A thounderous training

Kate was getting tired, no surprise given she was trying to keep up with a woman in the strict elite of the wrestling world but she managed to block the incoming knees. Then she found her leg grabbed and before she could react, she was sailing through the air to impact the mat with a staggering power. She would let out a scream of pain and a long groan as she'd roll to her front, trying to push back up but only managing to get on all fours for now.

Kate went up and crashed hard with Tina rising back up knowing she had to stay on top of this woman. She hauled Kate up by the head, grabbing her hair and yanking her up to her feet. A frustrated Tina grabbed Kate and lift her up across her shoulders before leaning to the side and falling down to her side to the mat sending Kate head first downward with a death valley driver! Tina was going big and going hard trying to put this woman away!

Still dizzy from the last attack, Kate could offer little resistance to Tina who expertly picked her up in a set up to another slam. All Kate could do was throw her weight with it to land on her front instead of her head, still, the lights dimmed for a second after landing. She knew she had to move, if she didn't it was all but over already and so despite the pain and dizziness she'd rise to her knees, clearly hurt and running on fumes but she'd reach to Tina's head while they were still on the knelt and try to deliver a hook to the side of her head!

Tina sent Kate crashing down to the mat and was rising thinking she had stunned the woman long enough to set up something else. She was wrong as she was smashed in the side of the head by a hard punch that staggered Tina! "Oomph!" Tina groaned as she bobbed and nearly fell. She shook her head and let out a howl trying to lash back at Kate swinging wildly and trying to return the faver with a barrage of strikes aimed at her opponents head to try to stun her!

As the strikes started coming her way, too tired and battered to properly defend, Kate would try to match Tina. No amount of boxing training and talent could overcome the damage she already took and one of the bows found its way to the side of her jaw, rocking her head back and making her stumble, one arm going over the top rope, trying to keep herself upright but struggling to even do that.

The struggling Tina saw red and her wounded pride kept her going hard. She wasn't just going to be some door mat for a new wrestler spar or not. The tigress grabbed hold of Kate and then slammed her across her abdomen with mid-kicks before she took Kate by the hair to shove her head between her legs. Tina was pulling out all the stops and it was clear that she was trying to put Kate away with a tiger bomb!

With a mid kick slamming into her abdomen, Kate folded in half, stumbling forward a step and almost falling on all fours before Tina grabbed her. Kate wanted to struggle and push back but it was no use as she was swiftly put in position to be lifted and with a ring-shaking impact slammed down on the mat. Her head bounced off the ground, a trail of saliva passing through the air as she spasmed once before falling completely still. There was no need for a count as the younger woman was clearly unconscious after that powerful attack.

Tina went for a cover and Alaina slid in to the ring to pull her off. "She is out Tina you got her." Alaina said before checking on Kate.

A worn out Tina slumped and sat down on the mat next to Kate as her chest heaved from the deep breaths she took. "Yeah. Barely." Tina said still in shock that the new wrestler "who wasn't that good" had Tina reeling for much of the spar.

"Kate are you all right?" Alaina said as she put a small bit of smelling salt in front of Kate's nose to jolt her up.

With the salts put under her nose, Kate coughed and covert it, taking two breaths before her body caught back up with the state she was in and she groaned, grabbing the back of her head before rising halfway up to sitting, supporting her back on one arm.

"My... Everything hurts but I'll live." She said her eyes squinting in pain, it's been a long time since she got beaten up like that but she wasn't surprised given who beat her. What was shocking was another thing "I got way too much luck hehe." she said with a nervous chuckle, genuinely not able to believe she could have done so well against Tina on her skill alone.

"You need to stop saying that, luck had nothing to do with it." Tina said still struggling to stay up on her own two feet after the hammering Kate gave her. "You did too good for luck to play a role like that." Tina added.

"You did amazing Kate, you really are a focused, talented wrestler." Alaina added as she helped Kate up to her feet. "I expect to see big things from you in the ring." Alaina really meant that too. Kate had shown her quite a lot and the middleweight had the power to overpower heavyweights and the speed to seemingly outmaneuver the smaller, speedy Tina.
