"98... 99... 100!" Between grunts and other sounds of exertion, one Alizeh Midori was lifting weights up, a large number of them at that. Sweat was already gleaming her body, creating a shiny look over her skin before she finally set the bar she was lifting down before sitting up. "Phew!" Breathing a sigh of relief Alizeh would reach down, grabbing a bottle of water and taking a few chugs as she leaned back on the bench, stretching her legs and relaxing.

The last few months had been busy for the Emerald Storm, between Apex, her own normal matches, as well as the possibility of her officially mentoring a young lioness soon. So recently these intense gym days had become a stress reliever for her. Enabling the green haired girl to work through any issues as they came up, as well as have a little me time, unless Alizeh chose otherwise but that was only for sparring mainly. Speaking of which... "Man I can't believe, mom, Sanae, and Risako are all busy today, I was really hoping to spar against someone." Alizeh said to herself as she looked around, trying to see if there was anyone worth asking.

Eventually her eyes came upon a blonde girl not too far away. One Alizeh hadn't recognized from the ring but the young lioness roster when she had been shown it. 'That could be interesting..' Alizeh thought to herself as she got to her feet and walked over to the girl. Hair up in a ponytail, grey and orange two piece gym wear over her form Alizeh's skin was still somewhat shiny from sweat as she got behind the blonde girl and tapped her shoulder. "Hey there!" Alizeh would say amicably as she waited for a response from the young lioness.

The young, blonde young lioness that she had seen was Reiko Masuda, currently performing a little work out of her own. But her clothing choice would be weird. Instead of wearing her usual work out clothes, the Young Lioness would be wearing one of her bikinis. This change in clothing was primarily a result of how she was humiliated during her last match with Raynare.

Despite being used to being broken physically, that last match had exposed that she tended to fall easily when being humiliated and embarrassed. So, not only had she decided on training her physical body, she also wanted to train her ability to not be embarrassed whenever her body was exposed, so she decided to wear a bikini everywhere she went for the next couple of days to get used to the feeling of being naked in public.

"Thirty eiiight... Thirty niiiiiine.... F-.. Foooorty!" she struggled to say out loud right before collapsing onto the ground from her push-up position. She was still sore, and now she was extra tired from her work out. Not to mention that earlier today, she had at least one person staring at her all the time.

"h-huh?" she said in response to the woman in front of her, pushing her upper body off of the ground so that she could look up. "O-Oh! Hi there!" she said, her cheeks flushing a deep red from embarrassment. She must have looked like a total weirdo while working out in a bikini.

'Definitelyyyyyyy a interesting find.' Alizeh thought to herself as the closer she got to the blonde the more she was able to tell that the girl was dressed in a simple bikini. Most peculiar wear for a gym trip, not that Alizeh would complain any time soon as she grinned down to the girl.

With her greeting the blonde took notice and pushed herself off the floor with a slightly flustered greeting of her own. Likely due to being in a bikini and all that. Still if Alizeh found it bothersome, which she didn't, she didn't let it show as she simply extended her hand out to the blonde.

"Hey." Alizeh said again with a chuckle before continuing. "I'm Alizeh. Alizeh Midori. You're from the young lioness program aren't you? Reiko right?" Alizeh asked, finally managing to put the name with the face now that she could take in a full view of the girl. Hand still extended Alizeh waited to if Reiko would take the offered hand up as well as to see what her response would be to what Alizeh said.

"Eeeeyup! That's me!" Reiko replied to the Alizeh's question. Her face was already blushing red from knowing that she was now talking to a Veteran while looking so ridiculous as she raised her arm and took the woman's hand, allowing herself to be helped up onto her feet.

She gave the woman a warm smile as best as she could, but her hands couldn't help but wrap around her own body to hide as much of her womanly bits as possible from the veteran, obviously embarrassed. She was beginning to regret deciding to train nearby where other professional wrestlers would see her. People who will most likely see her in the ring and giggle at her whenever they see her.

But so far, this woman did none of those things. Hopefully she could at least keep a good appearance with this women long enough to not get laughed at too much. But after her last match, it was hard for Reiko to be optimistic. At least for a bit.

'Well someone's a bit embarrassed huh?' Alizeh thought to herself as she noticed the way in which Reiko was apparently doing her best to try and cover herself up despite wearing a outfit that exposed so much of her body.

Despite that though Alizeh wanted to do her part in making the girl feel comfortable. Not only because Alizeh didn't find it to be a big deal, but because Reiko looked quite attractive as well. "Nice to meet ya, I saw you're last match, which I'm assuming is part of why you're wearing this huh?" Alizeh asked gesturing to the girl's bikini before quickly continuing before the blonde could potentially freak out.

"Which I get. I once had to wrestle a full public match in a bikini once so I feel ya." She said with a chuckle before smiling with a more competitive glint in her eyes. "But I also think you did pretty solid in that match despite the result." Alizeh said letting the compliment sink in before moving on. "In fact I was wondering how you would feel about a spar?" Alizeh said, looking to see how the girl would react to the offer.

"Is it that obvious..?" she asked, her red face growing more red when her last match was mentioned. The memory of Raynare and that woman's manager completely humiliating her in public like that was stuck in her mind. It made it worse for her knowing that there were professionals watching that her humiliating defeat. "Oh. Yeah. I'm wearing it to help myself not feel embarrassed with my body around people anymore! In the match, when that mean women and her manager humiliated me, I learned that I don't do good with being naked in public! This is about the most naked I can get without being arrested." She explained, pulling on the string of her top. "B..But this training is a little hard..."

Hearing her be sympathetic made Reiko feel a bit better about the experience, but it was still going to be difficult to get over for a while. That was when Alizeh offered to spar. "Y-yeah! That sounds fun! I need to train myself anyways so I can beat that woman next time I fight her anyways!" She replied, her eyes sparkling with excitement, getting close to Alizeh instinctively.

Alizeh nodded appreciatively to what the blonde girl said about why she was training in the bikini. It was definitely something that Alizeh could get and had been through herself. Not exactly the same mind you, but enough to have an idea of how the girl felt. So seeing that her words seemed to help put the lioness at ease made Alizeh smile softly at having made the girl feel even a little better about her predicament.

But what made Alizeh all the more excited was Reiko's eagerness to accept the sparring match offer despite the embarrassing position she was in given her outfit. Nodding eagerly at Reiko's acceptance Alizeh would smile competitively at the girl. "Perfect than! I'm sure it'll benefit us both then!" Alizeh said enthusiastically with a nod before getting a somewhat sly look on her face. "Also if you want, given the reason for your.. special training, I could use some more.... embarrassing moves to help you get used to them if you catch my drift." Alizeh said with a wink and small chuckle as she waited for a answer.

"Yeah!" She replied with similar excitement to Alizeh's initial comment. She would run over to the ring and was half way in the process of climbing into it when Alizeh had hit her with her next question. She froze up, her expression turning to one of fear when she remembered the many humiliation poses she was put in. Thankfully, she managed to snap herself back to reality after a moment's pause. "S..Sure" she replied with a slightly nervous tone, knowing that in order to get better at humiliation matches, she would need to do more of them. No matter how horrible she was at it.

After that reply, she would finish climbing into the practice ring, performing a couple of her stretches while waiting for her new friend and now opponent to enter the ring with her. She had a feeling she was going to lose. Horribly, but the thought of that had never stopped her before so this would be no different. She did make it a point to almost always challenge more experienced opponents to learn all types of wrestling styles and develop experience. Even if it means that she would most likely never win a match. "Ready when you are!"

Alizeh smiled at Reiko as the girl bounded up the ring. She was definitely eager and that was good. Really good in fact. Alizeh liked people who were eager to train and get better, even if they weren't sure of themselves. As far as Alizhe was concerned that was the number one thing needed for success in this business. Even as she offered to focus on humiliating moves against Reiko the girl agreed, making Alizeh nod approvingly. After all Alizeh wouldn't have faulted the girl if she said no, but she was willing to step into her uncomfortable zone.

So climbing into the ring Alizeh would nod at the girl with a smile. "Good cause I'm rarin to go!" Alizeh declared with a grin on her face as she squared her hips, spread her feet and raised her hands up. "How about we start off with a good ole test of strength?" Alizeh asked the girl, offering her hands out to the blonde girl for a classic test of strength against the girl!

"Alright. Lets go!" she replied, charging at her opponent at top speed. She would only make it half way there when her opponent offered a simple test of strength, causing her to come to a complete stop. She had no idea how strong her opponent was, but why not right? "A test of strength huh? Yeah! That sounds great!" she replied excitedly, offering her hands back, grabbing onto the woman's hands with their fingers interlacing with one another.

Reiko got into a sturdy stance, attempting to push her opponent back into her corner of the ring. "Hngh..!" she grunted while they were competing for the first advantage. Whether she was winning or losing the competition of strength, she would struggle.
