Alaina found herself wishing she hadn't been so curious... she was again shocked, impressed by Emilia's power as she was lift up and German suplexed hard to the mat! Alaina groaned and squirmed trying to shift her weight about. Emilia was showing that she could hit quite hard and pull off some impressive offense against the 187 pound amazon.

"ONE!"

Alaina grunted and thrust herself all to one side to break the pin after one but her rise back to her feet was slow as she was a bit staggered and dazed. She hobbled a bit on limp legs doing her best to steady herself after kicking out from the hard hitting move Emilia had unleashed on her!

It took a lot of effort, but Emelia successfully managed to leverage her strength and flip her veteran opponent, slamming her into the canvas backwards into a pin. She tried to hang on to hold Alaina in place, but that turned out to be wishful thinking. Despite the impact, the Amazon kicked free and twisted out of Emelia's grasp, leaving her scrambling to get back to her feet.

Breathing heavily, Emelia got up again and saw that Alaina looked a little unsteady after the latest clash. Steeling herself with the thought of an upset win in the spar, she lunged forward again, looking for another grapple with the Amazon before she could recover.

Alaina saw Emilia coming and she raised her knee up to hammer Emilia in the abdomen as she came close! Alaina quickly transitioned to shoving Emilia's head between her legs and grabbing her around the waist. This was going to be more of a real-time training for her as Alaina was going for a big power bomb and not holding back! Emilia would have to think quickly to counter or she would be plastered to the mat and pinned immediately afterward by the amazon!

Indeed, if she pulled off the power bomb Alaina would hook both legs and lay across Emilia's chest to go for the pin as the count began.

Emelia's forward momentum was swiftly halted by a knee to the stomach that left her spluttering for breath, doubling the young Norwegian over. Before she could recover, her head was thrust between Alaina's legs, and a yelp of panic escaped her lips as in an instant strong arms wrapped around her waist, hoisting the young Scandinavian skywards! Her limbs flailed aimlessly for a moment before she was brought crashing back down to earth by a thunderous powerbomb!

"UNNNGHHHH!" she squealed in pain as her body was slammed to the canvas, stunned by the impact and unable to offer more than a token squirm of resistance as Alaina settled in for the transition into a pin. Aching from the strike, Emelia was helpless to do much more than listen to the count.

"TWO!"

"THREE!"

Emelia let out a moan of frustration, going limp in Alaina's grip, her chest heaving up and down from the exertion of the match. While it would have been too much to expect to defeat a veteran like the Amazon at the first time of asking, Emelia still couldn't contain her blushes at the swift manner of the turnaround that had ended her spar!

As Alaina stood up she held out a hand to help up Emilia. "You have some potential Emilia, and I think that someday soon you will begin to tally up some impressive wins inside the ring." Alaina said with a smile. She meant it too. Emilia had the foundation, but she needed more experience at a high level. Once she was comfortable with herself and could predict an opponents action leading to her transitioning more smoothly into quick counters she would be a force in the ring, or so Alaina hoped. Emilia was fast and she was much stronger than her small frame indicated that was for sure.

Emelia accepted Alaina's hand allowing the Amazon to help her back up to her feet. Breathing heavily she swept her dark locks of hair back out of her face and met Alaina's gaze, smiling at the compliment the veteran wrestler paid her.

"I... thank you," she said quickly, her cheeks reddening at the unexpected praise. "And thanks so much for all your help-," she glanced at Dan. "Both of you. It's been really great. I've still got work to do but I'm definitely getting on the right track now." And with that Emelia made her goodbyes and set off towards the showers, feeling more confident than she ever had since her LAW debut.
