Slumber Party!

As the match was set to begin, a cocky grin flashed across Meiyun's face. It might not have been as pitched or as physical a confrontation as a wrestling match, but it was a competition nonetheless. And Meiyun was determined to always give her best, and to prove to the world she was a force to be reckoned with! This was just as much a chance for her to show off as any other, and she was going to make the most of it. "Oh nah, you're BOTH going down!" she cheered. As soon as the signal was given for the battle to begin, Mei was off, leaning intently toward the screen!

"Take that! And that! Hahaha, yeah, THUNDERSHOCK!~" With every attack she threw, Meiyun rocked the controller from side to side, as though she were driving a car with absolutely no regard for any traffic around her. The strategy she took was familiar to anyone who had watched her matches - she focused heavily on offense, laying into whichever opponent was closer with attack after attack in an attempt to keep them under control and to prevent any recovery. She mashed the buttons with wild abandon, not even caring about the positions of her opponents. If enough attacks hit them, it wouldn't matter! In fact, it seemed as though she was doing just that with Sakura, keeping Sonic stunlocked with a volley of tail whips and headbutts. She giggled as she worked her opponent closer and closer to the edge of the stage, sure they were looking at the first elimination of the match. But then, Sakura's shoulder bumped hers. She wasn't expecting it coming, and that was enough to throw everything off. With her concentration broken, Mei let out a yelp, almost dropping the controller in the process - and leaving herself open!

"Gah-!!" At first, she gasped in shock. But then, she locked her eyes onto Sakura with a disapproving glare. "HEY!! That's cheating! Have you no honor!?"

Sakura had a mischievous grin on her face as she bumped shoulders with Meiyun, messing her up in the game. "Nee-yope! Not a drop of honor in me!' She laughed as she charged up a homing attack, Sonic soon slamming right into Pikachu and knocking the Pokemon off the stage, prompting a cackle from the blonde! "Gotcha!" She teased. "If you don't like it, fight back~!" Saku said, continuing to push into Mei's side. She'd be lying to say she didn't have any ulterior motives for provoking Mei into a little horse play, but they were here to have fun, weren't they?

"G-Gah..! Hey-!" With each time Sakura bumped into Mei's side, the brunette was jostled, rocking from side to side. She tried to hold onto the controller, but as her thumbs scrambled to keep a grip, she ended up drumming randomly on the buttons, causing Pikachu to twist back and forth eratically. And then, as Sonic struck him off the ledge, Meiyun could only watch with a gasp as her first stock was taken! "Noooo-!!" she cried, only to look back at her classmate with a glare. If Sakura was trying to mess with Meiyun in order to goad her into taking things more physical...it was working.

Meiyun's Pikachu quickly respawned, but the Hakka girl wasn't focused on the screen right now. She had heard Saku's challenge - and she was going to take it! Meiyun wasn't one to back down from a fight without putting forth the effort to prove her strength, and Sakura was going to find that out the hard way! "Well, then..." She threw her controller down, sitting up straighter and puffing out her chest as she planted her hands on her hips. "I won't surrender to the likes of cheaters like you! FACE JUSTICE!"

Meiyun lunged toward Sakura, attempting to throw her arm around her head to pull her downward into a headlock, where she would promptly grind her knuckles into her scalp in a schoolyard noogie. The fact that this would also push Sakura's face up against her chest was, of course, strictly coincidential.
