Unexpected Gym Meetup!

A soft chime of bells would be heard as a familiar blue-haired rookie entered one of the many L.A.W gyms in the country, carrying her bright blue duffel bag as she groaned softly. Her body was still sore all over from the recent match...well could she really call it a match? She was completely destroyed in what was supposed to be her best match type...

She sighed as the unpleasant memory re-entered her brain, heading to her locker room to store her things and get changed before she would go to the gym, looking to start off with some simple exercises.

"What do you mean you can't, Faustin? ... Oh, is that why? Well, just let me know ahead of time... Is Marcy coming soon? ... Okay, I'm looking forward to that... Gotta go, bye." Sari is talking to one of her friends about a trip to the gym they're planning. After her latest victory, she noticed she was getting a bit of a push, and according to Ana (just moments before she hit a stunner), the higher-ups wanted to see her fight opponents of that style, meaning the “adorable” ones.

Although she won that fight, which made headlines like “YELLOW ROOKIE SQUASHES THE SAPPHIRE IN HER ‘SPECIALTY’,” she didn’t feel entirely satisfied with how she achieved that victory and, on top of that, with what she had to do because of the humiliating taunt she directed at her opponent while she was in a TKO, and she couldn’t help but feel guilty about it

Luckily, today was gym day, so she could work off her anxieties with intense training as she headed to the locker room to change... and just as she was about to enter the locker room, she came face-to-face with her former rival and couldn’t help but blush bright red at having to face her again. “H-h-hello, A-Aoto,” she said awkwardly,

Aoto wouldn't notice Sari entering as she was leaving until she lightly bumped into the blonde girl, as memories of her humiliation would flood back into her. An embarrassed blush would form on her face as they made eye contact.

"O-oh...H-hi Sari..."

Aoto wouldn't linger long as she ducked her head and quickly scurried over to do some bag work.

Both rookies were embarrassed in front of each other because of what had happened in the ring a few days ago. Neither of them knew what to do in front of the other; Aoto was the first to react, awkwardly returning the greeting and letting Sari go into the locker room to put on her workout outfit... which is exactly the same as her ring outfit. To tell the truth, this woman doesn’t have much variety in her wardrobe.

When she came out, she saw Sapphire again. Feeling bad about what had happened that time, she thought it was only fair to do something to make it up to her, so she approached her to ask, “How have you been, uh, friend?... I was thinking we could train together to get better, since we’re both newbies and all, hehe,” she said awkwardly but with complete honesty toward her former opponent.
