"AAAAHHHH I WOULD IF I WASN"T FEELING PAIN IN MY LEGS..." Freya yells out to her partner. The hold is snug and locked tight as she feels the muscles in her legs starting to strain from the move. Able to get her hands underneath her Freya starts to slow push herself to the side trying to roll over so that she can maybe loosen up the hold. She seen this happen once and hopes that it the right way to counter this move, or she would be having to tap out.

Peggy felt that Freya had the right idea but she wasn't wrenching down super hard on the hold, more focused on keeping it locked instead of making it painful. "Ya got the right idea. If you use this particular move and roll over onto your stomach the hold changes and you end up as the one locking me in the hold! Give it a go, try to roll over to your stomach!" Peggy shouted. She knew she would be hurting a bit, but she also knew she could continue the roll. Right now she was more focused on trying to get Freya to learn a counter.

Never one to deny taking a gift. Freya does as Peggy told her to do as she was able to using her strength to roll over onto her stomach and holds it in a plank position hoping that she the counter move would work, she doesn't like the feeling how being broken down like this by her opponents and she has some concern on if she can Lauren at all.

Peggy was rolled over and sure enough the force of the hold was switched putting Peggy in a good deal of pain! "OOMPH! Ngggghhhh.... yep ya got it!" Peggy said through grit teeth as she reached for the nearby ropes. She could have tried to roll them over again to put Freya back in the hold but with the momentum carrying them Freya would have been close to the ropes for a rope break.

"R-rope break..." Peggy said, hoping Freya would actually let go.

On the outside Lauren nodded and looked up at Freya in the ring. "Ya see how effective technique can be countering sheer size and power? I think ya learned a few things today wouldn't you say?" Lauren said with a smile. Usually she was the one trying to learn new things, helping someone else made her feel good and she was glad she and Peggy were shying away from their 'win at all costs' style of wrestling that the negative crowd reactions drove them to a while ago.

As soon as Peggy reached the ropes Freya let go of the hold and quickly got to her feet, wrapping her arms around the smaller woman and lifts her up to her feet in a hug with ease. "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU" Freya is overcome with joy that she is finally learning from the two ladies that she has a respect for.

Turning her head listening to Lauren after putting Peggy down after hugging her. Nodding her head to her teacher before snapping her finger at the bright idea she just had. "I will remember this you both know. Till then I'm apart of your crew She says pointing her thumb at her chest with a big grin."Let slam everybody in this company.

Peggy wasn't sure how to react to this but Lauren seemed a bit more at ease with everything going on. "Well welcome aboard I guess, I am sure you can help us as much or more than we are able to help you." Lauren said as she entered the ring. "I am pretty tired from trying to tangle with you though so I imagine the rest of our workout will be a bit more laid back than we planned. I am glad we were able to help though." Lauren said patting Freya on the back.

"Aye, today ended up being pretty interesting I would say." Peggy added with a grin finally getting over the shock of Freya joining up with the two old school grapplers. She was happy to see it though. The two of them understood struggle in the ring so helping Freya out seemed like it was going to set them all on a better path.

Freya looks like Christmas had just come earlier. After hearing what Lauren just said about being a part of the group, or whatever stable her two new friends call themselves, at least she can say that she's going to make sure that she earns her kept learning from the both of them. No matter what, she would have both ladies back against any of their opponents.

'Heck yea I can't wait to learn and train more with you both, umm could I get a photo please." Freya says going over to her gym bag and pulls out her phone. Holding it up above her head and flexes her arm standing behind both of her new friends, before taking the picture since she feels with both Lauren and Peggy help she will become a real pro wrestler in the future.

Lauren and Peggy both nodded and stepped up to Freya. Both of them flexed trying their best to tense up their bodies as they tried to match up to her sculpted, massive physique although they both fell a fair bit short. Lauren and Peggy were all smiles though as they met someone who actually looked to them for help instead of laughing at them, or holding them down as if they were some sort of a joke. This really was a good day for all three women involved.
