Training with a Sweet Diva

Kazuma watched as his question actually gave Sakura some pause in responding before she set the bar back on it's place and sitting back up, the thin sheen of sweat could be seen, but in Kazuma's opinion it added a certain attractiveness to Sakura's beauty. He would listen closely as the Pop Idol explained how she was looking to show that she was more "business" here in LAW than just be yet another pretty face while also improving her record and reputation. Kazuma could understand where she was coming from, he remembered when Sakura first started out in Berserk she developed quite the losing streak due to her inexperience before she finally started to get settled in.

"I see. Well if you'd like, I'd be happy to help you. Maybe we could brainstorm some ideas on what you can do to "prove" yourself to those haters." Kazuma offered, returning a somewhat similar bright look to Sakura.

After finishing her little explanation to Kazuma's question Sakura had to take a moment to breathe. Not just from the long winded answer, but also to recover from her weight lifting session. She honestly did more than she had expected and was a bit winded. So while waiting for a response from her male companion Sakura took a few slow, deep breathes in order to regulate her breathing before looking back up at Kazuma as he responded to what she said with a curious offer.

"Oh?" Tilting her head in confusion in a cute fashion while expressing her curiosity verbally it was clear Kazuma had her attention. "How do you mean?" She asked wondering what the male across from her was offering. Her first thought was a match, but unless it was a five star level match she didn't see how one bout, even against a male would help her situation much.

Kazuma thought hard about how he could reply to Sakura while trying to keep a straight. His first thought was for Sakura to compete in a match that she maybe wouldn't normally participate in like a hardcore or cage match but she'd need to find a high level opponent to compete against in such but, as someone who had just comeback to LAW after such a long time due to injury, it probably wouldn't be a good idea. The next idea he came up with was for Sakura to maybe try taking on one of the men in LAW, considering how most of her wrestling career up to this point was women's wrestling, her taking on a man should garner her some attention while showing how serious she was in accepting matches, but a single match alone probably wouldn't be enough.....unless!

"Maybe if it was a best 3 out of 5 series?....." Kazuma said, voicing his thought out loud while still in deep thought in front of Sakura.

[Bare]

"Best three of five?" Blinking in surprise and mild confusion at the suggestion from Kazuma the dark haired girl shifted slightly in her seated position on the bench to fully face her temporary training partner. "What makes you suggest that? And against who?" The idea wasn't necessarily bad to her, but it was surprising to her, not to mention a fairly rare idea, even in the crazy and outlandish world of pro wrestling. None the less however she did suspect who her opponent would be, after all who else would Kazuma suggest other than himself? But even so she'd rather hear him challenge her directly, that and she wanted him to elaborate further on this idea of his.

Kazuma mentally slapped himself when he heard Sakura's question in response to his unintentional out loud muttering. "W-Well I was just thinking that a best of five series against someone would give you plenty of chances to show off your skills. As far as whom your opponent would be....." Kazuma said as he began to look around the gym, there was plenty of talented individuals around that Sakura could have a best of five series with; he could see Sachiko Kanda by a punching bag, he spotted Tara Jaegar stretching with Aella Midori by the mats, and over by the health bar he could see Zane Lambert on his phone, most likely streaming.

And those were only a small handful of people with whom Sakura could compete with. "W-Well, how about I be your opponent?" Kazuma asked, partially as a joke as he doubted a pop-idol like Sakura would want to take on someone as plain as him in a match, especially considering it could very well be Sakura's first ever match against a member of the opposite sex. Kazuma blushed at the idea of being Sakura's first, male opponent that is, and he'd certainly give his all for her if he did.

'There it is.' Sakura thought to herself, trying to supress the giggle that threatened to escape her lips as Kazuma explained his reasoning and, albeit reluctantly admitted to having himself in mind for her opponent in this series. Not that she minded really, but it was an interesting proposition to be sure. 'He does raise fair points however.' Sakura thought to herself as she hummed to herself with her fingers on her chin, clearly thinking about it. Though she was exaggerating a bit to make Kazuma sweat. After all no reason she couldn't have some fun with him now couldn't she?

"I see." She said simply as she stood up from the work out bench and stepped closer to Kazuma so the two were face to face. "What type of matches would these be?" She asked curiously before leaning in with a serious expression. "This isn't just a excuse to try and feel me up now is it?" She asked in a seemingly serious tone. But Sakura was mostly joking. After all, Kazuma didn't strike her as that kind of person... But again she just felt like making the boy sweat a little by messing with him a bit.

Kazuma watched in silence as Sakura appeared to be actually considering his proposal. "Does everything she do have to be so cute?" He mentally asked himself as her fingers tapped her chin in contemplation. Finally, Sakura got off the bench and, to his surprised, she stepped closer to him as she asked what kind of matches they'd be before suddenly she put on a surprisingly serious expression and suddenly the normally cute as a kitten, Sakura Hagiwara, looked like a lioness, at least to Kazuma. She appeared to be examining him as she asked him if this was just some thinly veiled excuse to feel her up.

”Of-Of course not! I would never do that to you!” Kazuma stuttered in response while trying not to blush with how close Sakura was now standing close to him. Kazuma may have imagined him and Sakura having some “special” fun in a match on certain nights but, that was in his head, he didn't have the confidence to think he could actually get away with something like that and besides, what man or woman wouldn’t have such thoughts about the Pop Idol turned Wrestler before him now? Even now, wearing what should be a baggy sweatsuit, one could tell just how great Sakura’s figure was beneath it!

“Anyway for matches I was thinking…standard, obviously give the people a taste of what could come, we could do submission to show how enduring you can be, oh falls count anywhere to show what you can do when the world is the ring, and then……” Kazuma tried to list off some of the match ideas the two of them could have but found himself struggling to come up with the last two. He would scratch his chin as he tried to think all the while he could still feel Sakura’s serious gaze on him. "Cage? No, too easy to get hurt and the last thing I would want is for Sakura to get seriously injured which means the entire hardcore list in off limits. Handcuff? No she'd definitely think I would try something if I picked that!" He struggled for a while as he thought but then, a thought came to him. "You know what? As a show of good faith, how about you come up with the last two? I'll even let you submit the request form so there's no funny business. How does that sound?" Kazuma asked hoping the idol would find it acceptable.

Sakura giggled softly seeing Kazuma's reaction to her question, the close proximity of their faces also probably not helping with that as she leaned back away, the serious expression she wore not too long ago having dissipated just as quickly as it came. After all she wasn't really questioning the brunette's intentions, she just thought his reaction would be funny, and it was. But better yet had fully explained the idea he had for this little five match series... and she actually quite liked the sound of it all!

Putting her hands behind her back Sakura gave another sweet smile to Kazume while tilting her head cutely to the side. After flustering him so much it was only fair for Sakura to try and placate him as well. "Hehe don't worry Kazu, I was just teasing you." She said, using a nickname now for him as she looked him in the eye. "In any case I happily accept you're challenge." She said confidently with a nod of her head before stepping back a bit and winking.

After this littler conversation, Sakura had a good idea of the matches she would request, and with the offer Kazuma had made her she would have one critical advantage. "I'll fill out the form late and submit it like you said I could." She said before smile turned just a shade more teasing. "But I think I'll keep the other two matches I choose to myself until its all made official. Hehe." She said deviously before taking a step closer to Kazuma.

"So with all that in mind I'm going to cut my workout a bit short to get all that started." She said before suddenly closing the distance and wrapping her arms around Kazuma's shoulders in a sudden hug. "But you were a great workout buddy, we'll have to do it again sometime!" She said brightly to him, pulling back enough to smile at him before moving back in, pressing her lips against his cheek! "Mwah! And thats cheers to a good series of matches! Also for good luck. Cause trust me, you're going to need it." Sakura said with a wink as she released her grip on Kazuma and turned to talk away. "See ya Kazu!" She said before starting to walk off, her hips unintentionally swaying from years of doing so as a idol in the process!

Kazuma began to sweat under Sakura's silent gaze. "Shit, did I overstep my position?! I should just apologize for the joke!" Kazuma thought to himself thinking that his "joke" of him and Sakura wrestling one another had perhaps offended her. He was about to apologize when Sakura dropped the "serious" face and returned to the bright, friendly smiling one that she was infamous for having, revealing that she had only been teasing him before dropping what, to Kazuma at least, was a bomb shell. SHE ACCEPTED IT?! Kazuma was completely shocked that Sakura Hagiwara, a famous celebrity, was so willing to actually accept a best 3 out of 5 match against a plain guy like him, and she even gave him a nickname!

Kazuma simply nodded on instinct as she explained how she would submit the forms for the series later, not even bothering to entertain the idea of wondering what matches Sakura would pick for the remaining two. Kazuma's guard was completely down when Sakura suddenly hugged him, the surprise action snapping him back to reality. His blush was not unlike the color of flames, at being so close to her and the joy he felt from hearing Sakura say that they should work out again sometime must've been very apparent to passing gym staff. Nothing could've made that moment any greater for him...... or so he thought before Sakura did something he never dreamed would've happened to him; she kissed him!

While it was only a kiss on the cheek for good luck, at least according to Sakura, to Kazuma it had all the impact of a mouth-to-mouth kiss! "Y-Yeah, good luck. See you later." Kazuma absentmindedly replied back as Sakura left, the sight of her swaying hips making Kazuma gulp out of nervousness and pray that a certain part of him wasn't visible to anyone. "What did I just get myself into?" Kazuma asked himself as he sat down on the bench to process what had just happened, the big, goofy smile on his face contradicting the butterflies in his stomach.
