A day after recovering from his match against Tina Kelly, Oscar was feeling pretty good. Sure, he may have lost that fight, but he felt confident in his place at LAW. He had been here for only just about a week and he had already set up a decent record. Now the barbarian prince in training is enjoying some downtime booked by the people watching the young lions program. Fighting in three matches within a week was quite a lot- and nobody wanted to see him overdo it. On day two of his break and feeling better, Oscar was set to follow through on a promise he made and to express his thanks to a certain blue-haired ninja with a white streak in her hair. The only problem was that he didn't really know how to find her!
Eventually, after a lot of asking around and checking on maps, Oscar would be guided to a gym owned by LAW- one he was told Katrina was seen at. He made an effort to look presentable, wearing a green T-shirt and some cargo shorts as he walked into the gym and kept an eye out for the woman.
Since there was a pool in this gym and it was a hot summer day, bikini's were allowed in this facility, and soon Oscar found Katrina. Her back was to him as she didn't know he was there. She was clad in her revealing black two piece bikini and had her light blue sweater tied around her waist, she also had clipped to her a device to listen to music and had on a pair of black and blue headphones with cat ears for the design. She was glistening with sweat as she appeared to have already been in the gym for a few minutes as she was holding a set of 50 pound dumbells in both hands as she would step forward and bend herself down with one knee, letting out an exhale as she came down then rose back up to a standing position, and then did the same with the opposite leg.
Oscar was a bit surprised to see Katrina in her bikini but if he had to be really, really honest with himself it wasn't unwelcome. Seeing that she was using weights, Oscar would wait for a moment where her hands wouldn't be holding anything heavy and walk up to her. He'd tap her on the shoulder to get her attention and if she turned to look at him as well as take the headphones off, he'd greet her with a smile.
"Hey, Katrina! How're you holding up?"

Katrina set the dumbells back in place after cleaning them and then felt a tap on the shoulder. "Hmm?" She turned her head to stare at a green shirted chest before looking up, she then gave the sweetest smile as she pulled off her music player and clipped the headset to her sweater tied around her as she sang out o/Oscar!o/ she then opened her arms up high as she rose up in a tip toe looking to get a hug from him. I'm good, I didn't expect to see you here. I watched your match last night, are you doing ok?" She asked with genuine concern.
Something about Katrina singing Oscar's name out made his heart skip a beat, putting a bigger smile on his face as he went ahead and scooped the ninja up for a hug. A slight squish came from it but it was more of a happy squish than anything painful. He'd lean his head back to see Katrina's face better as he nodded his head.
"Joints were pretty sore and I got a headache but it was nothing I couldn't handle with some medicine and an ice bath. First time I ever took an ice bath actually. Took me a few tries to get in"
He'd chuckle to himself before sighing
"I actually swung by for two things- first, I wanted to personally thank you for recommending Tina as an opponent. She taught me some stuff during the match that I won't be forgetting anytime soon. It was honestly the most fun I've had since I joined LAW. As for the second thing? Well..."
Oscar would faintly blush a bit as he quietly cleared his throat, taking a breath before talking again
"Tina... told me some things during the match that I think you might've told her. Things about me. I'm very flattered by it all and I'd like to get to know you more so I was wondering if you'd like to y'know... go out with me sometime? Maybe for some dinner?"

As Oscar scooped her up and squished her in a friendly manner she let out a comedic groan of a "Oooooggggggghhhh." as a heel lifted up into the air behind her as she hugged Oscar's neck just as tightly, pulling her face back from being cheek to cheek with him as she was grinning ear to ear at him. She then chuckled about his ice bath attempts as she then nodded her head. "I can totally see that." she then realized what she said and blushed. "Erm I mean, not that I was visualizing you nak..." she then got even redder in the face and chose to stop there.
The cutest thing was as Oscar was talking, he didn't let her go, and Katrina didn't mind and kept her arms wrapped around Oscar's neck. She then heard him talk about Tina as she bit her lip gently as she sighed, she was about to say apologize for it, but then it sounded like Oscar didn't mind Tina's big mouth spilling some of Kat's small talk as her heart was skipping a beat as well, as her eyes got wider and so did her smile as she noticed Oscar trying to ask her out. "Really? You're asking me out?" she asked as she wanted to confirm, maintaining her cute blush as she nodded her head. "Err, uh, yeah, totally, that would be awesome!"

"Oh, I don't know much of this area myself. I'm still a LAW rookie." She mentioned as she brought her index finger to her lips as she pondered, but then gave a mischievous looking smile as she looked at Oscar's face. "That doesn't mean we can't have a little adventure and just explore for ourselves right? One sec let me get my phone out." She mentioned as she walked over towards her duffel bag, getting around behind it as she crouched down, giving Oscar an unintentional good view as she ran a hand through her hair before reaching down and unzipping her duffel bag and opening it up. "Let's see, clothes, pocky, cigs." She then looked up towards Oscar, "I hope that last part doesn't bother you, if so, I don't do it often and I'll try to avoid smoking around you." She mentioned as she then, "Aha! Phone." she then zipped her bag back up as she stood up and walked over towards Oscar, "We'll just search for something nearby, what kind of food are you into? Oh and I will let you know ahead of time that I can pig out anywhere, so when I say I don't care where we go, I'm not going to be the kind of woman that has exceptions." She snickered as she unlocked her phone and twisted around to Oscar's side so he could see what she looks up when he decided.

"Cigarettes don't bug me, nope. My uncle back home was a bit of a smoker so I'm used to it"
Oscar would politely look away as Katrina bent over to search for her phone before looking down to view the screen
"What I like... well, I like lots of food honestly. It's hard to pick a favorite. Although maybe there's a pizza parlor around here? I LOVED visiting those when I was still back home"
His smile from before stayed on his face as he spoke. Oscar appeared quite happy and it might be obvious why.
Katrina smiled as Oscar didn't mind if she smoked, but she wasn't going to take advantage of that and didn't even do it enough to make it a habit in the first place, unlike her sister. When Oscar mentioned the pizza her eyes lit up as she looked at him. "You just read my mind sunshine. Oh, by the way, I heard Tina call you that in the match, but don't let her take credit for that, she stole that from me talking about you. So phhbtt on her." She joked by sticking her tongue out and giving a razz as she was staring at the phone, then jokingly had to wipe the phone screen over her breast to let her fabric clean the screen. She then punched in top pizza places for the local area. "Let's see, we have a three star one just a block away, but if we walk a mile from here, there's a good pizzeria with a 4.8 star rating."
