Celina would end up walking into the gym and stand next to the ring, she has asked Misski if she could train her and she wasn't entirely sure if she was gonna show up, eventually Celina would take a small deep breath and do some pushups while she waited, hoping that, that would get her mind off of things while she waited for the queen of berserk to arrive

Celina didn't have to wait for long as Misaki arrived soon afterwards. She was wearing her gymwear. Looking at Celina, she smiled as she approached her. "I hope I didn't make you wait too long, Celina." Misaki said as she set down her bag. Misaki didn't have much to do today, hence why she agreed to help Celina to train.

"So, what sort of training do you want for today?" Misaki asked. She needed to do some stretch up and warm up first before she could start working out alongside Celina. She also wanted to learn what sort of thing Celina wanted to get worked on. From there, she could determine the type of workout that she could use for today.

Celina would think to herself, she was not entirely sure but she did have an idea

"I wanna ask if you can help me out with escaping holds, those seem to be a problem for me"

Celina said with a chuckle, she didn't want to mention it but the abdominal stretch Misaki put her in ended up hurting her back for a day or two after the match, so she was hoping to try and avoid something like that again

Misaki nodded. "Escaping holds, huh? Well, I can teach you a few things about that." She then beckoned Celina to follow her to the mat where they could start practicing. "The easiest way to escape a hold is to outlast it, so having good stamina is a must." Misaki told Celina.

Misaki then started doing stretches and warm-up. Doing stretches was important for any physical exercises. "Of course, sometimes outlasting a hold can be detrimental too. So, you have to at least recognize a submission hold and stop your opponent from locking you in it so that you can slip out. Even better, you can also reverse it on your opponent." Misaki said.

Once Misaki was done with her stretches, Misaki looked at Celina and asked, "So, are you ready?"

Celina stretches a bit herself, before giving Misaki a thumbs up

”alright, I’m ready, let’s do this”

Celina said with a new sense of vigor in her voice, she knew that if there was anyone who was gonna help her improve, it was someone who has been in the ring for years longer than she had been

Misaki smiled and nodded at Celina. "Okay. So, let's start with the basic ones first. I'll let you to put me into a submission hold, and I'll find a way to get out of it." She made sure to drop her guard to allow Celina to put her into a submission hold. "Come on, show me what you can do, girl." She displayed a grin as she said that to her.

Celina would immediately attempt to grab Misaki, trying to get the woman into an abdominal stretch in order to show off exactly what she was planning

"you're gonna get what you ask for!"

Celina yelled as she tried to tighten the hold on her instructor

Misaki got herself subjected to the abdominal stretch by Celina, and she grunted a bit from being put into the hold. Still, she didn't lose her wit as she would try to power through the hold. Taking a deep breath, Misaki would grasp Celina's nearest leg with her arm, hooking said arm around it before yanking it, looking to make her lose her balance. From there, she would try to get Celina to fall backwards so that she could escape the submission hold.

Celina would feel her leg be yanked away from the mat, letting out a loud yell as she fell, holding onto her instructor and trying to drag her down so she could keep her in arms reach, if she succeeded then she would immediately attempt to get Misaki into a headlock in order to keep the pressure on her

Even though she managed to bring Celina down, Misaki was pulled down alongside her. Then, she could feel that Celina was trying to put her into a headlock, so she would get her forearm between her head and Celina's arm, making sure that she would not be able to properly lock her into the headlock. From there, she would pull her head out before scooting herself away from her, putting some distance between the two of them.
