Kyoko's Birthday Blessings

Her music played, letting the crowd groan as they knew what to expect, it was the same thing every year and somehow the so called Belly Queen managed to make herself more obnoxious. Not that she cared what they thought she was the champ and more importantly it was her special day so out she came with both titles in hand and with her stable behind her looking just as proud to be there. Even Da Xia seemed more in-sync with the group after mostly acting like a forced henchwoman for the majority of her time here. Recent events seemed to make her and Kyoko click in a way that no fan would've imagined after the years nearly destroying each other. Kirie and Tara's presence and pride in being here was expected, the two flanked Kyoko's sides until they all reached the ring where Kyoko handed them her belts and rolled in in before taking them back once she was in. The rest followed her inside so that they could all stand as a quartet ounce again, to the boos they had come to expect. As a unit some of the fans still liked Kirie and Tara, but Kyoko barely got any good reactions anymore as she became more and more insufferable to the fanbases, and she seemed to enjoy it unlike before where fans opinions of her meant little. Now she almost seemed to take pride in pissing them off.
"Did you really think I was going to let this celebration go without reminding you of how great I am. Last time I was here I was still only about half a year into my championship with a few defenses, turning a prime 28. Now here I am, 29 and somehow even greater than before. 2024 was one of the best years of my life, nothing but victory after victory against champs, stars from other companies. I traveled around and fought the best not just here but everywhere and no one could stop me, no matter how much you losers begged them to try!" Kyoko bragged, getting a hostile reaction for her boasts. Once again as she expected and planned to get, almost laughing at the crowd for being so easy to piss off. "Look don't blame me that you choose the losers over the proven star. I've been kicking your favorites asses since I joined this place you've had years to learn that your favorites can't hang with me, you're just mad now that you've run out excuses for why I'm so good. I know most of you numbskulls were sitting around gnashing your teeth when I kept winning, going 'oh just you wait Kyoko! You've only fought less experienced girls wait until you have to fight the real challengers, then you'll see!'...But then I fought the 'real' challengers didn't I, and what still happened? Oh right, 'Here's your Winner and Still Middleweight Champion...Kyoko Akaaaaan!'" Kyoko said, raising her belt after she said it. It's presence around her waist being proof of her many victories over many tough completion, some more earned than others. "Yeah get used to it idiots you're going to be hearing those words again and again for a long...long time. I could talk endlessly about the days I've been champion, but honestly anyone could be champ for a long time if they don't show up and don't fight real competition. Just as Rose Gold, or the M.I.A Cats. No nothing's impressive about long reigns what's impressive is accolades, accomplishments with merit. That is the gift that keeps on giving and I've been making many moments off those. I have the most title defenses for a Middleweight Champion and not some rookie fresh out of the gym, my list is full of challengers with skin in the game...alright I had one or two but sometimes you have to show a few rookies their place, or else some of you idiots might think you can become champion. A few humbling moments never hurt anyone, for long. Where was I? Oh right, my accomplishments, sorry I have so many of them it's hard to keep track. I was the first Middleweight Champion to Main Event a PPV since the belt creation, and I did it again with a Supercard at the end of the year which also saw me be the only person to have a personal belt be a prize for a Main Event match, because only someone like me can make something relevant. You can mock my Belly Queen title, but the fact is if anyone else tried to do what I did, no one would ever take them seriously. But when I did it, I made it an accomplishment to hold this belt. Holding my Belly Queen Championship was the highlight of Harmonia's life, she should wear that with pride. She should no joke, because that belt is more prestigious than anything else LAW has ever created, more important than anything anyone else in this arena will ever do. She may have got one over me, but by the time the clock struck New Years, everyone knew who the Real Queen was, and I came out stronger than ever!" Kyoko said this time raising her Belly Belt to show it off, clearly proud of holding both despite only one being considered legitimate.
"I could go on all day about what I did last year and why I deserve this moment, but the truth is I have a point and I need to get to it. The point was that as my birthday drew closer and closer I started asking myself....What the hell could I get for my birthday when I'm already on top of the world? At 29 I've already conquered the mountain, done what most can never do. I'm practically Queen of the World, what could I crave or desire? And it stumped me, not many things stump me but this did. So I needed advice, I turned and looked at Da Xia for a bit of advice." Kyoko said and she turned to Da Xia.
"I looked at Da Xia, my greatest rival, once upon a time my Arch-enemy now one of the most powerful allies. I looked her dead in the eyes and I said Da, you know me better than anyone else not named Fallon Terrazas. What could I possibly want for my 29th Birthday? And Da Xia looked me in the eyes and said 'Well you could always find another dumbass bitch to beat up, that always makes you feel alive.' And she's right that always did, but something felt wrong. Because every word out of her mouth was true but somehow it didn't feel fitting enough. So I had to seek others. So instead I went to Tara." Kyoko added, walking beside Tara and tapping her on the shoulder.
"I placed my hand on my finest apprentice just like this and said Tara I'm going to be 29 soon and I have no idea what else I can do to make it feel special. I'm at the peak of the world, what could anyone offer me? Now Tara, she's a thoughtful thing so she gave it a second or two, then said 'I understand, it can be hard to think of something for the woman who is everything and has everything. If anything your mere presence would be a gift to anyone else.' And sadly I had to agree, because here I stand in front of all of you, and every single one of you has a better future just for being in the same room as me. Not much better but far better than you could ever get by yourself. So you're welcome! I was going to ask Kirie next, only to find that Kirie was listening to our conversation and just as I turned to her she sprang up." Kyoko said turning to look at Kirie.
"Before I could ask her anything she said, 'Kyoko the reason you're struggling this hard is because no one can give you anything you want. Tara's right, you simply have everything and deserve every single bit of it. If anything you should be the generous one for your birthday, and give people some more hope that they need even if they don't want it.' And then me and Tara looked at each other and smiled because my youngest apprentice had it right. As much as I could make this about me, every day is already about me because I'm just that good, I'm the best wrestler alive, the best champ in LAW. No one could hope to give me anything satisfying....So instead I decided I would be generous. Instead of taking gifts I would give gifts. Bring them out!" Kyoko screamed pointing to the entrance ramp where someone wheeled out a car of wrapped gifts with names on them. The names on the gifts were names fans could recognize, including names like Harmonia, and Aella. This was enough to tell the fans who those gifts were for and what this really was about. "I know a lot of my challengers are still bitter about losing so I won't force you to come out here and feel like you have to humiliate yourself just to accept my generosity. So instead I'll open your gifts for you and and you can come pick it out when you feel like it. So let's get this party started. Girls if you would be so kind start bringing me gifts to unwrap." Kyoko demanded, and the three members left the ring to start grabbing presents to carry back to her, to finally start Kyoko's taunting of her fallen foes.
