Erin would squirm around slightly as she felt Ducky take a seat on her back. Slowly but surely her giggling stopped and her smile began to fade. She didn't quite like the sound of this hold being not too much worse. So far she thought at least some of them were pretty painful and the thought of worse didn't inspire any confidence. Then finally the blonde pulled Erin into position and the redhead felt a pair of arms wrap around her neck and pull her head backwards.

"Hnnng!" Erin let out a sudden squeal. The pain wasn't too bad, especially since Ducky wasn't going too hard, but having her air cut off was never fun. Erin soon found herself arching her back as far as it would go both to try and ease the pressure on her body as well as her neck. "H...hard to relax like...this!" Erin managed to say before starting to try and wiggle out of the hold any way she could. She wasn't quite ready to admit that she was fairly stuck.

Sitting down on Erin's back and wrenching her arms backwards over her legs, Ducky would be quick to finish locking in the hold, reaching forwards in order to wrap her arms around the redhead's neck, wrenching backwards to get the hold applied! And in short order, Erin would let out a gasp, understandably quick to feel the strain in both her back, and that which was brought to her neck thanks to the lack of air, leaving her to weakly squirm and wriggle, trying to break free!

"Alright, well, you go ahead and do your best to get out! Just give me a little tap when you're done!" Ducky said with a teasing smirk, willing to let Erin try and find a way to escape, confident that she had her locked in tight!

Erin continued to try and tug herself away or squirm free, neither of which would gain her any success. Instead all her struggles managed to do was tire her out and exhaust her already dwindling supply of air. "Ughhhh! Hnnnnng!" The redhead groaned as she tried her best to make a successful escape. No matter how much she tried though Ducky had her locked in tight. She could practically feel the smirk on the blonde's face despite not seeing it. This only made her want to try harder to wipe it off of her face. Even though this was just practice and she had been the one to let herself get trapped, she still didn't like admitting defeat in any form.

Eventually though Erin's struggles began to die down. The lack of air slowly began to take it's toll on the redhead who was now beginning to feel lightheaded. With her face soon becoming the color of her hair and her eyelids starting to feel quite heavy, it was time to call it quits. Erin reluctantly tapped against Ducky in hopes of swift relief from her now dire situation.

Flashing a smile and tugging backwards on Erin in the hold, Ducky continued to stretch out the Irish woman, choking her at the same time, leaving her trapped in quite the poor position,struggling in the hold! Ducky knew that despite the girl's struggles, she wouldn't be getting out anytime soon, so the blonde simply held the hold, before Erin finally realized that she wasn't gonna struggle out, tapping Ducky's leg weakly!

The blonde would quickly release the hold, allowing Erin to flop back down to the mat before standing up with a smile on her face, leaning down to address the stretched out and air deprived Erin!

"So, you believe me now?"

As soon as she was released, Erin flopped down. She turned her head to the side and stayed down with her cheek now pressed against the ground. It took a few moments for her to catch her breath and when she did Ducky was there to greet her. The redhead huffed, blowing a bit of hair away from her face. "Yeah yeah...believe ya plenty." She responded with a weary smile and a roll of the eyes.

Erin pushed herself up slightly before reaching to the side to grab Ducky's arm or whatever part of her she could reach. Without much warning she would try to pull herself up, but if Ducky wasn't stable enough on her feet she might just end up pulling the blonde down. "Now lemme get up and maybe..." She started. Mid sentence she realized just how achy all this stretching was making and decided to consider her next words a bit more carefully. "Maybe I'll take a breather." the redhead continued before making her way to a seated position.

Letting Erin drop to the ground, Ducky would give a slight giggle as she watched Erin groaning on the ground, with the redhead reaching up to snag hold of Ducky's arm, tugging in order to lift herself back up off the mat! Ducky raised an eyebrow at Erin's words but merely gave the redhead a slight chuckle as she helped her up to her feet, putting Erin's arm around her shoulder in order to hold her up!

"Well, why don't we just make sure that you're gonna be alright and then you can do whatever." Ducky said with a teasing grin, making sure that Erin hadn't gotten too hurt in their submission practice!

Erin let herself lean against Ducky as she regained her strength. The redhead was now looking a bit worse for the wear. She was of course unwilling to admit that though. "I'm totally fine." Erin stated despite the fact that she was being supported by the blonde. It only took a few moments for her to start feeling better and only a few more for her to stand up straight again. Now that she was able to

"I can even give ya a big 'ol thanks for that teaching me that last move!" Erin said with a mischievous grin. As she's already almost behind Ducky, all it takes is a quick step back and she's in prime position to wrap her arms around the blonde's waist. "THANKS FOR THE LESSON!" The Irish brawler shouts. Gripping her fellow WIP member tighter from behind, she pulls Ducky in for a rather strong hug. From there she musters whatever strength she can to try and lift the other woman off of her feet before leaning back and tossing her to the mat with what she was hoping to be a rather sneaky suplex.

Helping Erin up to her feet, Ducky would give the girl a smile and help her stand for a minute, though before too long it seemed as though Erin had recovered, able to stand up straight and support her weight mostly on her own! However, after a moment between the two stablemates, Ducky would get quite the surprise as Erin suddenly stepped behind her, wrapping her arms around the blonde bombshell from the back, only to bring her up and over for a massive suplex!

"Waaah- AUGH!" Ducky let out a cry as she was swung through the air, before crashing down heavily on her neck and shoulders, getting hit with a massive suplex!

"Uuuugh..." Ducky let out a low groan as she collapsed on the ground, completely out of it after the suplex!

Falling back with Ducky, Erin was all laughs as she hit the ground. That was until she turned to the blonde anyway. "Hahaha sorry. Couldn't not get ya back for everything." She said with a chuckle as she turned to the other woman. "Ducky? Oh shit...didn't mean to hit ya THAT hard. Ummm...ummm...sorry! Sorry sorry!" The redhead exclaimed as she realized she had perhaps knocked her friend around a bit too hard. Unsure of what to really do, Erin just sat up and let out a sigh.

"Ummm here...lemme just...yeah. Gotcha!" She mumbled to herself as she grabbed Ducky and slowly sat the woman up against one of the turnbuckles. "Ok ok. You stay right there. Juuuuust gonna go get something to drink." The redhead explained to her groggy friend before hurrying off to the locker rooms and hoping Ducky wouldn't be too mad at her later.
