where she'd be conducting her business for her debut. "No Holds Barred", but pinfalls would be. This was one of the things that intrigued her most about LAW: How it advertises itself as a professional wrestling company first and foremost. Not a mixture of Mixed Martial Arts, wrestling, and sexfighting, like GFEMW (Global Frontier Erotic Martial-Arts Wrestling) did. Yet LAW is no stranger to martial contests, to which it'll even provide octagons.

The greyish-blue (or seemingly straight up blue, or even purple -- it's amazing how much of a difference lighting makes) skinned woman felt at home. She'd had many a sparring session and private bout in a room just like this.

Seemingly suffocating, but more spacious than one would think. She'd just have to move around more. This will most likely work well for her counter-heavy strategy; she would be facing a man today. Renee prefers men: They're simple and straightforward. More likely to go in and try to take charge. Easy. And for the most part, the Argyric fighter liked easy.

Her opponent's sex affected her choice of attire. A sports bra that was cut a little on the low side, allowing a good look at the cleavage she had. She didn't have a lot up top, especially in comparison to most other women in this league, but she certainly wasn't flat. And the bra pushed things together nicely. Really short shorts and leggings that both hugged her form like a second skin. Alluring, but with a reminder that this wasn't a Hentai match; there had been a lot of talk about the male talent here, not much of it good. Supposedly, leading them along by their cocks would be as easy as breathing. Hopefully, this Senji Takijima would be an exception, and the outfit was meant to be a test of that. The MMA-style gloves she wore ought to help, if only a little.

Renee was the first to arrive at the studio apartment that LAW had provided for this match. To pass the time waiting for him to show up, she limbered up with some stretches. A routine that would eventually bring her down to the mat. Legs split, bare toes pointing to the ceiling. The splits alone were enough to show off the fact that what she lacked up top, she more than made up for in the back. Something that the male referee standing by would agree with, as his obvious efforts to avoid staring would attest. Reaching to touch her toes brought it out just a liiiittle bit more, which the final edit of the footage would linger on, she was certain.

Speaking of lingering eyes, this actually wouldn't be a bad time for her opponent to walk in. With that kind of timing, she could assess him right away. See whether or not he's true to the stereotype.

And not a moment too soon, did Renee's opponent grace her with his presence. Senji sauntered in, rubbing his skinned chin and hair-coated nape as his other hand felt for the door to push it shut. A redhead, technically orange and red but that'd be arguing semantics, with Asian features. What a curious combination. That was not as curious as when his gaze trailed up, past the flat belly, and settled on her hazel irises. The first thought that struck him, immediately, was how PALE the skin was; the skin could be considered almost purple, under the light. He did not verbalize his thoughts, out of a deep-seated fear of turning his day from good to very bad with a side of bite marks.

A man's advice roused to the back of his head, a sugarcoated guide to a woman's heart, which revolved around speaking in monosyllables making you look either mysterious and interesting or downright stupid. He's far from the latter, given how his parents made sure he was educated enough to do the hanging and not the swinging if he so chose to revolve his life around the law or blend in amongst the denizens of a boarding school or private institution. That did not stop him from being stuck in his own head sometimes, thinking about the reason his father stared at him as if the old man had turned his own gun on his child.

Back in the present, where his mind remained on greener pastures, Senji's face began to fluster. He tucked the fat bangs of hair back behind his ears, resembling a greased-up representative of Bushido due to neglecting haircuts. A privilege from being born with straight hair as opposed to shrivelled up knots provided one didn't take care of their curls. Unfortunately, he couldn't do anything if some girls (or guys?) did not like the biological lottery winnings of "endowed", fairly wide hips hugged by a red-and-black grappling rashguard/spat combo. The middleweight boy glided along the floor, more eagerly than he intended, in order to park his body beside Renee and the awfully inconspicuous referee.

Senji tilted into the ref's field of vision, noting a similar blush before leaning out to leave the worker to his job instead of annoying him, by holding a hand out to help the woman up. It was only right since he had arrived second. No tricks. Just a desire that flared like a burning heat and a body to keep up with the finalized plan.

"You---must be Renee. Do you want to get up? We cannot get to our fantasticccc match if you don't~?"

He already knew the name, enough to recall it without failing, but he had no idea about the type of person she was aside from the attractive, tantalizing exterior.

The quiet of the room allowed Renee's ears to catch the slight squeaking of the door before her opponent came through. She stayed right where she was as he approached, wanting to see how Senji reacts while she finishes up the last of her stretches. She wasn't worried about her skin being a factor like she was in the beginning of her career. While there were places where professional wrestling could be backwards, sometimes egregiously so, there were others where those who live the life could be quite accepting in the best way.

She could see that question in his eyes: "How did your skin get that way?" The man had a pep in his step as he approached her. Some flush in his cheeks. His reddening handsome face put a grin on hers. Aware, and just warm enough to be inviting.

"That, I am..." The French beauty began, answering his first question while taking his hand. "And that I do." Answering the latter two at once as she rose to her feet. "Thank you. A quack doctor who believed that nose drops that contain colloidal silver were the solution to a bad bout of allergies. In case you were wondering about the skin. Senji Takijima, yes?"

Senji sealed his hips together as Renee took his hand, letting the woman speak her piece as was proper behavior. A firm grip, cushioned by the gloves he wore, but never so crushing as to show an obnoxious amount of 'dominance'. So far, there had been one woman, with a similar 'glare' in her expression like Renee, that he had invited into personal life. Now, Senji only hoped he did not screw THIS encounter up despite the two being charged with fighting each other. She rolled his name out from her tongue which sent shocks up his spine, it seemed like, as the feeling rolled over his body.

After Senji had helped her to her feet, he pulled his hand back and let it rest on his side.

"Yes, that's it. It is unfortunate you had a bad experience with a---doctor."

A short pause followed as he recalled the correct term, knowing that "snake oil" was not the best terminology for a bad reaction to silver from how Renee phrased it. His expertise did not cover the dealings of mining companies and the effects of elements they discovered, so it would be best to take Renee at her word. But this was not why they were here.

"I hope I have a good match with you, and vice versa, alright?"

Starting to size her up from head to legs, Senji took note of her features. Taller by a couple inches and slimmer too. The difference was not so high as to where he had to nearly break his neck to look at her, at least. Differences in their biology aside, he knew nothing about how she fought. Perhaps the approach of a grappler? They were a penny-a-dozen around this wonderful space. The slender legs could be used for chest-caving kicks too. Going in blind like this made him nervous enough to furrow his brows in annoyance. He'd find out soon and with haste, the redhead reassured himself.

Okay, this is getting a little awkward. Maybe she shouldn't have brought up her skin herself. Time to change the -- oh, he did it for her. Then he sized her up, and it seemed that he was aware that he was going to have a hard fight on his hands. Hopefully, he'll be able to give her one in return.

"Same here."

Renee took a few steps back and assumed a bladed stance, intentionally keeping her hands lower than what traditional practice -- and wisdom -- would normally have of her. Both hands were below chin level, complete with a small, daring smirk.

"I hope you can keep up with me."

The referee got into position, waiting for Senji to prepare himself.

The atmosphere changed. Senji swore it did. The cause, as it seemed, was Renee stepping back to start off the relay for wrestling. She stepped back a few steps, in order to use that for gaining distance to prepare herself. Senji did the same. His legs stepped himself back about three strides until he had ended up at where the "short range" fight would take place in terms of distance. There he adopted the traditional, upright stance of a box. Shoulders primed for combat at the sign of his nervous system, before his spine bent to allow Senji to hunch over into a medium-height stance. His arms remained over his chin, to guard his face so that his bedtime would not get decided by his opponent each time he fought as soon as the bell tolled.

When the referee signaled for them to begin, Senji did not attack immediately. Instead, he started to walk his legs in a circular motion to be more passive and defensive in the beginning minutes of the match. Senji figured that she would go for a takedown immediately or clobber him with a kick as mentioned before. The explosive power of her legs could be guarded by his forearms, with Renee lacking the power necessary to shatter them in one-shot. In the case of using submission combat, he already had the plan in mind of kicking his feet back along the matted ground to send her crashing onto the mat face-first. A sprawl, in MMA terms. What she would do remained to be seen. Senji did not see the future, and he'd need to adjust to whatever she did in order to keep up and begin a winning streak after the multiple sessions he had before this match to improve the quality of both his mind and body.
