"To give you guys a rundown on what to expect before we start, we'll begin with stretching, as any good workout should," Tiki said. "Then we'll move onto the exercises. Things like pull ups, sit ups, box jumps, and the like. Workouts that don't require weights to do, though I may add some in depending on how it's going." The smile Tiki gave the camera when she said the last part was as good as her saying 'will' instead of 'may.'
"Then after the exercises, we'll move onto cardio work," continued Tiki. "And then we'll complete the workout with the lifts. Here, Niko will use much smaller weights than I would, considering her size and strength, because she needs to be capable of doing the lifts. But other than that, her workout will be a replica of the full body blast that I perform myself. Though I may have a little fun with Niko throughout the process. The trainer flashed another sly smile to the camera. "And once the workout's over, I'll have one last surprise for you guys before we're done."
