She would simply chuckle as she rubs the back of her head; it's not like everyone can control their emotions that easily, as they make their way toward the ring, already stretched and warmed up and ready for the spar.

Climb into the ring; she would crack her knuckles, waiting for the spar to start. Of course, this time, she'll go easier on Tania.

Or at least, she'll try. She is very competitive, as Tania knows, or at least, she hopes she remembers. Smiling at the little bell's sound, she would let out a soft giggle before she would walk toward the elder sister to accept the test of strength. Obviously, she wouldn't go too hard or add too much strength; she just helped Tania with her bench press after all, so she'll go easy on her and playfully took a step back to let the older sister have the early advantage.

Tania's breath was slow, even. Focused on the spar, controlled as if she hadn't just lifted hundreds of pounds moments ago. If Ibuki was banking on shaky arms to give her any advantage, she would surely be wrong.

The lasses' hands clasped together, both giving it their all in the contest. Despite her previous activity, the older twin not moving an inch no matter how her sister pushed. "Come on, Ibuki! That can't be your all, can it?" Tania teased, goading her twin into pushing with all her might, while the older lass would do the same.

If it worked - despite Tania showing no sign of weakening - she would suddenly try throwing Ibuki over with a hip toss. "Yoshoooi!" She said as she did so, immediately following up with a leaping elbow drop to her sister's collar.
