The time was Monday, 12:50 PM. Moonyoung was in the gym, murdering the poor punching bad. Her powerful punches flailed the bag around which was on the verge of tearing in a couple of places.
Moonyoung was enjoying her life in Japan until now - She could fight in a league that doesn't forbid any martial arts and even managed to become a trainer with so many potential customers. Those two things were right up her alley. The other half of her dream would be to win a title or two. but that story is for another day.
Alright, this should be good enough for a warmup. Moonyoung said to herself as she wiped a drop of sweat from her forehead. Her ''underlings'' could show up any moment now.
Moonyoung grabbed a chair and a bottle of water. She sat down on the chair, facing the door. She would sip some water from time to time as she would await her first trainee.
Karin
Slowly the small Japanese girl would step into the gym. She would stretch her arms a little bit, not so much to prepare herself for the upcoming training, it was more thanks to the fact that she was quite nervous and tried to calm herself down by doing anything right now. But it wasn´t working out as well as she hopped as it would. She would stop stretching for a moment and would look around. Just an average little gym nothing to special here. She didn´t expected anything more to be honest, this was all she would need. Karin was wearing a pair of shorts and a white shirt on top, that was maybe a size to big for her.
The small girl did come here to get stronger, and maybe this moonyoung woman could help her. But she wasn´t all too sure if she would be able to do that. This woman might be a good fighter, but she didn´t seem like the brightest person out there and preferred to pick on Karin, because of the reason she signed up for this. The loserbelt. Something Karin was carrying around for quite a while now, causing her more and more trouble and pain. She did want to give this belt away as soon as possible.
Karin would turn another corner and would see her trainer hitting a boxing bag over and over again. She would move her shoulders up and down trying to get rid of the last bit of strange feeling in her stomach before walking over there. She would waive the Korean woman for a moment. “hey moonyoung.”
After finishing with her workout, Moonyoung sat down on a chair and drank some water. It didn't take long until she heard a familiar voice hey-ing her. It was one of her new trainees, the one with the belt. Moonyoung almost cracked up just like the last time, but this time she managed to control herself. Ahem! Hey there... Uhm, Karin, right? It took a moment for the Korean to remember the name of the chumpion. Lee stood up and walked over to Karin and immediately got down to business. Good thing you came first, that is because you're going to throw a punch, so I could see what I'm dealing with here. Moonyoung would say as she'd raise her hand to welcome the girl's punch and measure it. Karin was shy about it, plus she was the chumpion, so Moonyoung wasn't expecting great things.
The boxer also found Karin's attire a little strange, but it wasn't a problem as Lee wasn't one to judge people. I promise not to laugh.
Moonyoung would then wait for Karin to throw the punch. Hopefully, the girl won't have another excuse up her sleeve. C'mon, nobody's looking/
Karin would stand in front of the other woman for a few moments silence. Moonyoung was telling her to punch her hand. The small Japanese woman would bite her lips chewing on it a little bit trying to figure out what she wanted to do. She didn´t know if she could trust the other woman, just yet. Although the other woman was telling her that she wouldn´t laugh Karin wasn´t trusting her to 100% percent yet. She did laugh at Karin at a very venerable point, what did hurt quite a bit.
The small girl would press her teeth together before trying to loosen up her shoulders. She would look right at moonyoung, before lifting her right hand and pulling it right to her chest, before throwing a straight forwards jab to the open hand of moonyoung. She would try to hit the woman hand as hard as she could with as much impact as she could.
Yui was standing in front of the gym and just looked at the entrance for a bit. She didn't really felt like entering and getting trained by that woman. Until now she has done pretty well by herself. Actually, the only reason was that Moon said she wanted to improve Yui which still sounded not even close to convincing in her ears but Yui couldn't turn back anyway. After all, she lost the bet against her and Yui always kept her word no matter what. So finally Yui would start to walk into the gym.
The moment she entered Yui could see that someone was already in there with Moon. It was someone she didn't see in a long time. Yui wasn't really pleased by seeing her again because she disliked that idiot after their match. Not wanting to cause a scene or so she just walked in and placed her small bag she was caring on the ground next to the entrance. "Hello, Moon."
Yui would shout to her and pull out the green jacket she was wearing to put it on top of her bag.
"I see your place is already really popular."
Yui would tease the woman about the nearly empty gym and would then walk closer to her. The woman was dressed in her fighting attire because she thought it would be good to train in this.
While the German was walking closer she didn't even look at Karin. She would try to give her not even a single bit of attention. "So how long until the others are coming or will it be just you and me for today. Not that I would mind private training but I would like to see who else comes to this therapy group of people that got beaten by a certain thug and see how strong they are for a comparison."
The German would talk with the trainer and completely ignore the fact that Karin was standing right beside her. Spoiler

Unaware of the apparent game Yui had opted to commit to with Karin, the somewhat punctual Valentina didn't keep the group waiting, soon turning the trio of women into a quad-let of sparrers. Staying silent as her arms crossed under her bust, she opted not to share a glance to neither Yui nor Karin, given those two would not be the ones she'd be learning from. If anything, she'd be trying to out-do them, in efforts of proving there was hope in her wrestling career yet. With those thick curves wrapped tightly in her basic, if signature choice of attire, Valentina was seemingly in no mood to hold back, both in terms of dropping bombs and in taking damage, in the spar to come.
"I'm here..." She'd mutter, stating the obvious in a nonchalant tone, before her head zipped around the room left to right, scanning her surroundings.
"When do we start." Another question moaned without any passion at all, despite the fact Moonyoung and Karin had evidently started before hand.

Karin was rather reluctant to throw a punch and after a few seconds, Moonyoung saw why - The girl had bad stance, terrible wind up and failed to deliver her weight behind her blow. It was rather pathetic. The ''clap'' sound was heard when Karin's punch connected with Lee's palm. Imma put this straight - your punch is the worst among the bunch Moonyoung did not laugh. But It is not hopeless. I can't promise that I'll turn you into an actual champion, but I'm sure I can make a decent fighter out of you. Moonyoung would say as she put her hand on the girl's shoulder. First of all, you have a decent body - You're not smaller than me. Second, I've already thought people how to fight, who had no prior fighting experience, while I believe you do, so that's a little headstart for you. Also, you seem pretty determined, which is important in this kind of thing. Moonyoung gave some pep talk to her student, which weren't lies at all.
Just after Moonyoung finished her speech, another girl arrived - It was that blue-haired girl and she had a rather nice figure, or at least it looked that way with this attire. This girl greeted the trainer, calling her ''Moon''. Well, if the girl wanted to call her that, it was fine...
Yo, what's up? Moonyoung waved back. You're Yui, that's how the redhead was calling you, right? Where's the redhead, by the way?
Just when Yui approached and started to talk, the bluenette was full of subtle jokes that Lee found to be hilarious and smiled as she was listening. Lee especially noticed how the blue girl was deliberately ignoring the existence of her fellow wrestler here. Maybe there was some kind of beef between the two? Hehe, funny one, aren't you. Anyway, at least a couple more should be coming any minute now... Just when the boxer said that, Valentina walked into the gym. Look, here's another one. The silent one. Moonyoung said as she pointed her finger at the tan, fit woman for Yui to see.
Hi there! And you are... I don't believe you've told me your name...
The tan woman was acting and talking rather strange - she was walking around, inspecting the gym as if it was her first time in a gym and the way she talked was as if she was a robot, except robots have shown more emotion than her... Actually, we've already started with Karin here.
Moonyoung would then stand in front of all three girls and get things actually started. Alright then, the rest can come whenever they want, but we're starting at 13:00 PM and now it is 13:00 PM.
So, I'll start with a very basic, yet the most important thing there is in this kind of fighting. Well, you'll only understand after I demonstrate it. What you'll have to do... Well, you literally don't have to do anything. The thing is - I'm going to punch you in the face and you mustn't move a single muscle no matter what happens. Moonyoung would announce the ''rules'' of the first exercise with a smirk, expecting some rather funny reactions from the girls.
Karin would lift her eyebrow while listening to the idea of what the next woman was planning here. She was trying to train them to stop reacting to a reflex… how long did this woman plan to keep them here? She would scratch the back of her head for a moment, thinking. She would look at the Korean woman. “so we just came here so we can be beaten up by you… and you can punch us in the face as much as you want trying to teach to not use an reflex that is needed that we don´t go blind when you punch us in the face?” she would ask.
“I don´t wanna sound like a party pooper but that doesn´t sound like an all too good of an idea or like very effective training… if I want to be punched into the face I could just do any match in law… wouldn´t training how to move inside the ropes, foot or handwork, be way more efficient as starting? Or how about some warm up stuff? Or showing us some exercises to build up muscles, stamina and strength?” Karin would look into the eyes of her trainer, laying her head to the side, smiling a little bit shy.
Yui rolled with her eyes as Moon asked her where Yoko was. How the heck should she know. It wasn't like Yui would be her babysitter. When Red would come too late it was her own fault. Probably she just overslept anyways. However, her trainer said that a few other people should come and train here. So Yui had to wait until some decent people would come here whom Yui could compare herself with.
To get a bit warmed up Yui would roll her shoulders, move her neck a bit and stretch other parts of her body to get flexible. It didn't even take long until the next one arrive. She looked a bit confused to her but at least the white-haired woman looked like a decent fighter and not like someone who gets used as a punching bag on a daily basis. Still, the tan on her skin was too much and the bluenette thought that this woman was going way too much into a sun studio.
After a few more time of waiting around and warming up Moon declared that it was enough waiting around. The time was up and training could now officially start.
The trainer explained the first task that sounded pretty dumb. That was like the worst of plan someone has ever made so far. Why should someone turn out their natural survival instincts when punched? That didn't seem to make any kind of sense. Yui listened to what Karin was saying and even when she didn't like the brunette that much she had a good point.
"What should be the purpose of this ridiculous task anyway? I think you got hit a bit too hard on your head. The only thing that we will get through this training is a damage on our head or maybe even our brains which could maybe lead to bleeding and our inevitable death."
Yui would explain. Of course she may be overdramatic it a bit but nonetheless, this kind of task sounded ridiculous.
"How about you give one good explanation why we should do that or else you won't see a penny from my sight. After all, I am sure you remember what we agreed on. Either you convince me or your money stays in my care."
The German woman would say and cross her arms in front of her body looking Moon into her eyes with a pretty focused look in her eyes.
Valentina could hardly stop her eyes from rolling. Endurance training was obviously a very important part of any regime, be it boxer, wrestler, or otherwise. The Spaniard obviously, believed herself above the idea of being hit. Seemingly forgetting the last match she had before the masses.
"Fine..." She'd mutter, crossing her arms only a moment, eyes gazing off into the distance, before instantly unravelling and bringing her attention back to Moonyoung. Despite the company, she was apparently only still interested in the woman whom she could learn something from.
Prepping her frame, as best she could with a quick shake of her arms and legs, Valentina soon brought her legs back and leaned forward with her upper body, seemingly prepping to take that punch, albeit not without one final, almost emotionless mutter.
