The punching bag didn’t look like it could withstand much more punishment as two gloved hands slammed against it with powerful but precise strikes. The hands lead up to the muscled tanned arms of the attacker as the strained and tensed with each punch, all connected to the dark haired woman who was using the bag for her training as the bag swung back and forth on the chain it was hanging from. Eventually the woman gave mercy to the beaten bag and backed away from it, wiping the sweat off her brow with a nearby washcloth.
Sierra Oasis sighed as she picked up a nearby water bottle for a much needed drink. She hadn’t been scheduled for anything in the upcoming show at LAW so she decided to keep her skills up by training a bit at the gym. She had been here for only a little bit over an hour but she didn’t plan on leaving anytime soon, the gym was as much a home as the ring was to the Egyptian.
Thinking about home made Sierra think about what was going on back in Cairo. LAW had been good to her and she had some great fights while she was her but she still from time to time missed the friends she made back In Cairo. It was then that the Egyptian hear a bar get set heavily back on its rack as it’s occupant finished their rep. Turning around slightly Sierra’s eyes nearly bugged out of her head at who she saw.
Immediately putting down her water Sierra walked around the gym to the bench press to see if what she was seeing was true and that her eyes weren’t deceiving her. When she realized they weren’t Sierra almost uncharacteristically jogged over, her mouth speaking her native tongue.
”(Sharifa? Is that really you?)” When the woman in question turned Sierra would let a bright smile flash across her face as she pulled the woman in red into a tight hug!
“(It’s so good to see you! I had thought that you were still back home, when did you get here?!)”
