Rebecca meet an other cheerleader

Rebecca helped up Jane as she looked at the girl and thought. "um only way for you to improve in enduring pain is to take on pain...." Rebecca said as she had no other way to increase her endurance to pain. "hmmm how about you put me in a submission hold and hold it for as long as you can till i tap or get free." Rebecca said as she scratch her head alittle bit. "hmmm that is if you want to do that if so we can also work on submission moves to."

Jane would think for a moment… submission moves… she didn´t know any good ones though. She would need to think harder. She didn´t want to screw up so badly in front of Rebecca. So she would nod another time after a moment. “so please lay down on you back…” she would say and wait until Rebecca would do so. When she did it Jane would grab the arm of her opponent and lay it between her legs and pulled it backwards for a pretty weak and bad arm bar, she wasn´t pushing her hip upwards to do a good leverage.

Rebecca would lay on her back at Jane put her in a really awful arm bar as she didn't felt any pain just mild uncomfortable feeling . "um jane your arm bar needs some work you need to lift your hips up abit for leverage right now your just pulling my arm. "Rebecca said to the girl as she let Jane reajust again.

Jane would blush hardly when her trainings partner would tell her what she was doing wrong… and she was doing a pretty big mistake. She would try to turn her head to the side before slowly starting to push her hips upwards. She would do it until she would get some more responds from Rebecca in any way. Be it screams or more words. Jane wouldn´t go in full instead she would hold back very much, she disliked

Rebecca smiled before her arm started to hrt abit but something still fetl off as she would try to think on what was wrong "nnngh its getting there but something feels off still" Rebecca said as she tried to pull her arm away seeing if Jane was holding on tightly.

Jane would hear that her opponent was feeling that something was off. She would bit her lips for a moment before suddenly Rebecca was trying to pull her arm back. The cheerleader would react out of reflex. She didn´t want her opponent to pull her arm away just like that, making it to easy for Rebecca to escape and look like a idiot in the aftermath. So Jane would hold on to the arm as good as possible before throwing her upper body backwards as hard as she could and pulled the arm with her into a full applied arm bar.

Rebecca knew that if she tried to break out Jane would fully apply the arm bar. however she didn't expect it to hurt so much as she yelp in pain kicking her legs. "ow ow ow ow." Rebecca cried but smiled. "ught this is right Jane good arm bar keep it up....." Rebecca cried trying ot sound tough as she felt her Arm bending back wards

Jane would suddenly hear her partner scream out in pain. She would look down in shock to see her in pain like that. The cheerleader was just about to let loose and let her opponent escape. But then she heard the compliments coming of her opponent and she needed to swallow a bit and would hold on to the arm as thigh as before. Then she would lean backwards again to get into the position again. “now you have to tap our break out !”

Rebecca would whine and kick abit more as she heard Jane. she couldn't think of a way to break out so after a few more minutes Rebecca would start to tapping on Jane's legs. she couldn't take it much longer as she kept tapping. "ugh no more Jane...." Rebecca said as seh tapped more.

Instantly Jane would let go of the arm of her opponent. The feeling was quit strange, it was a mixture of proud of making her opponent tap out and being scared for Rebecca. The small girl would shoot upwards into a sitting position. She would lean forward over her opponent, with a carrying look on her face.
“are you aright Rebecca? Didn´t I hurt you too bad?”
