Beth Jensson vs. Gabrielle Soto: Prelude to a Kiss

Eh. She guessed they did need the whole match.

Gabrielle broke with the kiss as Beth did, even if she did not completely want to do so. Besides the fact that the Latina had already amped herself up for a match, she didn't think LAW would take too kindly to the two spending their allotted hour or so in the room doing nothing but kissing. They couldn't exactly send that out and claim it was a well-produced wrestling video.

Right. Business. "Let's do that," Gabby agreed, catching Beth looking between the floor in general and the bed. Having already been in one of these matches, Gabby knew the bed to be an experience to die for given its comfort, and she slowly stepped her way over to it...trying to sway her hips. She had never been as good as Alicia at the whole hips business, but if she could get Beth a little more distracted, it was worth the effort.

"I don't know about you, but taking a bump on the bed sounds so much better than hitting my head on the floor." To reinforce her point, she swung up until she was on her knees atop the mattress, and she gave Beth a smile, inviting her to join.

Beth watched eagerly as Gabby chose the bed to be their battleground, before she sauntered over to it sexily, vaulting onto the bed and ending up on her knees with the grace of a ballerina. Beth would have been lying if she said she was not impressed by her acrobatics, but h=she did not show it. Afterwards, she walked up to the bed too, also vaulting on with a similar grace, landing on her knees. She turned to face Gracie, who was no more than 12 inches in front of her.

Though the bed as large for its kind, it was not as big as a traditional ring, which would make it a little tougher for them both to grapple, as well as stay on the bed. But Beth enjoyed this jeopardy, as it means it would be all the more fulfilling when she wins.

After a moment of preparation, Beth held out her hands with fingers outstretched, inviting Gracie to lock up with a test of strength.

Once they had both settled on the bed, Gabby again gave Beth a look-over. Not in an ogling way, this time, which was at least made a little easier by way of the other woman's simpler clothing. She was at least a few pounds heavier than the lightweight former gymnast, but probably not enough for there to be much change in the way Gabby tried to wrestle with her on a bed. In a ring, she would have to think that she couldn't lift her. On a bed, or even roaming around the room? It didn't matter too much.

It did, however, with a test of strength. Gabby, though, didn't have plans to stick too closely to the unwritten rules with those, since she was sure Beth could probably topple her after some pushing. As they linked up hands, Gabby gave a cursory push, enough to make their linked hands spread outward from them and their chests nearly bump together. Rather than continue her shoving, however, Gabby used her flexibility to throw her shoulder forward, trying to bop Beth in the chest with it.

Beth grunted with the initial effort that Gabby used in the test of strength. She was a little surprised that the woman had used her strength so quickly into a match, and it was something she enjoyed. She despised her opponents holding back in a match, as it made her feel like she was being short changed, which to her, was another way of them saying that she was not a worthy opponent.

Thankfully, it seemed as though Gabby was taking her seriously, and as such, Beth would return the favour. She pushed back, creating an initial stalemate between the two, before Gabby made the first technical move of the match, twisting her body slightly to attempt to shoulder barge Beth in the chest.

Beth noticed it and moved her shoulder to intervene, which simply made their shoulders slam together with little more than a moderate force. Now it was Beth's turn, and she would attempt to roll her body on top of Gabby's by raising herself higher onto her right knee, while pushing her right hand forward suddenly in an attempt to overbalance her opponent, and cause the two of them to fall, with Beth on top of her opponent.
