When Queen's Decree was announced shortly after Yuki's arrival to LAW, and the moment it was announced, Yuki put her name out to try and get a spot on the card. Even if it wasn't as high a position as challenging for a main event belt, Yuki simply wanted to show herself at her familiar stomping grounds in Kyoto.
Being an Osaka native, Kyoto crowd was the 2nd closest thing the Winter Empress had to home, especially with the KBS Hall and it's beautiful stained glass being one of the blonde's favourite venues in the world to wrestle in, even if it wasn't the biggest. After she became the Winter Empress, a lot of fans from Kyoto have mentioned that Yuki felt more like she belonged here, rather than being from more commercial Osaka, a comment to which Yuki replied with a rare giggle.
It felt good to be on a big show like this so close to home...which increased the pressure of the match all the more. Geun was quite different from the opponents she fought against so far, proving herself as a very brutal competitor in LAW in her own right. This was a test to her by the company on how she would handle an opponent like this. With a plan firmly set in her mind, Yuki made her way towards the Gorilla position to make her entrance. Entrance
Spoiler
With KBS Hall being small as it was, there wasn't much space to put a proper titantron, but the screens above the ring set the atmosphere for Yuki's entrance perfectly, with snow steadily falling from the ceiling as the Winter Empress made her way to the ring, the cheers this time being much louder than the jeers she might've gotten in her past matches with how close she was to her home crowd.
Soon, she would enter the ring, climbing atop the top rope for the best pose possible with the stained glass at her back, creating an impressive shot for the magazines, before she hopped off the top rope, taking her place at a nearby corner, as she passed her robe over to the ref to pass to the workers at ringside. Yuki did final stretches as she awaited Geun's arrival... In-Ring

Geun was never one for big shows like this. All the pomp and circumstance drew attention away from, in her opinion, the main point of the sport itself, and that was the fighting itself, not to mention that half the competitors that landed on these cards had egos so large they'd warrant another venue all to themselves. And so she wasn't really a part of any big events in the past, and it suited her well, fight, win, get paid, simple and honest. With the size of the roster as well, it was easy not to be part of those events; you needed to fight for the spot on those lists, and Geun was neither a crowd pleaser nor was she a favourite for many, but a few who came for the violence instead of showmanship. The miscalculation she made when assuming she would not land on any special events, however, was her performance. Like it or not, she was capable of throwing down with the best of them and coming out on top more often than not, so she shouldn't have been surprised when she was matched with a rising talent on an occasion such as this.
Korean, in Japan, fighting a local. The crowd was going to hate her, that much was for certain, but as long as she could just have a good honest fight, she'd be just fine, the only person that really mattered was her oponent and though she was net exactly thorough in her research, she prety soon realized, they were not likely to get along much at all, now playing somone's villain was certinly a new expiriance.
Geun
As Geun entered the arena, she was immediately met with pretty unanimous boos, much as she predicted, rolling her eyes and making a dismissive gesture to the crowd as they continued to muffle her music. She moved quickly down the ramp, climbing the stairs and slipping between the ropes, getting into her corner without much showmanship and staring down Yuki from her corner, making one last gesture to the outside that they could get started!

The moment Geun entered the venue, the Korean's reputation let itself be known. Yuki couldn't hear her rival's music at all, buried under a chorus of boos and jeers. The match was perfectly chosen for Yuki. Sure, she wasn't a paragon of a heroic wrestler, but she was still a local hero fighting against a "foreign" villain (as much as Yuki disliked that aspect of the match).
Still, Geun definitely carried herself like a fighter...and as a villain, insulting the crowd with rude gestures as she tried to stare a hole through the Winter Empress.
"Hmph..." Yuki would turn away dismissively from her rival. Other than this, she had nothing else to say to her foe, with their battle due to start in a few short seconds as ref checked both women for their readiness for the match...
DING DING DING!
The moment the bell rang, Yuki would try to keep things slow, trying to circle the ring, as she decided to wait for Geun's first move...
