L.A.W. - League of Anime Wrestling

Match Rules: The fighters will partake in 7 different rounds with completely different rules and attires. Neither of them knows what styles will be used, nor the match order, nor even their opponent. They do know that whoever wins this entire match will gain automatic graduation to the full LAW roster.
Attire: Varies per round
Location: One of LAW's largest arenas, housing 50,000 people. The venue is packed out. The event is also livestreamed worldwide.
Win Condition: Best of 7 rounds. The full match will be played out regardless of overall score, winner needs at least 4 total points.


Today was the biggest day of Collei's life. After almost 3 entire years of fighting a plethora of people, both in the YL programme and in the main roster of LAW, she had finally been noticed by the top brass and highlighted as one of the biggest future prospects for LAW. Her recent foray into one of their recent PPVs also helped her case, but it was mainly due to her hard work in all circumstances, along with good words from all the trainers, that she had gotten this chance. A chance to say that she had gotten into LAW's full roster, a chance to say she can fight on equal footing to the greats of wrestling, and the chance to pave her name into the annals of history. The only thing standing between her and that right, was a single match. But it was easily the most daunting one she had seen yet, and perhaps one of the most arduous LAW had seen in recent times.

It was so big in fact that LAW deemed it worthy enough for its own event, with them packing out one of the biggest rings in the world, and easily the biggest Collei's had ever stepped foot in. It was all a little surreal for the Lioness. Not only that, she knew the event was packed out. Tickets were sold out within a few days, and some even surmised that some of the greats were even spectating the match themselves. But Collei could not get complacent. She knew full well that if she failed to perform at this, the final hurdle for her, she could easily slip back into the self same regime she had been doing, for another 3 years, and she absolutely did not want that.

As for the big event in question, not much info had actually made it's way into Collei's ears. All she had been told was that she would be facing another rising star, whom was not named, and that their match was separated into 7 "mini bouts". She had no clue what any of these bouts were, but she was advised to prepare for any situation. Her trainer suggested that she pack all of her attires, in case of anything, but also advised that she should remember even the small things. Every bit of knowledge Collei had learned over the years would be tested, here and now.

Given this advice, Collei decided to bring her standard wrestling attire, a bikini, lingerie, her bunny suit and even a schoolgirl uniform. She had no clue which of those would be required, but she had to prepare for anything, as she had asked. She arrived at the arena, where it was booming. Music was amped up and the crowd cheered and applauded for a DJ, who had been especially assigned to come for the event. Truly, the executives were leaving no stone unturned with making this a huge fiasco. This was bigger than her PPV match, in fact. She got into her wrestling attire, leaving the rest of her clothes in her locker, after being told that if she needed them for future rounds, she would be allowed to come back and get them on between rounds. Once her attire was on, the music died down, and it was time to shine.

"Ladies and gentlemen of LAW, welcome to the biggest Young Lioness match of recent memory! Tonight, 2 young women compete for the biggest prize, a full professional contract in LAW! Now coming out first, hailing from Delhi, India. Standing at 5'2 and weighing in at 117lbs, she is The Emerald Enigma, she is Collei Kushti!!!"

Collei

Hearing her newly acquired theme play for the first time made her heart race. This was it, there was no going back now, unless she wanted to ruin her career for good, and she certainly did not want to do that! She pranced out like an exuberant horse, waving her hands around and geeing up the crowd, who exploded in rapturous roars and cheers, a lot cheering her name and her country of birth, with Indian flags popping up all over the place. This was amazing, a once in a lifetime experience for the young Indian! She waltzed to the ring, which was bathed in spotlights and lifted up even higher than most rings, meaning that the short girl had to use the steps to even reach the podium which it stood. She walked up daintily though, which only caused more cheers. She slipped through the ropes, letting her bare feet touch the hard canvas below. She did some last minute stretches before handshaking the referee with a smile, before heading to her corner and waiting for her opponent to arrive.

It was showtime.

Kaguya took a deep breath in preparation for the match ahead of her tonight. It was the night of all nights, her graduation match against a fellow promiing young lioness and between her fame as a idol and her opponent's own quick rise with the fans it was enough to warrant making a rather big deal out of it, not only in scale and presentation among the fans but also in terms of scale for the match itself with it being a best of seven. Not just any best of seven however, but one that would be a revolving door of match types that necessitated bringing multiple outfits for any potential stipulation that arose.

Naturally Kaguya had obliged this and had her outfits at the ready and more than anything she was ready. Prodigy, genius, rising star, these were all words that had been used to describe Kaguya at various times over her course in the young lioness program for how quickly she had taken to wrestling, and how much leaps and bounds she made. As shown with her record of three wins and just one loss. Rare for a young lioness and it was a placement and reputation she didn't take lightly. Kaguya fully intended to live up to this reputation, to make the most of the opportunity LAW was giving her. No matter what she would make herself a star tonight!

"Anddddd her opponent! Standing at 5'2 and weighing 115 pounds.... Hailing from Hikari, Yamaguchi, Japannn... Kaguyaaaaaaaa Hojooooooo!!!

Soon enough after the announcement the music that Kaguya had chosen for herself began playing over the speakers and she would look up, chestnut eyes shining so bright they almost appeared crimson. Getting up and rolling her neck Kaguya would bounce on her feet a few moments before sprinting forward to come out from the curtains and stand before the crowd with a bright smile on her face, the fans immediately cheering, some of which turned into cheers and cat calls as Kaguya showed off her body in her official ring attire, something she wasn't shy about doing at all with a quick idol like dance.

Once done Kaguya would waste no time bounding down the ramp, smiling and high fiving fans in the front row while looking out over the crowd. In certain sections she knew to be reserved for high profile attendees she saw some big name. Zira Cabalero, Drasna Selinofoto, Toshimi Minami, Alizeh Midori to name a few were all there, watching, scouting. Possibly looking for students, or even future opponents. It went to show the level of importance this match was being viewed with not just among the fans or management but even among the upper ranks of the LAW roster.

Good. Kaguya would be sure to give them all quite the show as she leapt up onto the ring apron. Turning and throwing her arm in the air Kaguya would strike a cute pose for the crowd who cheered loudly in response before she would turn and leap over the ropes into the ring. Looking up she would finally meet the eyes of her opponent and offered a small smile. "Hello. I look forward to a good match but no hard feelings when I win right?" Kaguya asked part teasingly, part serious. More than willing to do what it took to win this match.

Collei could still feel the butterflies in her stomach as the crowd erupted like it was the biggest event in all of LAW. It was certainly the biggest that Collei and likely her opponent had ever attended, and she could see a multitude of popular faces in the crowd. Emily Strager-Lee was one of the standouts, holding a pad and pen, as if she was about to take notes for an exam, whereas Iono, the popular streamer, was livestreaming the entire event to her fans. Another of her fellow lionesses, Hana Song, was also in attendance, as well as basically the entire Young Lioness programme. To say this was high profile might have been an understatement.

It was not long before her opponent's theme blared out of the arena's speakers, darn near deafening the greenette as strobe lighting and pyrotechnics exploded on the other side of the ring, much like they had done for her a few moments prior. On the other side of the chaos over there, she could see a figure in the smoke, one that seemed to be a very similar build to her own and one that she knew would be a test for her. Soon enough, the silhouette gained colour and she saw her opponent, one Kaguya Hojo, as the announcer said. She watched as the rival lioness came to the ring confidently and exuding pride in herself. Collei knew immediately that she was going to have to pull out all the stops and then some to win.

Once her opponent reached the ring, Collei returned the small smile with one of her own. knowing that soon, the two would be engaged in the toughest fight of their lives, likely having to do everything to prove themselves as better. One thing that Collei did notice was that Kaguya was wearing boots, something that Collei herself never did. She would have to take note of that so she didn't end up getting stomped on. She would have asked for Kaguya to remove them, but she thought that would ruin the spectacle and damage her blossoming reputation, which would have been career suicide at this point.

"Likewise, but I fear you have neglected the part where I defeat you. That contract has my name on it, and everyone here knows." Collei cooed confidently, before hearing the crowd say a few oohs and aahs at the Enigma's teasing comments, showing she was clearly fired up like never before. It was then that the referee stepped between them and make their presence known.

"ALRIGHT LADIES, FIRST ROUND IS A STANDARD ONE PINFALL MATCH. FIRST TO GET A 3 COUNT PIN SUCCESSFULLY GETS THE POINT. STANDARD WRESTLING RULES APPLY. GET READY AND THEN TAKE YOUR POSITIONS!" She said theatrically, clearly being one of LAW's most prominent referees. Collei grinned a little bit as, even though standard matches weren't her forte, she had been learning and thought she would take the fight to Kaguya and nab the win. She took a few steps back, before closing her eyes and focusing a little more, before stepping forward again just as the bell rung.

When the bell did ring, Collei offered a test of strength, but this was not as an attempt to overpower her opponent. Should her opponent accept, as soon as their fingers locked in place, she would swing her arms and sweep her opponent's shins in such a way that she would attempt to floor her opponent nigh on immediately!

Smiling still even after finishing her entrance Kaguya would now be in the ring with her opponent, staring the green haired girl across from her in the eyes with a look of pure and utter confidence in herself. A look mirrored by her opponent as she stepped forward and began speaking herself, uttering some confident trash talk of her own not that it bothered Kaguya much at all as continued to smile unaffected.

"Oh so confident! It's a cute look for you hehe, but I think you'll be even cuter when you're shouting your submission." Kaguya shot right back, her smile turning into a grin as she stared Collei down while putting her hands up in a grappling position upon hearing that this first round would be a standard match.

"Bring it." Kaguya said as she watched Collei do the same, both girls approaching each other before locking up! Or so Kaguya thought at least but in reality it was a ploy by her opponent to take Kaguya's legs out from under her!

"Oof!" Kaguya cried out as she hit the mat. Not one to be outdone in such an important match however Kaguya would turn on her hip as she hit the mat, swinging her leg out to try and smack into the back of Collei's legs to try and knock the green haired woman down to the mat as well!

The bell rang and the stage was set, the two hottest prospects from around the world now stood there, face to face, ready to compete for their place amongst the most elite fighters in the world. Collei knew this, and she had to be serious. Her opponent was going to be no joke, and she would have to pull out all the stops to win, as would her opponent. The world watched in anticipation as Collei broke the deadlock, leg sweeping Kaguya immediately, making her start to fall to the canvas below!

What happened next surprised the greenette. She felt a strike to the back of her legs and she fell suddenly, falling hard on top of Kaguya, their bellies flopping together with some force. Collei let out a grunt, but shrugged it off quickly, shuffling up to try and pin Kaguya into an early grapevine! She managed to get her limps locked up and Kaguya's elbows pinned down to the mat, so the referee jumped down and slammed the mat with her palm to start the count!

"1!"

With the bell having rung and starting the match Kaguya and Collei wasted no time with Kaguya getting knocked down but refusing to be there on her own as she brought Collei down with her. Credit where it was due though as Collei came down she angled her body to end up on top of Kaguya, trying to wrap her up in a early pinfall attempt!

"Ngh!" Kaguya grunted out as she pulled her legs up to keep them from being locked by Collei's own before twisting her body sharply to the side, planting her leg into the mat to add more force and roll them over to the side with Kaguya on top of the green haired girl, arms going behind her to try and catch Collei's own legs before leaning forward for a deep school girl pin!
