This page is meant to give more background on the backstories of some of my characters---flavor text, so to speak. By offloading some of the information here, I hope to make some of my characters' backstories (notably "Plum", "Hana", and "Drunk Driver") shorter.
Xiāo (萧) Family

[INTERNAL LAW BUSINESS REPORT]
The Xiāo family descends from Chinese nobility. Although nobility no longer exists in China, the Xiāo family still remains active, being involved with business and international politics to an unknown extent. Many analysts suspect that the family has accrued an enormous amount of wealth due to its political and business connections, but hard numbers are nearly impossible to come by. It is difficult to ascertain the scope of the Xiāo family's operations, but it is suspected that the family's operations are mostly confined to Asia. Moreover, while the Xiāo family likely has business interests in Japan, there is no indication that the family has any interest in LAW. Therefore, the operations of the Xiāo family are likely of little import to LAW.

Hint for decoding:
First, think of the name of that guy who wears a Guy Fawkes mask in that one movie. Then, think of that guy who betrayed the protagonists in the matrix. Afterwards, think infinite tape, states, transitions between states, instructions, etc---let the alphabet be 26 letters, ignore/preserve case, preserve characters that are not capital or lowercase versions of those letters. Finally, think of something similar to hexadecimal.
