As their hands incidentally brushed together, something came over Sakura. The skin of Meiyun's hand was so smooth. Sakura wanted to feel them more, maybe even hold her hand... A blush came to her face as she thought about it. "Eh, y-yeah!" Sakura stammered.

"THREE!" Saku shouted as the two thrusted upwards, lifting the box off the ground. Saku shook slightly, doing her best not to let the box slip from her hands. As the two went up the stairs, Sakura made sure she went first, sparing Mei the trickier part of the job.

Finally making i back to the room, they'd put the box down as Sakura let out a huge sigh of relief. "A'right, that was the hardest one... Whew... Just... eight to go..." She panted, offering Mei a high five. "The rest we can... just take one each..."

Meiyun's teeth clenched in a grimace as she got her fingers underneath the box, pushing up on it with all her might. Even with Sakura's help, it was still a tall order for her to lift such a heavy weight, and she groaned with every centimeter she brought it up from the truck. Even when they turned to the steps, she teetered uneasily from side to side, trying to keep herself stready. Her cheeks puffed out to try and hold the air in her lungs. But she knew she had to keep going - even if her arms felt like they were about to fall off, Meiyun swore she was going to be LAW's strongest wrestler! If she couldn't even defeat a box, she wouldn't have any future! It was that determination that carried her through every match and sparring session she was in, and it would carry her through moving Sakura in, too!

At last, they came to the new girl's room, and as soon as they were safely through the door, Meiyun practically dropped her side of the box like a lead weight. She keeled over forward, gasping and groaning and clutching at her chest as she panted for air. "What...did you even have in there? Weights?" she asked. When she finally felt like she had gotten the air back in her lungs, she stood back up and wiped some sweat off her brow - only to immediately freeze at the next words out of Saku's mouth.

"D-Did you say eight..!?" Still, though, when she saw Sakura raise her hand for a high-five, Mei quickly shook herself back to her senses. She slapped her hand against hers and shot her a grin. If they could get this one box moved, the rest would be nothing! As if nothing had happened, she pumped a fist in the air, beaming out at Sakura with a proud smile. "Well, then, let's do it!"

Saku's hands were on her knees as she panted, wiping sweat from her forehead. "It's... actually a mini fridge..." She explained. Though the two girls were exhausted, there was more work to do, and one of the things they had in common was that they didn't give up. As Mei proclaimed that they'd grab the rest, Saku nodded. "Yeah!"

And so they went, and for about an hour they went up and down the stairs, talking, helping each other, and laughing together until soon, all eight boxes had been moved upstairs. As Saku dropped the last box on her floor, she approached her bare white bed, and fell down face first. "Christ, thanks for that, Mei..." She said. It was dark out now, the singing of locusts giving way to the chirping of crickets as Sakura sat down on her floor, stretching. "Now for the fun part, opening em up!"

When she heard what Sakura had stored in the box, Meiyun briefly needed to do a double-take, glancing back and forth to make sure she'd really heard what she thought she'd heard. "Wait, like...a WHOLE mini-fridge? You know there's a cafeteria here, right?" She didn't know what to think. On one hand, it seemed a bit excessive...on the other, if Sakura could just tote a mini-fridge around, that was pretty cool. Nonetheless, she was soon reinvigorated when she heard the offer of a challenge of her strength and endurance, and she stood back up straight, ready to throw herself into it! Nothing could keep her down!

After much moving back and forth and hauling of boxes, and after a fair few blunders, stepping on each others' feet and knocking shoulders against each other and blurting out apologies each time, the two girls finally had all the boxes moved up to Sakura's new room. Meiyun slumped against the wall, panting for breath and wiping a stream of sweat off her brow. "Hoo, boy...that was a lot. Are, uh...you okay there?" she asked, looking over to see Sakura planted face-down on her bed. But Sakura wasn't going to stop, and she righted herself all the same. Now came the time to open the boxes and move everything out. And at that, Mei's face again lit up with a grin. She couldn't wait to see what was inside!

"Yeah!! This'll be cool," she said, ducking down and practically sliding across the floor to close in on the first box. "Er, not that I want to look through your stuff or anything..." Clearing her throat, she went to open the box, peering in at what might await her there...
