This is it. Yolanda Ruiz is in the big leagues now.

She supposed that she should be elated. This is a guaranteed improvement of her living situation. No more of the month to month. Or week to week, if she gets hurt. And iron-clad job security: Yolanda's seen LAW's hired talents run over fans with a motorcycle, beat rookies bloody and violate them in the middle of the ring, feed opponents to ravenous crowds in Hentai matches -- this place is so goddamned Lawless, she's surprised that isn't the company's top prize.

It's given her the feeling that she could actually kill somebody and still have a job at the end of the day. She would say that she's not looking to try to find out, but they went and booked her in a match with one of the craziest bitches this place has to offer, for her first fucking match. And considering what got her sought after in the first place...Guess they're considering going there.

They just better not be betting on her to die, if that's what this is about.

"Okay. I'll be there in a minute."

There were two choices waiting for her selection in her locker: The box, or the bag. Her hand reached for the bag, but stopped just before it touched. No, better save that for after the match. To celebrate a job well done. She opened the box and took a cigar, cut it, and lit it up, taking a couple puffs on the way to the door.

Aside from a quick, "Go tell 'em to play my music.", she ignored the crew member waiting behind the door and made her way to gorilla with the gait of a woman who was going through the motions. And she pretty much was. The dude ran ahead and did what she "asked", allowing her to just keep walking when she made it to gorilla. Her

played in perfect coincidence.

"Hey, you can't go out there smoking-" Yolanda heard him, but didn't care to listen beyond that. The cigar stayed lit and in her mouth, and she wouldn't break her stride. Who knows, maybe the wheel will make this a "Human Ashtray" match. The announcer didn't miss a beat even after seeing that she was smoking on the way down to the ring.

"Introducing first, standing at six feet tall and weighing in at one hundred and eighty pounds, from Los Angeles, California...! Yolandaaaaaaa Ruiiiiiiz!"

If that's actually a match type, she's gonna have her seven goddamn chuckles.

No flash, no poses. No high fives. Not a single word into the camera capturing her journey. Aside from the cigar, she was all business. And that was all she needed to be; the fans still cheered. She was a tough, fine ass Latina, and everybody who saw the card knew what it was. The shit's about to hit the fan.

She stepped into the ring and leaned back into a corner, appreciating the ref's decision to let her enjoy her smoke. Okay, Skylar Jones. Come on down.

Skylar was slouching on the floor in the corner of the locker room, one knee sticking up and the other stretched across the concrete floor, humming an old Sinatra tune to herself. Her match for Turning Point tonight, against a girl making her debut in LAW, had been hyped up a lot by fans of hardcore wrestling, because they were certain that no matter what match type the spinning wheel landed on, a fight between Skylar Jones and Yolanda Ruiz was sure to be a bloody war. Hearing her opponent's entrance and knowing it would soon be time for her's, Skylar hopped up to her feet, heading for the gorilla position. The arena would suddenly go black, every light going out and the screens and speakers playing static. A few moments later, the lights came back on to reveal the Dirty Devil herself standing atop the entrance ramp as her music roared to a start.

She was greeted with loud boos as she swaggered down the ramp, looking around and snickering at the fans yelling at her and flipping her off. Getting to the ring she hopped up on the apron. Holding the rope with one hand, she faced the audience, giving them a single handed crotch chop. The crass gesture only provoked the crowd to boo louder as the brunette stepped into the ring, coming face to face with Yolanda. "Sup?" She asked, sizing her foe up as she slowly approached her for a staredown.

These people hated her, but Yolanda actually had respect for Skylar. She wasn't a gangster anymore, but there were still aspects of the life that she applied to her own. Like the application of her strength. The importance of going the extra mile so motherfuckers know what the deal is. Establishing a pyramid and making examples of what to expect if you don't come correct. Sometimes that means taking measures that some would consider extreme.

It's a dog eat dog world. Gotta do what you gotta do.

The blue-eyed Latina fixed an unflinching, analytical stare at The Dirty Devil as she slipped through the ropes, inhaling a long drag from her cigar when their eyes met. After breathing out a cloud of smoke, she turned to the turnbuckle behind and used the pad to extinguish the cigar, tossing it aside afterwards.

She turned again to see Skylar approaching. And she didn't stop at the center of the ring; she was coming to get right in her grill. To see about her. Determine how much dominance there was to assert; was the new girl food, or was she for real? That kind of shit.

Yolanda promptly left the corner, her gaze briefly leaving Sky's to turn to the ref, silently communicating that she was ready to hear what kind of battle this was going to be. And then it returned to her. Their toned bodies bumped together. It wasn't an active push from Yolanda, who simply walked into the brunette. Then stood toe-to-toe, chest-to-chest, face-to-face with her. Let it be known that she sure as shit ain't food.

Silence would be her response, but her cool countenance would speak for her: Whatever happens next, it's nothing personal.

Skylar and Yolanda pressed their whole bodies into each other, staring each other down intensely. They could feel every breath of the other woman on their faces, their eyes baring into one another. They both made it clear that they intended to fight like hell here, and it seemed like a given that blood would be spilled all over this ring, and that the violence wouldn't stop until one of them was near dead. That was until the wheel was spun, and the ring announcer said what type of match this would be.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this bout will be softcore hentai submission match. Victory will be awarded to the woman who can make her opponent submit through sexual attacks. Strikes and excessively painful holds are forbidden."

The surprise in Skylar's eyes was clear. She had known that the match type here would be completely random, but with who her opponent was, it hadn't even crossed her mind that this would be anything less than a bloody slugfest. This match up would have been a bloodbath in nearly any match type, and yet the wheel had landed on one of the only match types where it couldn't be. But, Skylar didn't falter. Her eyes never left Yolanda's. She was no stranger to lewdness, and she sure as hell wasn't gonna stick her nose up at the opportunity to get steamy with the sexy latina who stood before her. Slowly, she moved to lock lips with Yolanda, starting the match off with a soft kiss.
