Veteran And Rookie Workout (Nashi and Alaina)
After Nashi’s match with Alaina, they both decided to meet up at the gym and workout together. The idol made sure to arrive as soon as possible, she was wearing a pink sports bra and shorts and stuffed her regular clothes in her bag. From there she went to the workout room and began to do some stretches to prepare for her mentor’s arrival”Looking hood Nashi, Alaina is going to be impressed with ya” she said to herself out loud as she finished stretching and went to the bench to wait.

Alaina arrived at the gym and began to change. She was wearing a white sports bra, white briefs, and black kneepads with black boots. It was a wrestling gym and when she planned on doing lifting along with in-ring work she wore wrestling attire. It was less out of place looking at the LAW gym than a typical gym.
She emerged from the locker room with a bug bag and a 120lb dummy under her arm. She saw Nashi and smiled. "Hey kiddo. Today don't expect anything fancy. This is all about establishing a solid foundation." Alaina said as she slid the dummy the ring, putting her gym bag down on the apron. Alaina climbed up in to the ring and motioned for Nashi to join her.

Nashi was drinking some water as Alaina went in and clapped her hands at her outfit”Great attire Alaina, I like to still use my ring colors if it wasn’t obvious” she giggled joking about her love of pink before standing up. The fire idol slid into the ring to meet with Alaina”Okay so I’ll give this dummy a slam that leave it finished!” She wrapped her arms around the dummy and lift it only to bring it down with a German suplex”How was that jungle girl” she teased calling her the name her father used to call Alaina when they hung out.

"Thanks, and I see that." Alaina said taking note of Nashi's gym attire.
Alaina watched Nashi do a slam which wasn't bad but there were a few things that needed to he straightened out. Immediately.
"Nashi what the hell are you doing? Right now you are here for me to train you. That means stop using your mouth so much. Use your eyes and ears more, because you need to pay attention instead of just going off to do whatever you want." Alaina said as she stood with her hands on her hips looking unimpressed.
"Right now you are going to run the ropes. A lot of rope running in fact. You are going to just run across the ring bouncing off the ropes. You will go as quick as you can as long as you can. This will work on your endurance and muscle memory. This is a basic but necessary exercise that you need to do regularly. You will boost endurance and be able to tell where you are in the ring without even looking over time as you progress." Alaina said.
Alaina began running the ropes and showed Nashi what to do. "All right get going, go until I say to stop!" Alaina said as she kept running the ropes herself.

Nashi preformed a German suplex in hopes of impressing Alaina. However all it did was make the Amazon furious with the idol. Nashi stood still in shock and fear of the amazons yell, she wanted to speak up but couldn’t. Even though she had known Alaina since she was 5, she never heard her yell at her like this.
After listening to Alaina’s directions, Nashi woukd start running across the ring back and forth. After a few minutes she became exhausted, at thus point jugging between the ropes, it would all all came to end very soon. “I…. Can’t…..” Nashi moaned as the sweat covered her body causing her fall down with her body sidling towards Alaina’s feet. “I’m sorry Alaina…..” she said tiredly hoping Alaina wouldn’t be mad with her.

Alaina didn't tell Nashi to stop, but Nashi kept going until she collapsed. The effort was there, but the simple exercise showed that Nashi needed to work on that endurance. "Take a one minute break. Running ropes is simple and some people think they are above it, or that it is simply for beginners. It is a vital exercise at all levels." Alaina said as she looked down at Nashi. "This shows that you need to work on endurance, and now we know that for future training. Now that you are tired...." Alaina said waiting a minute before walking to the dummy and holding it up.
"Strike the dummy with some punches and kicks, I will hold it up. Hit it as hard as you can for one minute. It sounds easy but its not, keeping up intense attacks non-stop for a minute is tougher than you may think especially when you are tired. This simulates having to fight back in a match where you are worn out and exhausted." Alaina said as she held the dummy up waiting for Nashi to hit it.

Nashi was breathing deeply only to then be told she got a minute long break. “Are you kidding me, I ran for 10 minutes and I only get a minute!?” Obviously Nashi wouldn’t say out loud but only in her head. Soon she rolled out of the ring and jugged down an entire bottle of water before brushing her brew.
Soon she went back into the ring listening to Alaina’s instructions, she nodded and began to punch and kick the dummy as fast as she could. Even though her punches and kicks weren’t that strong given her exhaustion, she still tried her best to hit it hard enough to make Alaina move a step back!

Alaina felt the hits and saw the effort Nashi was putting in. She was worn out, but at the end of close matches wrestlers were oftentimes running on fumes. Training that way would help prepare her for that in the ring in official matches. She would know how if felt, and how to respond. "Good, keep it up.... good." Alaina said as things hit the one minute mark. "Okay, now try to do that German suplex to the dummy. You did it before but not trying to land that last hit to win when you are gassed is a lot tougher but I know you have it in you." Alaina said, holding the dummy up so Nashi could get hold of it and try to lift it up.

Nashi was exhausted at this point, between punching and kicking the dummy, to running none stop laps. It’s only a miracle she didn’t collapse yet again. However this time Alaina was telling her to suplex the dummy, which made Nashi immediately take it out of her arms and lift it up for a German suplex and went for a pin”count it ref!” She gestured to Alaina with a cute wink to play along and act like this was a match and she was the referee.

Alaina chuckled and shook her head, going along with it. She did her best to wear Nashi down and the young woman did pull off the move she had to. Alaina knelt and slapped the mat three times while Nashi kept the dummy down.
"ONE!"

Alaina helped the worn out Nashi up and raised her hand up for a second before giving her a little clap. "Good, that was a good suplex but you know if you bend your knees more and spring back you get more velocity with the lift meaning more impact to the mat." Alaina added noting the form and lift of Nashi's German suplex. "Take a couple minutes and we will be doing a bit more grappling before more rope running and striking." Alaina added although she wanted to give Nashi some time to recover.
