hand up, shooting a friendly wink the Empresses's way as he was helped back on his feet.
"Roll with the punches, huh? I think I've heard of that term before. I always thought it was a metaphor though. Is it an actual strategy that people use for self defense?"

Re: The Empress and the Prince
"Of course! Where did you think that metaphor came from, silly?" Jasmine teased. "You see, you can take a face punch by turning your head and tilting your body in the same direction as the punch's trajectory. This motion dissipates the impact energy. Basically, if you can't dodge or block a punch, then you don't want to resist it. Move along with it, and it won't hurt as much, giving you a better opportunity to strike back!"
Jasmine shadowboxed as well as bobbed and weaved, to demonstrate how to roll with the punches. Her own punches seemed to pierce the very air, as they made an audible 'whoosh' noise with each strike. "Of course, MY blows won't be easy to deal with regardless." She boasted. "Though it will certainly help. But in order to do this, you must keep your eyes open. Do not look away or blink, or else you can't react and brace properly. And not only will that make my punches hurt even more, it will also prompt me to punish you for flinching!" Jasmine explained the instructional purpose behind that penalty wasn't just an excuse to hit him, though she enjoy hitting him. And on that note, the Mighty Monarch would put her fists up again! "Ready to try again, sugar?"

Re: The Empress and the Prince
Oscar would take the time to rub his tender face as he listened along to Jasmine, a quiet hum emanating from him as his eyes followed her punches. Occasionally Oscar would turn his face when Jasmine punched the air- as if imaging her fist was already flying at his face. He even looked a bit amused as Jasmine boasted about her own punches- but did not comment on it. When Jasmine asked if he was good to keep going, Oscar would respond by lightly slapping his cheeks and nodding his head.
"Don't blink, turn your head and body with the punch. I'm good to give it another go, yeah! Whenever you're ready, boss!"
